I was impressed by the clean department feel of the fitting room. The new price stations. The pick up parking spots, the clean self check out. To give five stars improvements if clean and painted new feel in other departments. Electronics 2 stars.

Ryan from self check out has amazing customer service skill and professional when I went to check out I asked him if there anymore fire stick left since I saw no fire stick in stock in the electronic section. he instantly look up the product and said we have some in stock. Did a pick-up order on a freezer. The people who helped us move it into our car were amazing!! The freezer was a little to big for our trunk so they took it out of the box and took the with so that was really cool! They were so nice about moving it too

I love using Drive up! This location has so far been the only location to have everything I need with a drive up order. Im impressed especially during the pandemic and the items I am purchasing that they are fully stocked.

Good variety of items at Great prices

It is 6:30 pm on Sunday night (the most popular day of the week for grocery shopping) and this Target has only 1 register open. The line behind me backs out all the way to toddler’s underwear. It’s not a holiday, no reason to be understaffed. It’s called being too cheap to run a store effectively. We won’t be back.

I enjoy the 5% off. I enjoy the variety you can pick. And I always enjoy the people who help me with things.

I love the selections on groceries and the low prices. I also love my discount with my Red card and Target circle. Id rather shop here than a crowded grocery store, especially with Covid 19 worries. The store is always clean and organized and the employees are friendly and helpful!

I usually love this Target and usually when I have to go get My med’s I grab some grocery’s,everyone wearing mask but last time the lady in front of Me had Her mask on Her Chin and the Lady behind Me did not have one on nor did her child whom looked to be older than 6,I know saying anything might start a fight but there is a big sign out front that say’s Mask’s are Mandatory so I ask the clerk,whom was very sweet why She did not say anything to the lady’s.She said they were told not to.No one is probably more tired of this than I am.We get most of our med’s delivered but some are controlled and one got lost in the mail and it was a big problem so I have to go in for those or I would stay away.

Used to love it but for the last couple years the quality of the store has just really gone down hill. For example, I go to look at the girls swim suits and theyre all scattered on the floor. Then, I try to scoot over 1 hangar to look at the next swim suit and 5 fall down onto the floor. Target needs to get it together. They also have a TERRIBLE shoe section, they have shoes shoved in the drawers and ALL OVER THE FLOOR!!! They also have boxes laying all over the floor in the walkway of the hair product section. Ridiculous. So disappointed with Target.🙄🙄🙄

This place is terrible. The customer service I have recieved today has been horrible. The customer service person I talked to said they had a specific item. I drove all the way here. Just to find they didnt have it. They said their numbers are usually wrong and just because the website said they have them doesnt mean they necessarily do I feel like that EXACTLY what it means when the website says they have an item.

Went to return some things from our baby shower without a receipt or even a price tag. The woman behind the counter was very understanding, she price checked the item and couldnt find it in her system. She ended up scanning an item next to her and said we could have the money from that item. She was so nice to work with us, weve been back a few time since and spent so much more money there!!

Went here today hoping to buy my son a bike. There was only one bike that was the right size. When the Target employee got the bike down for us, we checked it out and noticed there was resistance on the bike when pushing it with no person on it. Upon further inspection, the chain was not installed properly and the tires were flat. The employee told me he is the one who put the bike together and it was fine. I then noticed while testing the brakes, that they werent working. Again, the employee told me it was fine. Finally I said dude, the chain isnt on right and the brakes dont work, thats not fine or normal. I asked him, if he was the person who put the bike together, if it was possible he could make some adjustments to get it working properly. With an attitude, he said no and started walking away. As he started to walk away (while I was attempting to have a conversation with him) I asked him to have the manager come out. He said yeah ok and walked away with an attitude. After waiting for several minutes, I found another employee and requested they contact the store manager for me. It was 4:10 pm on a Wednesday and I heard someone on the walkie talkie reply back that the store manager left early for the day. I then asked for the Assistant Manager or whoever was in vharge and after several calls with no reply, the employee told me no one was available. I then pushed the bike to the customer serice counter, explained and demonstrated the issues with the bike and was offered 10% off. 10% off a $120 bike with no air in the tires, no brakes, and improperly assembled gear and chain mechanisms. Not a single person we encountered today gave a rip about the products they sell or the service they provide. We declined the discount and left. Ill never shop at this location again! All we wanted was to buy a functioning bike!

Convince and speed

I like this store but on my trip on 4/20 it was so hot it was unbearable. Even the check out person who just got there was having issues.Had to check expiration dates since I found at many Target stores items are beyond a few days, they could be a month or more.The other issue I have is the check out process when using their Circle program. If the clerk does not do it in the right order it messes with your discounts to using their gift cards. If your Red Card attached makes it worse, they cant undo anything so I had to remove mine from their wallet. Then being sent to the Service Desk redo this is painful and is time consuming.

This Target is the best Target I have been to since they recently did the remodel! I will definitely shop at Target more now! Also, the makeup section is bigger which Im really happy about.

Had an order delayed for over a month now! Online purchase for IN STORE available is ok to go in for pickup, but ordering online for a delivery has been a total nightmare. Disappointed for my grandkids who I had ordered gifts for. ONE showed up for one of the kids, the other sat there sad because her gift was delayed, not once not twice but three times. I won’t shop here for gifts online I can’t count on them showing up 🥺 my in store experiences have always been better or curbside. The staff inside the South Hill MallTarget are friendly and outgoing to help you.

