Excellent! -- I didnt just purchase my car from Puyallup Mazda, I also signed-up for one of their car care packages that offered me discounted oil changes among other things.Ive been in no less than 10 times total, and after two years, Ive been extremely satisfied on every single occasion at Puyallup Mazda... every time -- professional, friendly, HONEST, knowledgeable, kind!!I cant speak highly enough about Kyle and Jeremy. The purchase process was fantastic. Bilori was super transparent from day one, and he even sent me some personalized videos before starting the conversation. He was very straightforward, and we agreed on a fair price before meeting in person. They were also fair on my trade-in car (although more on the lower side).Although I live in Redmond, I was willing to drive for +1hr and deal with Mazda Puyallup. I strongly recommend this place!

I purchased a new CX-5 and the process was excellent. Scott was very friendly, knowledgeable, and actually took the extra time to walk us through the many different features and gave helpful advice on getting settled in quickly. He was also very patient while we worked out our down payment and financing details.Sam made the paperwork process very seamless and it was the easiest time Ive ever had buying a car.I highly recommend this dealer as my experience with Scott and Sam was wonderful all around!

I could not recommend Puyallup Mazda more highly! Working with Jacob (Bear) Hardy was fantastic. He was communicative, honest, and kind. The whole team (Jacob, Segi, Sierra) made the leasing process - something I was not looking forward to - enjoyable! It was such a refreshing experience and I am so thrilled with my new car. I have purchased two vehicles from Mike here at Puyallup Mazda in the last 7 months & both experiences were amazing. I’ve had bad experiences at Larson dealerships due to being so young they don’t take me serious nor provide good service but 7 months ago I purchased my brand new 2021 CX-5 with Mike and he had the vehicle ready for me & made the whole purchase process so easy and stress free. He treated me with respect and was transparent about everything. He earned my business. I had such a great buying experience I came back to purchase a used 2014 VW beetle and he made that process so easy. I definitely will only be coming to see Mike & purchasing my future vehicles from him!

Your experience dealing with the sales people is going to be like all of the other dealerships. Nothing new. Youll get low balled on your trade in.My problem was with their finance and service departments. Financing told me that they had worked with my bank (NFCU) many times before and that it wouldnt be necessary to call them. They were very wrong. Call your bank and have them be part of the process. Long story short I had to refinance the loan shortly after buying the vehicle because of a mistake they made.We also bought their platinum after market warranty for peace of mind. As soon as we drive it off the lot the airbag light goes off telling me it needs to be serviced. Now we bought a 2020 Jeep that had 5K miles. We also live 2 hours away from the dealership so we had to plan when we could bring it back down to be serviced. Come to find out that they just send it to the nearest Jeep dealership to get worked on. Its been a week and it hasnt even been looked at yet.tldr - Nothing special with sales. Have your bank on the phone during the financing. Dont buy a vehicle that isnt a Mazda from them.

Came in for recall service on a 2013 CX-9 and I was well taken care of. Meegan had me in and out. I saw her charm a feisty toddler ahead of me in line--great customer service here. I also really liked the walkthrough video the shop sends as they do an overview on the vehicle--it arrives as youre waiting on your vehicle. The waiting room had Starbucks drip and water bottles in the fridge. They offered snacks, too, but I didnt look. Despite being out of the way from where I live, Im tempted to return for routine service.

We have been going to this dealership for a few years now and have never been disappointed. The reason we always return is because of Ben Alaalatoa. Ben is the best person we have ever dealt with because he is loyal and trustworthy and just an all around great person. He is always looking to do the right thing and will never try to push anyone into something they don’t want or need. We have bought from him at Mazda and bought from other dealerships and we always return to Ben because he makes sure to genuinely take care of us and we have never had an experience as good as the one we have with Ben when buying a car. He has become a close friend to us and we will continue to use him as long as we are buying cars:) We love and highly highly recommend him as someone to trust with your car buying advice and experience.

