My experience with sleep number in Puyallup was great. I was greeted promptly by their friendly staff. Michael was very knowledgeable and helped answer questions. I didn’t feel pressured in to buying anything which was appreciated. Would definitely recommend checking them out for your sleep number bed needs

100 night guarantee means you are out > $3,000, if you dont like the air-mattress and the random noises and humming in the middle of the night. Intimacy is akin to a bouncy house, always. Buyer beware. They really sell you on that 100 night guarantee, but wont work with you when that time comes, Im out $3200 with the fees and the shipping, Im fine with the non returnable $300 sheets but I have to pay for pickup fees... My company wouldnt do that to a customer.

We stopped here first, and returned after visiting all the other mattress stores. Very informative and low pressure. It’s worth stopping in and seeing what they offer.

We had our first sleep number bed in 2005 and I loved it. A few months ago we purchased another one and this is the most uncomfortable bed ever. When I adjust the number I should feel a difference. My spouse has troubleshoot the bed numerous times and nothing. Im disappointed and wish we never made this purchase. This bed is nothing like the one we laid on at the store. The 2 stars is only because customer service was decent.EDIT: I called the customer support provided. It turned out we needed a new pump. Sleep Number had there tech guys come swap the pump and verify that it was working properly. Im happy and now my bed is comfortable. Thank you for the prompt service and fixing this issue. I feel if the techs originally set our bed up went the extra mile and made sure pumps worked correctly this couldve been avoided.

The bedmaster that helped me was very knowledgeable about the product he was selling his name is Matt and he helped me figure out a bed that would suit my needs and wouldnt break the bank I would highly recommend if you have back problems and trouble sleeping to try sleep number in Puyallup oh and dont forget ask for Matt.

I have had my sleep number bed just over a year and absolutely love it! Recently I stopped into the store because I had a question about my sheets. When I walked into the store I was kindly greeted by E.J. and he helped answer all of the questions I had. Not only was he knowledgeable about the products, but he treated my daughter and I like family. It really made my day!

Honestly, me and my boyfriend were not looking forward to the process of finding a new mattress. We stopped at Sleep Number first purely because it was closest to where we live. We walked in and they greeted us right away and very quickly turned our experience of getting a new mattress into an amazing one. These people are very nice and really know their stuff. They made the whole process a breeze and by the time we were checking out all of us were talking and laughing like friends. It was really a great experience!

She was knowledgeable and patient. The financing portion wasnt even difficult to get through.My one star taken off is from her other associates. They seem to walk all over her even though she was clearly making a sell. One woman literally came up and asked us to finish quick on a bed we were demoing because her clients wanted to check it out again. Apparently those customers were more important?As we were ringing up a male associate came Deb, she even stated Im about to use those. So. nice clean place and love our saleswoman but man do they work off commission? Not nice how coworkers treat each other.Ans we did notice!

Once again, my wife and I are having problems with our bed. We have had the bed about 4 months now and we have discoloration on the top mattress. It appears to be water or sweat that leaked thru the mattress protector sheet that we purchased with the bed. We use the protector religiously. The sales rep told us that the protector warranty would cover the mattress in the event of a spill leaking thru. When I called tech support today I was told that wasnt covered under the warranty... Are you kidding me? The whole point of buying the expensive Sleep Number mattress protector when we bought the bed was for this exact coverage.

The staff was friendly, the beds felt nice, and they used head protectors to ensure no one dirtied the pillows. The store was very clean, and I was not waiting around for assistance. Everything was explained to me thoroughly and was guided throughout the whole process of finding a comfortable bed. I was quite pleased with the customer service and the store itself.

Horrible customer service. The guy that ran up to greet us as soon as we set foot in the door, was so rude. Not only did he insult my weight (Im only 140) but he also had the nerve to ask how much our car cost! Um Im sorry. Just because we make a payment on our car every month, doesnt mean we want to make a payment on an EXTREMELY overpriced bed. The bed that was supposed to be on sale, the price was jacked up, then it went on sale and none of the frames were on sale. We told him we were looking at Tempurpedic, and he told me if you look at our beds, they are basic a tempurpedic with an air chamber. Like wow. Dont buy a sleep number and dont ever go to this location. I understand that a sales person, is a sales person, but the tactic they use here is absolutely insulting. Im not sure if he thought we wouldnt catch on because we look young (30), or if its just normal for them to insult their way to a sale. Either way,Extremely disappointed. The sad thing for them is, we had cash then and there to pay for it in full.They also change you $200 to deliver the bed, and every time something is wrong, on them or under your warranty, you have to pay the $200 each way. To get the old bed and delivery the new is $400...every...time! Tempurpedic/ Mattress firm offers free delivery every time and they have a better warranty.

The store was a bit busy when we got there, with only 2 people working we had a bit of a wait. But the service we got was amazing and worth the wait time of about 20 minutes. We got fitted for are number tested are first bed and new this was going to be a well worth investment. We found just the right bed and told them what we wanted and didnt want. There was no pushy sales pitch. Which I loved. We bought a bed that was half off. Flex top adjustable base, sheets 2 pillows and a protector for the mattress. I will say this a sleep number bed is a bit spending. But we left the store feeling like we just bought are last bed. We have been married for 13 years and this is are 3rd bed purchase. We cant wait to sleep in are new bed and feel well rested.

We are first time buyers of a Sleep number bed and didn’t have big expectations. We were met by Bren and he was super helpful and knowledgeable about the beds, needless to say he made our purchase simple! We’ll certainly continue our business with him!

These folks are knowledgeable about their product and were able to answer all of our questions. The only downside is, do not expect to leave with a bed the day of ordering or even receive it that week. It is a TWO week turn around time. Have patience, its worth it. Also, with the SleepIQ app be sure it is connected to the 2.4 GHz WIFI otherwise your bed will not stay online and you wont get accurate sleep readings the next day.

They do NOT in fact have a 100 night trial, since the expensive foundation in non-returnable. Furthermore everything you purchase is overpriced to the best interest of their profit margin. Buyer beware!!! Even when you return what is returnable, this company has already helped themselves to a tidy sum. They dont tell you this at purchace. Hey Sleep Number, keep it!
