That great experience good service little professional clean place

Took the work van in and had them do a fluids check and oil change and a few other things. Not happy that they said they checked the fluids but didnt, cause I checked the fluids when we got back to work after picking up the van and they had not checked the fluids as they said, makes me think what else hadnt they did, that they said they did? Updated we went back and showed them what had not been done and they took care to do everything right and they made everything right, thats what good business do, and Im glad to say we will return and continue to do business with Firestone.

I made an appointment for 10 AM on a Friday for an oil change. My vehicle was serviced quickly and I was on the road again by 11 AM. All staff members were helpful and friendly. Would definitely go back to this Puyallup location!

I brought my 2015 Mercedes Benz Gla 45amg for a diagnosis. After the diagnosis I was told that the turbo needs to be replaced along with the intake hose. When I got home, I noticed a long tear on the intake hose but it wasn’t there before my visit. The reason I’m so sure of my conclusion is that about every two weeks, I would swap my stock intake filter with an aftermarket one, and that tear was not present at all. I only noticed the tear after a Firestone tech worked on my car. The tear appears to look like a knife was used to cause it. I wish I can upload a picture as evidence. I called the shop and they denied that it was their fault. Now, I have to fix an additional issue on my car. The optics of this situation is very alarming!

This was the worst service I have ever experienced dealing with Firestone. Had A appointment set up st 2:00pm, I arrived 15 minutes early to avoid traffic. They didnt start working on the car till an hour later for an oil change and tire rotation my tires they were purchaser from them for my Benz. The tires are staggered. They put the entire rear tires on the front, and the front ones on the rear. For some reason they could not get it right this one installation. They finally figured it out after I told them too remove the tire off the rim. They said they would give me A coupon for the extremely long service. Never got the coupon. Service done at 6:20pm. This was officially the deal breaker. I am done with this redicoulous franchise. Too many incidents with them and my vehicles. And I am A long time card holder and customer. Quit hiring burger flippers as mechanics, Crisco grease and Pennzoil dont mix.🤔😣😥

Came in for a rotation, balance, and alignment. The truck pulled to the right after the alignment. I called to see if they could get me in two days after service and they were too busy and short staffed. So tired of businesses no longer caring about customers after they have gotten their money.

I got a flat tire about 6pm on a Friday night, and other locations turned me away but I called this location and Brent assured me he would wait for me to arrive and fix my tire. I arrived close to closing time, and Brent and Jacob were super friendly and helpful! They fixed my tire and go me back on the road safely, and reassured me that they were happy to help. Thank you so much for the excellent customer service!

We had an excellent experience at this Firestone. We had and 11:00 a.m. appointment for a set of 4 tires and and wheel alignment. We were quoted about an hour and a 1/2 to have all the work done and everything was done in a little over an hour. Very happy we chose Firestone; excellent customer service, and great price and rebates! We will definitely be back for future car needs.

Management doesnt care about you as a customer or employee. I will never do buisness w/ firestone if they cant treat their technicians like human beings. Pathetic. Zero stars.

Courteous mechanics that double as front desk people? Yep. I have had many services and products purchased here over the last 3+ years. Being a return customer speaks volumes by itself. It does comfort me that I dont get a pushy sales pitch when I come in.

Honest business. This was my second visit to this shop as I needed a alternator belt and 2 tires. Solid customer service from Kip the service advisor. I arrived at 8 am and was out by 10:30! My car is running like a champ. 👍

Dont support this company. An employee was terminated for not showing up for work after being found unconscious due to a serious medical problem.. thrown out like trash.. may not be eligible for unemployment now or medical insurance. I guarantee their moral values will be carried on to the customers..

Other than extreme slow service with 3 guys standing around at all times. The one kid who was doing my tires decided its a good idea to floor my car in the parking lot. Do yourself a favor and drive a couple more feet to Discount Tire!

AWESOME. Great place for women to get their car worked on and for families with children. A Must Read...My first visit in April 2019: Got me in last minute. Full set of tires with a rebate. Car drives awesome. Clean waiting area and bathroom. Male and female staff which is awesome and sells the services even more. Bought 4 tires for my car.My second visit in May 2019: I have a son with autism and he was with me. This can be very hard. My son is nonverbal and a lot of times actually most times people are very dismissive or unfriendly to us. This makes normal appointments almost unbearable. However, while I waited for my car the staff members Crystal and Brent both made him comfortable and feel so included. I was greeted and so was my son. His happiness was.clear as he made many smiles and his greetings to them both. He doesnt do that unless someone is truly kind. While I was looking at tires and discussing price Crystal was patient and informative. I felt really good about our experience and i want Firestone to know that I will pass this location on to other special needs families as a good place to be accepted. You should be proud of your staff and please let them know how much this acceptance truly means.Bought 4 tires for daughters car. Her car drives like its on rails... Very quiet rails. It corners like a dream!I loved my daughters tires so much I bought a 2nd set of them for my car in June. I also did the 4 wheel lifetime alignment and wow my car drives amazing.