Yesterday we went to Puyallup Mazda and bought our third used vehicle from them. As always, it was a great experience! We worked with Jacob (everyone calls him Bear) and John did our financing. But everyone we came in contact with was so kind and friendly. We got a great deal on a 2016 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon and it is exactly the vehicle we wanted. LOOK FOR COLEMENN!!!I have driven from a dealer to another to get quotes literally everywhere and tried to go to 3 different locations of Mazda and FINALLY I found the right place and the right guy, Colemenn! Look for Colemenn!He was straight to the point, he wasnt pushy at all (very low pressure), remarkable service, very talkative and friendly, also really want you to get what you want and try to meet in the middle.I understand both of us have our own priority in mind, our own different desires and goal in negotiation and deals, but Colemenn was upfront and as simple as How much you want it?, and different than any other dealers who always came back with another hundreds plus number off your desire, different than others who had to bring their Karen Manager, he just went off once and came back with the deal thats even 3 dollars cheaper than I requested!!!If you all reading this and wonder which Mazda to pick from, dont second thought yourself and go for Puyallup Mazda. My supervisor turns out telling me that he got his Mazda 3 in Puyallup too. I shouldve came in here earlier and not waste my 3 whole days looking for different brand of cars that fit my budget. Update on 5/6: Service manager Kyle reached out and got this issue take care of. Appreciate Kyle’s attentiveness to my customer at risk issue and he was more than fair in his resolution. Updating this review to a 4 star after Kyle took care of me! I work at a dealership and understand there’s human error involved so nothing bad to say about this dealership. Have never had any sort of issue before this one but will continue to remain a loyal customer due to this dealerships customer relationship standards.Previous review: Less than good service experience here. Tried to upswell me on repair that wouldn’t fix initial issue and didn’t do scheduled oil change in a day and a half of sitting in Mazda lot. Dropped my truck off for schedule service at Mazda for a scheduled service appointment (not happy I bought it from Truck Country side and can’t bring to them). In addition to prepaid services included with my truck purchase I informed service advisor of abnormal vibrations in front end. Asked for them to check front end suspension and alignment. Also asked for some other small items like headlight bulb. Had my truck in their lot for a day, I called for an update and was told had not been started yet. Was still patient. Got a call a few hrs later that second day and was told I needed to buy new set of front tires. Mind you they were new when I bought truck less than 3 years ago. Completely misdiagnosed and wanted to charge me $500 for new front tires that still wouldn’t fix vibration issue (tires cupping). Took my truck back to find out they hadn’t even done oil change after a day and a half. Took to local shop in Sumner who did tire rotation, balance and alignment for $135 and issue is resolved now.

Bilory was great to work with and nice to talk with. Called and talked with him before coming from Oregon to look at a used vehicle.Spent a couple hours checking out the truck and took it for a test drive, and we were ready to purchase - with cash and financing ready to go. However, the owner refused to sell to us since we live in Oregon. Something about a past issue with a previous buyer and the Oregon dmv. Sounded like a very specific issue with a completelydifferent person that had nothing to do with us... but who knows.Would really have liked to know that before we both took off work and drove 3 hours. Maybe put on your website you don’t sell to Oregon residents? We initially felt pretty defeated after finally finding a truck in our budget and that fit our needs, but we went ahead and looked at another truck while we were in Seattle, and ended up purchasing it the same day.* does not sell to Oregon residents *

John charged me 409.00 to change oil and filter because I gave him a list of small owner operator issues. And to check my brakes. He charged me a diagnostic fee for every little thing including windshield wipers. Bluetooth connectivity and use of wrong seat lever. And he didn’t care when I complained about at his shop!Ridiculous!Don’t go here they will price gouge you!

