Stopped in without an appointment to get wheels swapped on my truck. Not only did they get me right in, but they did the work fast and cheaper than quoted, even with no lock key and I supplied the wrong lug nuts. Riley did the work and did an awesome job! Great experience!

I just stopped to get a tire check and everyone i spoke to was nice and on point.

My favorite location! Kim was amazing she helped get quotes for everything and made sure I understood what was being done on my vehicle. I also had a young gentleman I believe his name was Brandon he helped picked my wheels and OMG they are so nice! Highly recommend this location.

I picked up a piece of metal in a tire yesterday and with the horrible traffic I didn’t get to the store until closing time. Even at the end of a busy work day, everyone (and I mean everyone) was cheerful and friendly.They swapped out my spare and kept the damaged tire overnight to fix it in the morning, and I got a call first thing today letting me know it was ready.Les Schwab is a model of efficiency and excellent customer service!

Brandon and the guys went beyond my expectations when I took my slow leaking tire into them today. They took it off the rim, cleaned up the bead area and sealed it all up for no charge. It wasnt even one of their tires. I highly recommend these guys!!! Fast and friendly service.

EDIT AFTER 1 MONTH..I have only put 600 miles on my truck since the work was done and I could not help but edit my review.My truck has been back in their shop 3 times since. 1st for the end links that were left out the first time. 2nd was to retorque my suspension early because I heard loud noises.3rd was today because I noticed the nuts attaching my struts were not even seated!In the last few days my truck has began to sound like a rust bucket coming down the road. It is a real head turner now, but for all the wrong reasons. I regret lifting my truck here because I feel like I paid 3.5k for a lift that I could have done better myself.Brandon seems to be the only person there that cares about the customers. It is too bad that you cannot instill this value in your techs that work on my truck.I realize that they were busy today, but I should not have ever left with my vehicle in this condition. Went in because there was a screw in my tire, i was not met or greeted waited about 5 min standing by the desk before saying something after watchingthem stare at me Very unprofessional all employees were sitting around not working only 2 car in bay. no one inside waiting told wait time was over 3 hr and wasnt sure would get in today went to different location (Puyallup) by mall was greeted right away and delt with immediately not even 30 sec from walking in the door was vary dissatisfied with work and management at this location if this how they treat people take the 3 miles people save the time and your sanity.

I went there to get my SUVs flat fix and after waiting for one and half hour they handed over my key and printout of rates of new tires and said we cannot fix it because puncture is on side wall of tire. But today i went to other shop and they fixed it and showed me tire before fixing and I was surprised to see that puncture was on side wall of tire it was in middle. This same accident happened to my friend too but I did not believe him.

Excellent customer service! I received a free brake inspection but couldn’t collect my vehicle the same day due to some extenuating circumstances. I made sure to call the shop every couple of days with updates, and they were gracious enough to hold the vehicle for me until the following week. They were extremely busy today handling everybodys problems but yet they did a very good job of my truck mining the tires and putting the other tires in the back of the truck so I would job would definitely recommend Les Schwabs and Puyallup they do a very good job and the girl behind the counter is an excellent person to talk to shes very knowledgeable of Les Schwab tires and very curious and kind of all people

Told 4 new tires put on would take 1 1/2 hours and they would call. Waited almost 5 and called them..they said it was ready. Got there waited another 20 minutes. Gotta say disappointed...service used to be their motto.

Excellent service! Ive been going to this downtown location for years and would not go anywhere else for tire and battery service. Today they rescued me from a flat tire at home and then fixed the flat for me without charge. I was ecstatic! Im a low income senior and they really made my day! The staff here are always SUPER nice too.

Everybody here was super nice and helpful, BUT after having them rotate my tires, the next morning on my way to work my tire pressure alert came on. I ended up going to Discount Tire to have them check it to make sure the pressure was okay and the guy told me it was just a sensor that didnt get reset how it was supposed to. I appreciated the prompt and kind service, but the lack of thoroughness resulted in a second trip for me, which was really inconvenient.

Professional, clean, and didnt change me to patch the screw in the middle of my tire. 10/10, would recommend.

They priced my job wrong twice. They went in my glove box and when I reported it, I was told that they were probably referencing my owners manual. Not sure why they would need to do that. They said they would call to pick up car but did not so I went there before they closed and my car was sitting there waiting. I regret it because I really enjoyed this place but I will not be going back. Not sure what happened to this place.

I use Les Schwab all over the western half of the US for my work vehicles and I never have any issues. This particular location has great customer service. I will never buy tires anywhere else.

Most recently, I bought a used truck that had new Schwab (Toyo) tires on it. I love the truck, but not the tires. Schwab swapped the tires to another style for me for free, even though I wasnt the buyer of the original tires (the dealership was). Kudos to Steve and the team... Im a very happy customer.

As always Les Schwab never disappoints. I have had my tires replaced here my brakes worked on here and my bearings worked on here and every time Ive ever brought my vehicles in here theyve always been prompt fair and courteous. Thank you Les Schwab for always being consistent.