Selection, price, staff are all awesome

Called here and verified two large wicker couches in stock. Drove a total of 1.5 hours round trip to get my truck and pickup. Upon arrival was told they did not have it in stock and have a nice day. Spoke to manager who offered zero to compensate for time and money lost by less than stellar customer service. This being the closest store for my family and myself and spending $1000 per month here. Today is the last day I give target any of my business. Stay far away

I went here to get my mom some iced tea. The store looked nice after the remodel. Still a little bummed out that they got rid of the popcorn and ICEE.

This Target is pretty good. It is well aranged and friendly staffed. The one big thing I hated but I think is now fixed was with the new chip debit cards, when they first started using them here they would not offer cash back. I went to another Target since then and they did offer it. So maybe that was fixed.

Incase anyone was wondering about the last review, you can sell cold medicine to someone if theyre clearly above age. Thats poor salesmanship. I as well have issues with these peoples attitudes.

They have a person that has a disability that works there. I saw the manager tell the person working with him to stay right next to him. He seemed to clearly working independent. I noticed him being told he couldnt talk to his coworkers too? Weird!!!! I wouldnt want my family working there. I will no longer support Target because of this.

So, the lady in front of me had alot of cat food and other products. the guy at the cashier made her feel very comfortable with having the cat food. when it was my turn, he accidentally flicked the pen over and he was very kind about what happened. i cant remember his name but he deserves a raise and promotion !! super kind guy :) he had reddish blonde hair in his 20s !

I am treated horrible by the employees at target every single time I go shopping there!! I love to buy target products and clothes but due to the way I am mistreated I stopped shopping at the target at South Hill mall. The only way I will start shopping there again is if they add self checkouts like the one at the sunrise location in puyallup. They never use all of the check out stands anyway, and even when it is very busy!!! I mean come on, these are simple customer service requests!!! Management needs to educate their employees on etiquette and not to discriminate!!

Weve had nothing but great service here. Both my guy & I have used the pharmacy and have been treated with nothing but respect for everyone. They have a nice selection of gluten free products as well.

I love Target. With my Redcard and Cartwheel savings paired with my Ibotta app I save a ton. I love their selection, cleanliness, staff is always helpful and kind.

I shop here often. For the most part the staff has been great. They have gone above and beyond to help me find things on more than one occasion. This Target is large and for the most part has always been clean. They have a snack bar inside as well as a Starbucks. You can find many things here. They have a CVS pharamacy, furniture department, cute decor items, grocery area, kids and baby stuff including furniture, womens clothes, mens clothes, plus size and maternity sections, jewelry area, electronics and kitchen wares. The place has a nice variety.

So I had a order pick up at the store, it was “ready for pick up”. The store location closes at 10:00pm, I get there at 9:50pm and their closed!! Totally unprofessional business.

Wandered around here for an hour yesterday and then realized my one year old had kicked off one of his shoes. After retracing my steps I wasn’t able to find it. I asked a staff member for help and she went above and beyond searching the store for the missing shoe. Everyone on staff looked through their sections but alas. No shoe. I left my name and number with guest services and within a few hours got a call back that luckily our little mans shoe had been found!Aside from the staff being super helpful and friendly, the store was clean and well organized. As I crawled around looking under clothes racks muttering under my breath like a crazy person, not a dust bunny was in sight.

The first thing i smelled a few days ago, was thick pee and old cigarette smoke. It smelled so strongly of urine and foul cigarette smoke that i had to cover my nose and mouth the whole time i was in the store for a half hour. I saw multiple girls hanging out by the men and womens fitting rooms looking through clothes and on their cell phones. Apparently this is the junkyard hangout for children employees. the fitting rooms are always a mess.. but that SMELL. Jeez, how can anyone let a store smell like a homeless person, urine and cigarette smoke? the clothes even smelled like it faintly due to the amount of smell. Gross.

Target in general is fantastic but this one always has long lines and not enough checkers when I visit. I prefer the sunrise one.

Employees have legal ground to dismiss a dog out of the store per ADA law if the handler is braking the law and the dog is being a disruption.This dog was off leash running around the parking lot as well. Letting a dog that is not task trained for a disability.A dog off leash in the store, and parking lot not listening to its handler is not a service dog. Even if it was a legitimate service dog, dogs acting like this are on grounds for dismissal.Target... Train your damn employees in fedral law for service dogs. Dont let your employees sit by and create an unsafe situation for people who need legit service dogs by allowing off leash fake ones in your store. Off leash dogs go after legit task trained service dogs.

Twice in a row I had horrible customer service from a young lady that works there. First time I was criticized by the lady for wearing a t-shirt from a presidential candidate that apperently she did not like. I informed her and the management and I was told that all customers have the right to express them selves and that something would be done about her horrible comments.Second time, the same lady was rude once again when asked about a sale that the store had. Both times The management was notified and nothing happened. Im taking my business some where else.

I was in line at the food thingy, & because the clerk gave one customer gruff about ordering a few bags of popcorn, I decided not to get anything. I also decided not to buy anything at the store, & go across the street, to see if the competition is any more friendly. This isnt the first time this has happened here, & I am sure that it wont be the last. I may not be sure, as there has to be friendlier stores making snacks that I can buy from.

They have good employees who seem oriented to helping the customer. At some stores the employees seen to run away from the customer asking a question, but @ this Target they seem to accept that as their responsibility.

I was here for a job interview today, it went great. Very clean store, great staff, and it looks like a great place to work.Edit: Ive been working here 10 months now. Still proving to be a great place to work if you can face the ups and downs of retail work.The lines to check out can get a bit long but were able to pull help from other parts of the store so it usually clears up pretty quick unless its a really busy day. Always make sure to check your Cartwheel to see if anything youre shopping for is on sale, theres always good deals on groceries and once in a while clearance clothing goes for an extra 20-30% off making for some very cheap clothes. My one and only complaint is that we never have enough baskets :(