I was going out on a Sunday to help my girlfriends daughter shop for cars during football season. I love football and I hate shopping for cars. In our travels we pulled into the driveway at Northwest Motorsports and they had something in our parking lot thats sliced my 3 week old all terrain tires on my 1 ton.I was so mad I could have dropped a baby deer in a wood chipper.I went to Firestone they were super cool and incredibly busy because of one of the only places open on Sunday. Once they realize the tire was slashed the guy just put my spare on for free. A very bright spot in a dismal day

These guys always do a good job for us. Been taking our vehicles to them for over 20 years now. They are easy to work with and do whatever is necessary for customer satisfaction.

I have been to this location a few times and every time their service has been outstanding. Repairs are done in a timely manner. They explain all my options available regarding the situation. They advise me of upcoming services that should be done. The staff are friendly.

Brought our car in for an alignment at the Tacoma/Steele St location, and long story short, an adjustment bolt apparently wasnt torqued properly and the alignment went bad pretty quickly. Tried this location instead to fix it, and they were awesome. Job was done right on time, and it drives great again. Nothing to rave about because they did what I paid them to do, right? Well, heres why I decided to leave a review. Im a die hard DIY guy, and the only thing I really needed them to do, that I couldnt, was the alignment. As expected, they found a few other minor things that needed attention, most of which I was aware of. But they also found a worn ball joint that I (or the Tacoma store) had not noticed. Ill admit that I declined their services, as I take pride in doing these repairs myself, and went home to investigate for myself. Sure enough, the ball joint did have noticeable wear and needs to be replaced. Bottom line, they were honest with me, and did not recommend a single repair that I wouldnt have recommended myself. I truly appreciate that, and Ill be sure to bring any business I can to them in the future.

Store manager Josh Moore, and his operations crew were fast and friendly in helping me find the problem with my tire. Furthermore, when I needed to replace all 4 tires, Josh took the time to explain the various tires that would work for my Kia Optima TSX limited. He went the extra mile and even looked at other tire store prices for similar tires to make sure I was getting the BEST price. I am VERY happy with my purchase, warranty and attentiveness that the Sunrise Firestone have to me. I shall be back when it is time for one of my other vehicles.

Come here to drop off work vehicle they are very accommodating and are very nice to customers. They are very busy and are willing to have you drop off vehicle on Friday and get to it in between those scheduled customers usually done with routine maintenance I require by Saturday afternoon. They have clean restrooms and coffee and water in waiting room

Yesterday I took my vehicle, to Firestone Automotive without an appointment. The newly appointed manager was very welcoming and kind and considerate to me. He took my vehicle in right away and changed the oil and put on new windshield wiper blades all in an hour and a half.

My experience at this specific location was extremely disappointing. I’ve been a loyal Firestone customer for years, but this was my first time coming to this specific location. Their customer service is extremely poor and inconsiderate. I scheduled a 12:30 appointment, upon my arrival they made no suggestions that there was any wait time, everything seemed fine. I decided to sit and wait for my OIL CHANGE in the waiting room, shouldn’t be long right? Three hours pass and I hear no word about my vehicle. I decide to check the parking lot and still see it sitting in the same spot so I ask if they have finished the service. Come to find out they never even took it back! I look around the waiting room and notice everyone that was there when I got there at 12:30 was still waiting as well. 3 hours guys!!! I was so disappointed, I had to ask for my keys back and politely decline services. This is just unacceptable, especially for those that make appointments. Absolutely no consideration for the time schedule of their guests!!!

Cheap after market parts - huge mark-up.Had a window motor problem. Took it to these guys and unknown to me, they used a cheap, after-market, substandard part and now it has the same problem. Took it to another mechanic and he showed me the piece of junk motor they put in. Of course they also over charged me on the repair to include a large mark-up on the part. Why didnt they use an original Honda part that they should have installed...because they can charge a bigger mark-up on cheap, substandard parts. This part is not even 2 years old and its already malfunctioning. After being put on hold for a very long time I was promised a return phone that never came. Finally I spoke to what Im assuming was the manager. This guy had absolutely no customer service skills and refused to help fix this problem. He was incredibly rude. He spoke over me like I was a little child. I had to raise my voice just to be heard and he just raised his voice even louder! I felt like I was being scolded by this guy! I let him know in no uncertain terms that I didnt appreciate his attitude and his attitude just got worse, unbelievable! He wouldnt even listen to what I was trying to explain. I will never return to this Firestone again, especially after having to deal with the incredibly rude management. The bottom line...theyll do a horrible job, rip you off, overcharge you, and when you complain, you get the rudest, uncaring individuals who make up excuses.