About 4 or 5 months ago I had come in to patch up a tire that kept going low on air. They told me I could not patch it up because the tire was so far gone from separation and they quoted me over $300 for two lowest quality tires. I decided not to do that and just had them fill up my tire and I went somewhere else to get a quote for two new tires.The second place I went to told me I didnt even need new tires, they were perfectly fine. They noticed my wheel was a little rusted so they sanded that down and rotated my tires and all this time later (4-5) months later, I havent had a low tire problem since. Even after my inspections at my dealership while getting my oil changed their reports tell me all my tires are good. So tell me why Les Schwab was telling me my tire was too far gone to fix and the only solution was to spend over $300 on two new tires that arent even the good kind. Not to mention, a year prior to this almost the exact same thing happened. I had a low tire and they told me the same thing. It was separating and I had to get two new tires. I was naive and purchased new tires at that time. I didnt want to fall in the same money pit trap again.Be careful- they will overdiagnose your problem to get way more money than you intended on spending.

Quality repair, great service. Three hours later and had new tires balanced and mounted. Not the cheapest but worth it. Didnt seem busy but took longer than expected.

Over priced. They wanted to replace parts that were not worn out. I did the repair my self. The car is great.

If I could write this review and give them zero stars I would. We tried to apply for credit there and the sales lady was completely rude to my husband and I. We waited longer than necessary to get the results of our application!!! This is unacceptable and if they want customers they should be friendlier and have some better customer service skills.

I was pleased they were able to help me. But need to add, I had to call them, to see what the status on my tire, when I was told they would call me. They close at 6pm, I called them at 5:30pm only to find tire was there and had not been put on my rim nor balanced, when I was there at 8:10am in the morning paid in full for new tire with understanding they would take care of it by afternoon. Not to get a status call is very disappointing. This is not the 1st issue I have had with this store. Very disappointing being a Les Schwab store.Sandi Tyler

Horrible customer service. Took way longer than promised. Very small selection of tires. Cheapest tire was more expensive than the most expensive tire at competitors. Charged me for a free flat repair because I refused to buy new tires from them.

As always the staff is knowledgeable and Kim made the effort to find out if chains were recommended for my vehicle before selling me the correct item.

I came in for an alignment issue with my Challenger. Roy, Shelley and Steve all took very good care of me. Roy and Shelley sincerely listened to my concerns and assured me they could get the job done. Their customer service was great! Brian did a fantastic job on the alignment. I cant thank them enough, they truly earned my business!

My car has been making a whir-whir-whir noise for almost two years. All the mechanics that have looked at it just shrug and some of them pretend they cant hear it. Theres no way you cant hear this noise. Getting it diagnosed has been annoying and frustrating at best. I stopped by Les Schwab this morning with the intent of having my brake light diagnosed and the kids and I took advantage of the free hot chocolate and pop corn while we waited. There was nothing wrong with my brakes. The sensor is just sensitive at times. Im not worried about it. But the tech suggested that I have my rear differential looked at because of the whir noise he heard. Finally! Some real advice about that dang whir noise. I asked if I should have an alignment done first, and the guy was so honest, he told me to come back after having my differential looked at.To summarize: I spent no money, and was given good advice, and got cocoa and popcorn. I am going to come back to Les Schwab every chance I get.

They found three nails in my front and my back valve stem was leaking and was bad. They fixed it for free and I was able to get to work. Thanks Les Schwab employees!

Always great service except last few times. Brought our truck in for air bag repair and they did a front end alignment by mistake. Driving home (airbags werent fixed) another customers keys were left in my truck. I had to drive all the way back home. Third time down today for the airbags and I get a call my truck would not start. Dead battery. Then I noticed my check engine light was on.

We had just driven down from the mountains, and had been over very rocky roads. When we got to Puyallup, our front tire was almost completely out of air - luckily another driver saw it and told us. We found a Les Schwab right down the street and pulled in after they closed at 6 PM. It was 6:20 PM and Micky was closing up. When he saw our tire, he immediately said hed fix it for us, opened up the garage doors and got to work to find the leak, patch it, and get it back on our vehicle. He wouldnt accept any payment, much to our dismay, because we were so thankful for his quick, friendly and timely help! So THANK YOU Micky - you saved us, and we will never forget you!

They still run when you park your car. Like crazy, neatly dressed stalkers that dont descriminate against ugly cars. Tire pressure checks always free, along with flat tire fixes and popcorn, and coffee.

Very busy and understaffed. Ever growing wait times, coupled with a manager that talked with her family member for 20 minutes while there were 2 people waiting at the desk for service. She was the only employee behind the counter. Poor customer service. I bet the technicians would run this place better than the management that is fishing for bonuses by cutting labor. Great staff

They took a long time. They couldnt find the jack point and cracked the plastic bodywork of my car. They tried to jack up both sides at once, impossible on my low car. They put too much air in the tires, ignoring the pressure indicated on the door jamb. They marked two of the tires they removed as right rear so replacing tires next winter will be hit-or-miss. They did not reset the tire pressure monitoring system before returning the car, do the car showed error codes.
