Went in to the store. Didn’t really have a mattress in mind. The associate was informing me of different kinds. Then told the associate my price range. Associate told me the one I think I’d like. Tried it, loved it. It was on sale and got my price range. Easy process and now I own a new mattress.

Our salesperson Lenae was very familiar with the different mattresses she had on the floor. Product knowledge is so important and she did an excellent job of explaining the differences between the mattresses and it never felt like she was pushing us to a more expensive model. I have had back and hip surgery and she really listened very closely to my issues. I feel very happy with my purchase.

Purchased a mattress at the annual fair. The salesman made promises that he couldn’t keep. Coming into my local store, JC and Rick were able to explain why all of our products weren’t delivered. Now we find out that this misinformation was given knowingly at the fairgrounds.I highly recommend going into the physical store in Sunrise, Puyallup and talk directly to these two men. They will talk you through any frustrations and work hard to straighten all issues.

Me and my mother came into the Sunrise location slightly before closing, and was promptly greeted by Rick! We told him what we were looking for and he already had some options ready for us to try! Rick, and all the staff at the Mattress Firm location were very welcoming and super helpful. Went into the store over the weekend and tested several mattresses. After identifying which mattress meet all of our preferences, we went online to complete the purchase. When attempting to place the order online I kept encountering issues and was never able to successfully submit it. As such, I decided to go back into the store and see if they could assist me in placing the order. Within 30 minutes I was walking out with a scheduled delivery for the next day.One of the packaged items (pillows, mattress protector, and sheets) that I had attempted to order online wasn’t actually in stock, but they ended up finding a comparable bundle and price matched it to the one that I had chosen.Both times I went into the store the staff on site was extremely helpful, considerate, and knowledgeable. Shout out to both Christina Taylor and Rick Weldon for all of your help and assistance. I am thoroughly impressed with the experience and will definitely recommend to anyone in the local market.

Definitely recommend! I shopped around online for reviews and prices and then went to mattress farm, #1 mattress, and here. The staff, especially Lenea our super woman sales lady, were superb!! 👏 👏 they beat all other prices, were friendly and informative, and kept my 5 year old engaged in the convo as well. I had the best experience at both mattress firms in south hill but the sunrise village crew really takes the cake. After a failed trial of a rather expensive mattress I was sure I was going to love, Ric (manager of the store) made my 120 night trial swap a dream. The rest of the girls were awesome too, we chit chatted away while they played and talked to my 9 month old and my crazy 3 year old. Stopped by late last week just before closing time just to look at mattress since we were in the market for a new one. We hadn’t tried any mattresses out and Mattress Firm was our first place we checked out. We were the only ones in the store since they were closing soon. Eric was very helpful and showed us around, he steered us to the kind of mattress we thought we wanted since we didn’t really know what was out there. We weren’t in there very long because we didn’t want to be “those people” that stayed past closing. We found a couple mattresses that we loved but since we hadnt shopped anywhere else, we told Eric that we were going to do some more looking around. Eric was very nice and told us what to look out for and pretty much good luck, he must of known we were going to be back. Well after shopping around we came back and purchased the mattress we liked that recommend. Eric wasn’t there, but Rick was just as nice and helpful. He checked us out and made sure we were taken care of. He even gave us a sweet deal! If you are looking for a new mattress look no further stop by and let these guys give you a hand. They’re not pushy and very knowledgeable and have outstanding customer service. I will definitely tell anyone I know that needs a mattress to go see Eric and Rick. From there she showed us some beds to get our opinions and feed back and continued to build our interests. She was never pushy but was extremely helpful and quick in explaining the differences to me and my wife. Not once were we pressured into making a decision on the spot or hurried in any way. She encouraged us to check out the competition. In our case that was the sleep number beds. We found that not only was the Sealy TempurPedic Hybrid Plush more comfortable but over all a better bed and experience than the sleep number beds. Both my wife and I would highly recommend Mattress Firm and Kayla to anyone who is looking for a mattress. Quality help and quality business.

Low pressure. Salesman took us to the perfect bed. Left us alone to consider our decision which I loved. Had gone to Ethan Allen, and Sleep number before Mattress firm, and really, Mattress firm has the absolute best mattresses our of all of them. They even told us if there was a sale coming up, that we would be given back the sale difference automatically. The purchase was quick and easy, and the delivery will be very fast. We were very happy.