I had the most unsatisfactory experience today at your service center in Puyallup-Mazda. I arrived at 2 pm for my oil change apt, while I was being checked in by John 495, another “Elizabeth” checked in for an oil change, she even said she was late (2:10 pm). At 2:55 pm the other Elizabeths car was done, I expected to be next since I did get in to the before she did. It was not until 3:55 pm that I got up and actually asked about my car. I saw that it was parked at the exit lane. I asked John if the car was ready and he said he was waiting on some service prices for the things my car needed. How long was I expected to wait for this? I should have been consulted to see if I was even interested. John then proceeded to do the checkout process. I was so mad that I paid and left. This was my first experience at this service center, and it was bad. There are no bathrooms for the costumers and the wait was unreasonable (especially when the person who checked in after me was done sooner, how can that even be??!!) The car was not washed, but in the paper work it said it was washed. Also the tire pressure light went on as I was on my way home, I checked and the paper work said that the tires were checked (which would be a lie since the light went on!). For a $100+ oil change this service was awful.

UPDATE 1/16/21: Is there a way I can give more stars?? I took my CX-5 into the dealerships service department for an oil change, fluid check, tire rotation, and to also get Apple Car Play installed. Im blown away at the consistent stellar service we receive from Puyallup Mazda! Jeff Layton assisted us with getting set up for service. Hes such a kind, friendly, and funny guy and made this visit so painless and breezy. I dropped the car off Thursday evening and was given a loaner. The next day, I got the call and a text message that my car was ready for pickup. In the text message, there was a link that took me to Puyallup Mazdas website with a video walk-thru of what all was done on the car and how everything looked! Such a cool and piece of service! I dont know why but sometimes Im weary about what actually is being done to my car and if things are actually being done when I take my car in for service. With Mazda, I have peace of mind that my car is being taken good care of! Im forever coming back for my future service needs!------I still cant believe it. I bought my very first car! I came with the intention to just look around and get a feel for Mazdas since I never really knew anything about them. I had my heart and sights set on Subaru Foresters, but my husband urged me to look into the CX-5 or CX-9 and felt Mazda offered a lot more features than Subarus do. So, with a free Saturday and no plans, we drove out to Puyallup Mazda to (reluctantly) look around and maybe test drive one.We were immediately greeted by Jacob Bear Hardy, who was surprisingly not super pushy or overly schmoozy like most car salesmen Ive dealt with in the past. Just a genuinely nice, friendly guy with a laid-back personality. I know Jack Schitt about cars, but he was super cool, patient and answered any and every possibly stupid question I had. He got us into a few vehicles to get a feel. We test drove a 2019 CX-5 Touring. I enjoyed being higher up, which was a nice contrast to being lower to the ground in my current 2001 Lexus IS-300; it also felt much more solid and was definitely a lot quieter in the road, and the visibility around was the vehicle was nice. But I wasnt overly wowed like I thought I should be for an almost brand-new vehicle.We got back to the dealership, and I started inquiring about the CX-9s. I knew theyd be a bit more expensive, but would probably have more features than the CX-5. But, being the very nice, and honest guy that he was, Bear didnt try to upsell me on the CX-9 and felt a CX-5 would best fit me financially. So, I appreciate him for being honest and keeping that in mind. I ended up browsing around some more pretty sure my day at the dealership was going to come to a close soon.Thats when I stumbled upon a beautiful 2017 CX-5 Grand Touring with all-white leather interiors -- something Id seen on Mazdas website, but did not see many for sale. Most of the CX-5s and CX-9s Id seen for sale in my price range only came in the black leather/suede or fabric interior. And this one came with all the nice upgraded features AND was in my price range! Between the exceptional customer treatment from Bear, seeing all that this CX-5 had to offer and the gut feeling I was having, my husband and I agreed that this was my new vehicle. So, we had Bear move forward with getting the paperwork going. Within a couple of hours and a painless paper signing session with Segi (Ziggy??), we were driving off the lot with this gorgeous CX-5!Again, I cant thank Bear and Segi enough for the absolutely, pain-free, hassle-less, outstanding service you provided! I get anxious stepping into car dealerships, and worry Im going to get pushed into a vehicle I dont even want. Weve had meh and terrible experiences in the past when my husband was purchasing a car. This experience erased the painful memories of our past dealings with other dealerships! Thank you gents, for a one of a kind, remarkable experience! I will be for sure be referring back to you and bringing my car in for service to you guys always!

