I found the pharmacists and staff to be polite, cheerful and helpful. Not rude at all, and I have been going there for years. Prices are excellent.

Never had a problem so far and Ive been using Walmart Pharmacy in Putnam CT for over 10 yrs now. They answer all questions promptly and help find a product when I cant find something myself. Always polite and courteous. Only negative thing I can think of is; I wish they were open later on Saturday and Sunday.

Tried using pharamacy pick up, call in they bring it out to your car. They continued to hang up on me. No one came out. I had to re park and use crutches to go in and get them.

Very helpful and friendly. When they didnt have a medicine the doctor had prescribed they called around until they found a pharmacy that did and then gave me directions to that store.

There is always something wrong with something and it’s never their fault. This is the worst pharmacy, with the rudest staff in New England. On top of all the mistakes and errors, the staff gossip about people and what they are prescribed to their friends.

Its not that the staff are rude, they are under staffed and extremely busy because Walmart wants to make more money. As if they dont make enough.

Everytime I went in for my medications there was a problem. Wrong stuff, not available until tomorrow, no refills...all problems that could have been addressed by phone or text. Instead each time I waisted 30 miles of gas for the disappointment of a problem. I am gladly switching back to CVS. They have a drivethu and know how to use both phone and text to accomplish the proper result. Good riddance to Walmart pharmacy!

Worst pharmacy ever. Staff are unpleasant and rude. Scripts are always late and NO ONE ends up knowing what’s going on. I tell everyone don’t bother. Maybe try another Walmart pharmacy beside Putnam!

Their incompetence staggers me. For a year they continually messed up my prescription. Every month I fixed the problem but they would mess it up again the next month. On top of that, they were rude on the phone, spoke to me like I was a child, and copped an attitude. I have been more than patient with these buffoons. I am done.

Great prices on certain generics.

They never have your medicine ready even when they say youre all set.
