Came in to get an upgrade on my phone. The workers there were very helpful and took the time out to show me phones and the difference between each one. Made it easier for me to choose what phone I wanted to get into since its been years since I got a new phone. I would recommend this store to my friends and family!!

This is a great retailer and the service was excellent. Some nice people broke into my car and ripped off my phone. Cricket went into action making sure that I was protected after the theft. I have been with Cricket for about seven years now and I plan on staying with them. I highly recommend Cricket because they honestly care about the service that they provide, well done guys!!

The young lady and the young gentleman in this store are great. Super friendly and super helpful. Am giving CRICKET the 3 stars coz 3 days later, my issue has not been resolved.

I came in to have my phone looked at since I was having issue with it. The gentleman there helped me answered all my questions to get my phone up and running again. I will always come here for any issues and new phones!

Worst retail experience Ive ever had in my life... I was lied to several times about warranty and return policies to begin with. Then when they set up the phone for me I noticed there were three other people signed into my phone which instantly showed to gigs of data used in 10 minutes. Ive been lied to so many times Im actually seeking legal assistance! beware!

When I had this service, my bill was like an up and down and doesnt stop their sadly I dont recommend their service my best advice is to go to Mobile much better service Im on their jump program love T-Mobile