Nothing against the sales associate... the rating is for the financing department. My daughter’s first experience of purchasing her first car on her own... great! However.. unfortunate event 4 months later major accident (not her fault) car totaled. She went back... same sales associate (great!).. financing (by far the opposite).. How do you allow someone to walk off your lot without having an approval from a financial institution?! Signed documents by your customer and department!To come back almost a week later for a different appointment (something completely different)....to find out the the original numbers were not approved by the bank!! The lack of customer service by this department was inexcusable! COMMUNICATION is key with your consumers!

We were looking to purchase a CX-9 when I found the exact spec at this dealer. Since we are about 2 hours away from Puyallup, I wanted to confirm all the details before driving up there. I connected with Lauren and she was very helpful throughout the whole process. She was able to respond back to all of my questions and provide out the door pricing with a breakdown as we requested. Once everything was confirmed, my wife and I drove up there and met with our salesperson, Chris. He was also very helpful in the buying process as was the finance manager, John. The whole experience at this location was very pleasant and made the purchase process very smooth and quick compared to other dealerships I interacted with. Post-purchase, I had a few questions and Lauren (again) was able to help us out and provide answers very quickly. Really appreciate the help from the whole team and I would not hesitate to drive up to Puyallup again if another Mazda is in our future.

Im the first to admit that I have more car buying experience than I should for being in my early twenties. Therefore, I know a good dealership when I see one. I spent the entire day car shopping. I found myself at a different Mazda and hating every moment. I liked the car but the sales associate was rude and pressuring me into a lease, which I didnt want. So I searched for the next closest Mazda and found Puyallup. Upon arriving on the lot, I didnt feel like I was prey being pounced on. Ben came up, very friendly, and asked what he could help me with. When I told him the car I wanted to look at, he took me over to it and went to grab the keys. Then sent me on a test drive and told me to have fun and see if I liked it. I loved the car (2020 Mazda CX-5). Now enter the negotiation. Ben made it very clear that his job is to be on my side and help me get the best deal I could. He was very personable and was extremely patient with me through the process. Once we agreed, we spent some time talking while waiting for finance. It didnt feel like I was sitting in a car dealership, it felt that I was just catching up with an old friend. When we went to finance, we had an amazing gentleman, Segi. He was funny and made the whole normally stressful process so smooth and easy. Ill be honest, Ive had my fair share of rude people in finance, Ive even walked out on a car because of it. But this was the complete opposite. It felt like we were talking to a friend. I didnt feel pressured into the add-ons, when though I did get the warranty and three years of oil changes. These things werent presented to me as you need this or you could find yourself in trouble. It was more of an I highly suggest this, heres what it covers, but the choice is all yours. At this point, it was past close, but I didnt feel pressured or hurried along. In the last four years, this is the third car Ive personally purchased. By far, my experience was my best ever. I plan on keeping this car for a LONG time, its a great car, but when I do find myself needing a new car, Ill find myself back at Puyallup Mazda!

I have been taking my truck to Milam mazda for about 3 years now because of my extended warranty thought I was receiving great service until I had to get a oil change while put of town. Never ever was told that any air filters needed to be changed EVER even though I asked service clerks and was assured they always checked. Never once had my cabin air filter been changed or even looked at and cabin air filter was HORRIBLE looking. I cant believe what a health hazard was found in that cabin air filter overthe weekend. Not happy and will not return to Milam mazda.

