Purchased 4 rotors for my car, 6 months later I needed to replace front rotors again. The original purchase was unable to be found in the system. I was forced to purchase another set without returning the old ones. After several days working with Yuki at store 4749 we were able to resolve issues and get a refund for the rotors. I want to store 4749 and was assisted by Chardonnae! This employee was so great! She helped me to replace the headlights on my Cadillac ATS and it was a challenging job but she stuck through it and was very charming and professional and patient!! Im just in awe of my experience!!!

I stopped last night because I needed a new battery. We had already called a competitor and asked if the service person would install it for us his whiny response (since it was raining out) “well, I guess I could go out so long as it’s not a monsoon out there). Well, I had to get to the airport in the morning & couldnt afford a dead battery. So, by chance I spotted Auto Zone & pulled in. Chardonnae, at Store #4749 was awesome. She went out in the rain to check the engine size (when she asked me all I could offer was “big”😉). Cashed me out..back out to the rain & cheerfully installed my new battery. She was terrific. We will continue to go to Auto Zone from now on! Thank you, Chardonnae!

I came in 45 minutes before closing time in need of a battery replacement. Kyle helped me find the right battery for my price range, and came out in below freezing temperatures to install it for me. The staff is always extremely helpful, friendly, and personable. Every visit I walk out with the right part, and a little bit more knowledge about it.

I needed a rotor. All the local stores say that they have my rotor in stock. but when I go, they are all the wrong size. Autozone was the only one who had the rotor with the correct size in stock. And for a bit cheaper then I expected it to be. Yuki was super helpful. Thanks guys!

Went there for brake parts for a Silverado, easy right? Rotor was wrong, pads were wrong and 1 of the pads in the box was clearly used and rusty. Glad I went for the gold pads, that must mean you get one already broken in, what a deal! Mr. Longbeard that sold the parts to me was there when I went back to return the junk and his response was so, whats your point?. Pleanty other parts stores in the area, I wont be going back.

If I could give this company more than 5 stars I would. For every auto zone I have been to I have had only outstanding service. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. For this autozone specifically, they helped me figure out what was wrong with my emissions test failing. It ultimately boiled down to the testing place failing me for no reason. Im a student in Massachusetts, but am from southern CT, so to get my emissions done i just had to cross the border. Ive been very busy with midterms and driving back and forth for my emissions was very time consuming. This autozone saved me a long trip back to CT for no reason. They genuinely care about their customers and it shows! Thank you Autozone!
