Need to employee a person to answer phones and walk-in inquiries. I needed to drop off my phone for repair and pick up two hours later. Spent 15-20 minutes each time waiting to be helped and 5 minutes or less to complete transaction. No problem with staff, all seemed genuinely busy.

Ive known Josh the manager of the Wireless zone in Putnam Connecticut 4 on 7 years now. His performance and expertise that is shown to me and many others has put him in my book as a number one employee of Verizon Wireless. Anytime I have a problem or situation I need help with I called Josh directly and I live in Florida I wish you could move his operation down here he would do quite well.

Nick was very knowledgeable, and helped us combine plans to save money. He had a great attitude, and was able to assist with some technical issues we were having with email. He really went above and beyond for us.

He was super knowledgable about the phone the plan and in reviewing my plan with Verizon told me how to better it moving further. He didnt rush me and was very patient with my questions. Not only did I receive exceptional service, they went above and beyond! I have so much going on right now in my life; with my family currently facing a crisis, my incredibly demanding work schedule & my commute being 200 plus miles round trip - now is not the time for my cell phone to be be broken! Went in with a battery issue and saw Nick. He was very kind and courteous right from the get go. He diagnosed my phone that I had more than one issue and then proceeded to help me into a new phone. MThe person who worked with me was knowledgeable, efficient, and thorough.I have one criticism; while helping me, he had to answer the phone 4 times. From my perspective, it is better to call with a question than stop in... theres no waiting. I estimate my in-store time was 18% longer than it needed to be.

I went to this location to ask for some assistance with a simple activation and received great customer service from the 2 associates that were there the other night. They took the time to even go over options that would save me serious money on my plan. I was very glad I stopped in! Its good to know that theres a place in my town that has knowledgeable and friendly people working there.

Nicholas was great he really took his time to understand my needs and make sure they were met with out just pushing me into something I didnt need. My wife and I both got new phones at the wireless zone in Putnam this past week, and had the opportunity to work with both Mark and Mike during the two occasions. Both individuals were great to work with in getting our old phones transfered over and traded in, as well as setting up the new ones. They made sure we knew what they were doing the whole time, that everything was backed up and moved before the phones were erased, and that we didnt have any additional questions by the time we were done. I would recommend seeing either one of them for your phone needs!!

This is by far the best Verizon store Ive shopped at, due in large part - if not entirely, to its manager Josh. Im not a shopper, I hate shopping - especially when it comes to technology and phones. I want everything to happen quickly, run smoothly, and to leave with the item I wanted without being up-sold. Josh is amazing to work with, is incredibly good at what he does, is knowledgeable, a quick thinking problem solver, and an excellent professional with a great demeanor. Which can sometimes be a rare feeling when phone shopping... I came away with the best phone Ive ever had and a friendly and knowledgeable resource in Gage (he has since helped me on other purchases as well). Highly recommended.

My cell phone service is through them and its been nothing but problems... I was told the phones that they sold us where buy one get ones and theyre not theyre just regular phones but Im paying so much money for and they suck when I could have gotten the iPhone like I wanted but he talked me out of it because he played this one up as it to be amazing and again a buy one get one and it wasnt. Then my husbands phone broke they refuse to replace it when it was still under factory warranty. We had a fight with them to get it fixed and now my phone is starting to act up and they still wont fix it . I wanted to trade my phone for an iPhone and they told me no Im still under contract but I wanted the iPhone to begin with and now Im stuck with this theyre just not customer friendly Im not impressed and Im paying outrageous money for two phones
