My boyfriend and I wanted to get onto a plan together and we were switching from a different carrier. They were close to closing when we came in just looking for a quick quote and Adonis went above and beyond to give us all the information we needed. We came back the next day to see her and she was so helpful getting us all set up. She ordered me a new phone and she was able to transfer a phone to their store for my boyfriend to get that same day. She was more than accommodating and super friendly the whole time. I will definitely go back to see her when I get my phone for accessories and anything needed in the future. If she’s available I would highly recommend asking for her!

Heather was just fantastic. She was funny and made our visit so great. She was multi-tasking and making sure everyone was being taken care of and that made it all the more impressive. 10/10

Brought the family for a meal at the mall and ended up with new phones and great service at AT&T. Exceptional customer service, we felt very welcome and appreciated. The personnel were knowledgeable and got us taken care of. I got hooked up with that new Samsung fold 3!! No down payment, just paid taxes on 6 new phones, including the Fold!Overall grade: A+AT&T, these representatives in South Hill mall, on Meridian, are rockstars!

The woman who helped me committed fraud on my account by not conversating about the additional services added such as insurance and early up grades. Checked my account because charges didnt seem correct and found these services that were never brought to my attention. That is fraud by definition. All customers from this location please check your accounts for fraudulent activities. Maybe even consider new mobile solutions for your cell phone needs. As it seems the company is encouring this fraudulent believe and actually compensates employees for doing so. Canceling my account. And may consider pressing charges do to the fact, the company hasnt even acknowledge wha has happened. All though we know 90 percent of fraud is internal. If I could rate negative stars I would. Shop at your own risk.

AT&T always helpful for all customers you have to be patient to get what you want.

It is unfathomable how slow this store runs. My wife and I spent nearly an hour waiting on a customer

Had a VERY negative experience at this location. Thomas was incredibly condescending in his behavior towards me. He refused to work with me on a solution, which was incredibly upsetting as a long-time AT&T customer. He said Ive seen worse things happen to a client after explaining a clerical error that had been made (that cost hundreds of dollars to me), and then refused to do anything to make the error right. Would not recommend this location.

Had an amazing experience with the manager who happened to have the same name as me and it showed that he truly cares about all his customers and is willing to help out and take care of you. I recommend this store to all. Stop in and see them.

Adonis was incredibly friendly, patient and helpful. Working with me and telephone agent my account transfer was successful.

Heather was an amazing help and was super friendly! She went out of her way to resolve my setup issues and made me comfortable and chatted with me while we waited.

Do NOT go to this AT&T store! If you want to talk to staff who leaves an AirPod in their ear the entire time they speak to you while actively changing their music then by all means stop on by. I was told inaccurate information by one the employees and then when I came back the manager Thomas had the audacity to mansplain and condescendingly describe to me how he could not help or was not willing to assist in remedying his staff’s error. Don’t waste your time head down to Lakewood and talk to their manager Lynsey she is beyond helpful and proves their is still such a thing as customer service.

Horrific experience from both the staff and manager Thomas. They made an error, would not fix it, found ways to blame me instead of creating a collaborative solution. Youd be better off at the AT&T store down the street.

This place is great, first of all I was the only one in store and the guys was supper nice helping me which cover to use for my needs

Monica at this location has no business being in customer service. She wouldnt hear me out when I came in to explain my situation. Instead of approaching with how can I help she chose to say this is your responsibility when AT&T made a mistake on my bill. The phrase that sent me over was when she told me Im not getting an attitude with you. I guarantee it. I left the store and called customer service instead. Turns out it wasnt my responsibility at all and AT&T really did make a mistake on my bill. This location needs to hire better people. Customer service doesnt mean the customer is always right it means approaching conflict resolution with the intention of how can I help? This individual didnt demonstrate that at all during my visit. My old AT&T store in Olympia took exceptional care of me the 5 years Ive been with AT&T but Monica may be the reason I decide to go to another carrier.Edit Your Feedback

The guy that was working that day would only sell a phone to my daughter if she made a payment plan. She wanted to pay out right and said she should just go to Walmart. Needless to say she went to an indirect dealer instead of the corporate store and got wonderful service. She knew better since I retired from at&t after 17 years and she knew better.

AT&T is totally unaccountable when it comes to customer service involving there cell phones. They do not have a AT&T office that is open to there customers or the public. If you need anything your forced to go and try to explain to someone in a AT&T store. Ive been at the store 3 or 4 times and been at the mercy of some employees that shouldnt be handling this at all. Only had 2 employees and 8 customers in the store one guy said he had been waiting for over an hour. No one greeted us or even said a word to us, they didnt even ask for our names so that they can put it on the waiting list.

Went in to order an iPad I needed for work. Guy at the store said it would be at my house Mon-Wed. Called customer service about an unrelated issue, while they were on the phone I asked about the iPad. Hes like what iPad? Said I needed to call the store. Talked to the manager, said he called whoever he needed to call and that it was out for delivery and not to worry. This was Monday. Now I see on USPS site it wont be here for another week, which wouldnt be a big deal if old dude wouldnt have flat out lied to me. I wont be going to this store again. I understand they cant control the delivery. But lying to avoid the situation is unacceptable.

The guy was nice enough, but every AT&T store is useless. They cant add international plans, cant remove lines from your plan, and the 3 minute wait time to talk to a representative was really a 20 minute wait. ATT customer service is going downhill fairly quickly.