Firestone is a great company with knowledgable staff. I always feel welcomed and taken care of. I never feel like they are trying to take advantage of me when offering additional services but genuinely want to make sure my car runs smoothly in the long run. Excellence was good. Fresh coffee. They couldnt service my vehicle due to height but they told me which location could. They were friendly.

Came in for an alignment appointment at 11am. Every thirty minutes the front desk lady would reassure me my car was next for the rack (3 open racks), it wasn’t till 1:10 that my moved. Rookie mechanics, long wait times, finished around 2:10. Walked out to take a look and they had only done the front, rear camber had not been adjusted at all. Had to go back in and do the rear. 4 hrs later for a simple alignment...

Although I was on time for my appointment for tire replacement, I had to wait in line 15 minutes. There was only one guy working the counter, and he was slammed with the phone constantly ringing and trying to check people in and out at the same time. It was amazing he kept his composure!Since it was going to take so long, I went for a walk. Someone was supposed to call me when the car was ready, but no one did (not surprised). I returned after two hours and stood in line again for several minutes to find out if my car was done (it was), and pay. I was thrilled to discover they had a military discount! Tires are performing excellently

Well i have been having an ongoing car problem that has been hard to figure out but they have been doing there best .....I appreciate their hard work and excellent communication! Couldnt say the same for the Tacoma Mall location.

The store manager, Kip, and the rest of the team are always great to work with. I feel very confident that my vehicle will be taken care of each time. We have two cars and this Firestone location is the only one we go to, because of the trust they have built with us.

Not impressed with this company as they lie about simple things like a 10$ full car inspection and charge you 22 after the fact. They charge more for the labor than they should and try there hardest to not use the coupons that I got from the official firestone website.

This place is a scam. I spend almost $2000 to fix my AC and still have the same problem after 3 month. Meaning they didnt do a good job on it. I take it back and they want to charge me again for the same problem. I m done with firestone in general. I will only fix my car at the dealer .

I took my car in for a hydraulic clutch fluid flush, a one hour job. They somehow dropped a socket in the transmission and had to pull the transmission out to get the socket, that took 2 days, and they never did the fluid flush.They also destroyed a switch plate then glued it on and didnt tell me, they also wrecked another switch plate and just left it, very shifty people. I called corporate to have my switch fixed. I called two weeks later and I found out they had not ordered the part, I think they wanted me to just forget but thats hard to forget when you have crusty glue hanging off the side of your dashboard.

Dropped in for a alignment. Brian fit me in within an hour. Shane was knowledgeable and professional and got my Supra alignment back in check. I have lifetime alignments thru Firestone and wouldnt have it any other way. Ill be bringing my Ram in for the same.

Seems to be basically a good place to go for service, they did get me in without an appointment but I was a bit surprised at the cost. My first diesel oil change, thought it was suppose to be in the $70-90 range, $155😳, didnt have time to shop around so just paid it.

Very nice professional and clean. The shop also while doing my battery found a faulty ground and repaired it for free.

Quickly changed my wipers. In and out in 15 minutes !

My fiance worked with Crystal here, who both offered great service and was able to get us in same day! We elected for the lifetime alignment for 199$ which is only 50$ more expensive than a 1x visit would have been elsewhere

Went in for oil change and new tires, car came out of bay knocking and ticking with oil light on,they assured me it will go away,your perfectly ok.Returned 3 days in a row so they could look over the sound that kept getting worse. finally 3rd day master tech tells me NOT to drive it,motors blown.THANKS FOR MISGUIDING Your customer who put there trust in your company.now I have a blown motor and stranded family.I WILL BE TAKING THIS TO COURT!Claim#2345125

They replaced my headlights for me. One went out 3 weeks later and they fixed the problem at no charge. Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly.

Theyve always been available for last minute issues from oil changes to engine work. Kip and crew are great! Honest and never push unnecessary work.

My serpentine belt snapped on my way home from work. I do not live in the area and needed my car fixed that day. I called 4 other places who wouldnt take me because it was too short of notice and too close to closing time. Firestone took me right away and saved the day less than an hour before they closed. The mechanic that worked on my car was extremely nice and they even stayed an extra 30 minutes after they closed to finish me up. I cannot say enough good things about this location! Thank you thank you thank you!

