Not impressed with the staff. Was told a car was there then the day before was told it wasnt. Then on the day of the appointment the car I was looking at was there. I went elsewhere.
Terrible service. The used car dealer guy had this real REAL smug aura about him. Immediately sensed that I would not want to be buying a car from here. Youd think theyd want to have people there, that make you want to buy a car.
The guys here know their stuff and dont BS you.

First lets start with our salesperson Brian from internet sales. Initial phone conversation was very good, seemed helpful and wanted to get our business. Upon arrival Brian greeted us and showed us the vehicle that we called about.As we started to inspect the vehicle it was obvious that the vehicle had not been cleaned and Brian made mention of the fact that we are in covid and been shut down for 30 days or more, and the vehicle was reflective of that.Secondly we started to ask questions about why the vehicle sounded the way that it did then the next thing we decided that the vehicle was no longer the one for us to purchase.We asked Brian for other options, he gave us two options; one was a blue vehicle that he pulled to the front, started the car and walked into the building, grabed hand sanitizer as i started to disinfect the vehicle as it was filthy inside. As Brian took the hand sanitizer back to the building, he was never to be seen again.* Now, let me state, there were no other customers in the building and there was not a excuse me I have to take a call, it was ghosted.*Im not sure if the questions that we were asking Brian were as if we were not interested in buying the vehicle but we had done some research at another dealership for comparison.Any serious car shopper, especially during these times, have to be aware of their environment, do their due diligence and do their research.But to be candid, the professionalism and lack of customer service attention that was shown to us by Brian, after he realized that we were making comparisons, and left us was rude and carless. Brian saw us standing looking around and sent another sales person out to say he sent me out to see if you guys had any questions.REALLY !?!?Heres the deal we drove from Tacoma all the way to Puyallup. Not a hop skip and a jump. It was about a 45min drive, to be treated like that!Note to Puyallup Nissan : Never judge a book by its cover, we were ready to spend cash on the spot because we are serious buyers but the way that we were treated we would never spend a dime with a salesperson like Brian!Steer clear of Internet Salesman Brian.Btw: the cars are not sterilized. Beware!!!