From the locating of a vehicle online and initial contact to the final sales Milam Mazda never disappointed! My husband has been looking for a used Chrysler 300 for me for a few months now, and he has been being very picky with what has been available. We wanted the option to have a lender and good quality service department available to us so when he came across a Craigslist ad from Milam he was very interested in contacting them for further information. After receiving an email from Alan Zoutes our experience went pretty flawlessly from there. Alan answered all of my husbands questions, was able to get him pre-approved for a loan, and allowed us to think on it without any pressure. When we were ready to make an appointment to go see and test drive the car Alan wasnt available that day so he set us up with Wallace Thomas. From the moment we met Wallace we felt we were in the right hands. Wallace is extremely personable, and he was above and beyond helpful with every question and concern as well as providing us with every bit of background he could on the car we were interested in. As it being a Sunday he even was putting in calls to see if he could get their service history on the car even though their service department was closed. After our drive and sit down with Wallace we made our decision to go forward with the purchase, and off we went to see JT to finalize the purchase. JT showed us all of our service/warranty options and let us know what we were looking at for our interest rate. It being a Sunday we werent finalized on our lender, but we walked out feeling confident what was going to come Monday would be the same if not better (which come Monday he had multiple lenders fighting for our loan, and he got us an even lower interest rate!!) Oh, I almost forgot, while we were in with JT Wallace had our new to us vehicle washed and detailed. We have NEVER, in our lives of purchasing a used vehicle from a dealer, had our car washed and or detailed at the time of purchase. That was an added bonus!! In the end Wallace made us feel extremely at ease, had us laughing A LOT, and seriously loves what he does because he really was showing us how much he enjoys helping others. We cannot recommend Milam Mazda enough as well as the team we got the pleasure of dealing with down there. Thanks so much Alan, Wallace, and JT!

Very Very Very impressed!Amber was very helpful on the phone. And then went in and worked with Bilori. I went in 3 times. Once to just look at a car, once to test drive, and once to buy. Everytime I went in, I didnt feel pressured to buy or anything. They were very interested in showing me the car and making sure I knew everything about it. I have come here twice now and they have been great. My first time was for a recall and they fixed the problem with ease. The second time was a little more complicated as it had to do with a flashing parking break on my 2016 Mazda CX-5. It took them a little while to locate the problem, but eventually pinpointed the issue. Will definitely be coming back for any complications or upgrades to my Mazda.

This dealership doesnt care once you spend money. I bought a CX-5, and then when I brought it back to be serviced, I made an appointment and waited around for 2 hours to be told they wouldnt have time to service my vehicle and that Id have to come back. I reached out to multiple managers and got zero response. Then, I brought my CX-5 back again to potentially trade for a 6, and the salesman ran my credit without giving me a trade-in eval or asking my permission. I ended up buying a new 6 from the South Tacoma location and they are just as bad. I love Mazdas cars, but the dealerships around here are terrible. Next time I need anything Ill take it to Lee Johnson.

I have been wanting to get a new car for a while. My parents have graciously lent me the 2008 VW GTI as it had also gone through my brother to use. I have had that car for about 9 years. It’s been such a great little car but I needed something with AWD to be on the safer side as well as to call my own.When my parents and I walked up to look at the CX-5’s and 9’s, Jacob “Bear” Hardy walked up to us asking if we have been helped and of course we said no. We haven’t regretted our decision since. He’s an amazing salesman with a very positive attitude. I almost forgot he was selling us a car a few times because of his amazing personality.Having gone to Ford to check out the 2020 Escape before checking out Mazda, I wasn’t convinced that the Ford was right for me. After test driving the CX-5 right after the Escape I was immediately in love. It was more my type of car fitting my needs as well as to my look and personality. We went home that night to do comparisons and after tossing and turning all night I really wanted that CX-5.We went in the next day to Ford to try the Escape just to secure my decision and needless to say Jacob at Mazda made the paperwork and everything else super painless. He answered all of our questions and super comforting to know that he is here for us when we need him because I know I certainly will!! The car I wanted wasn’t in stock at our location in Puyallup and they had one available at their Olympia location and I really wanted to have a fresh new car in the palm of my hands. Within a few hours they had their guy get it for me and signed, sealed, delivered I got to take her home!I can’t believe it’s already been 2 weeks and still happy as ever.