I had an urgent situation in an adjacent lot. Kip kindly walked over to inspect situation and got the part needed so I could drive the vehicle to their lot. The team were able to get my vehicle in for the repairs needed immediately without appointment. I had my son, my dad and my two dogs with me. Great team at the Puyallup store. I have been a customer for many years and find them to be quality service and great customer service with fair pricing.

Went in because we needed a waiver for emissions. Sat for an hour and they came back saying we had a cylinder misfiring because of a fuel injector (which we already knew) and they told us we needed an oil change (which was new news). So my husband picked up an oil filter, and new oil on the way home. We go to check the oil AND THERE IS NO OIL FILTER ON OUR CAR! Firestone has pulled off our oil filter (for who knows why) and not replaced it. This could have ruined our car, had we not gone to change the oil immediately after. Also, the oil that remained was crystal clear. We will never return to another firestone as long as we live. Please don’t get taken advantage of at this GOOD FOR NOTHING business. My husband is still fuming.

The staff is very friendly and always polite. I went in with multiple problems. They kept me updated as they did work and were even able to finish the car in a single day. I would take my vehicle here for any work or service that needed done.

Would like to give 5 stars, the people were friendly, and the lobby was clean. However, leaving my radiator cap off and lying to make an upsell prevent me from giving high marks.

When I moved to Puyallup over 12 years ago, this was my go to place. They have always treated me fairly, and are not pushy. I give them a great recommendation.

Took my truck in for an oil change and they way over filled it. They also told me that they had checked and topped off all of my fluids for me. I had NO coolant in my truck when I left and it was full upon arrival, my break fluid was almost empty, and my washer fluid was empty when I left. I also had them replace my tensioner pulley and serpentine belt. Well three weeks later its still squeaking louder than ever. When I took it back in they told me that there was nothing wrong with the work they they did and couldnt figure out why it was squealing. I took my truck to another mechanic and found out that they over torqued the pulley and the belt. I would not recommend this store to anyone for any reason. The only thing they did right was replace my air filter.

We have been using the Puyallup location for 16+ years to take care of our cars. We moved to a new location 42 miles from here, and used a Firestone closer to our new home, but we will travel the 42 miles as the other Firestone is not comparable to Puyallup Location. Kip has gone above and beyond each time we come.

Was passing through towing an RV from Alaska when my power steering went out. I called this Firestone. They told me to bring my van right over and they would fix it.I drive ove3, unhook my RV, unload my wife and kids, and all 6 of our bicycles from the van (30 minutes of work). When I go to hand them the key, they want me to sign a receipt saying it would cost 100.00 dollars just for them to look at my vehicle.They never mentioned over the phone there would be a 100.00 diagnostic fee. I asked them if they waive the diagnostic if they do the repair. They said no.I marched right out, and walked right across the street to AAMCO. AAMCO got me right in, did not charge me to look at my van, and AAMCO fixed my power steering problem immediately.AAMCO for the win today!

I took my car in last week and it wasnt done the right way. My check engine light never went off so i had to take it back in. And now that i got it back its not idoling right... So i have to take it in for a third time.. Its just frustrating having one car and a busy scedual. When this should have only taken one visit.

Ripoff, they take your money and dont do the work they are supposed to. Dropped truck off because it wouldnt pass emissions. Then I sat across the street and watched... they opened the hood and let the truck sit for an hour. Then told me it was ready. Nobody touched or looked at anything. Then they hiked the price up on me an extra 75$. I questioned the guy about this and he had a huge attitude with me. He told me thats how we do it here. Ill never be back and you shouldnt either...

Very poir customer service and incompetent staff! We went in for one tire for the car and they said they had to order it from another shop so we had to come back only to find they ordered the wrong tire! We waited again and got the call that they had the tire so we take the car in and NO TIRE! Meanwhile the tire is unsafe to drive on. I will be taking our business elsewhere!

Friendly staff. They were able to identify the issues with my truck. They run sales through their website, check for coupons! Worth an oil change for sure!

Update 4/20/2019:Once again I landed myself in the shop. Car broke down on the side of the freeway .Thankfully my Good Sam roadside assistance I was able to get my car towed to Firestone for free again . Brent was my service writer this time, and I was very pleased with him. My car had some MAJOR issues, and even fixing those issues could surface more .I never once felt pressured to do anything .I also was never given unrealistic expectations of time, cost, etc. Brent was honest and upfront 100%. Im a customer for life from now on!Matt was very helpful and kept me updated while my car was there. They reccomended additional services but werent pushy. As someone in the RV service industry I can only hope my customers feel as included as I did.The technicians got my car in and out of the shop within 24 hours.One thing I was disappointed in is my vape mod went missing from my car.
