The two guys working tonight were killing it! Came in for some late night treats for the whole family and they were completely on top of it. Ive had so many bad experiences with service in the area lately but this was some of the best service Ive experienced anywhere! Thanks for making this pregnany ladys night. 😁

Was driving for doordash and accepted an order at 9:45 and got to the store at 9:50 but both doors were locked and the people inside wouldn’t come to the door or even look at me. At least decline/cancel the order if you’re gonna close early so I don’t wast my time and gas.

My family and I went on 8-18-21 a Sunday afternoon around 1ish. The store is small, not a well put together area for more than 2 groups at a time during the supposably end of covid- 19 pandemic. 3 ladys were working their hardest to help the 6 groups that slammed in behind my family. And instead to stuff the store like a can of sardines.What I notice was 2 employees were standing at the door way to the back just watching as this store went to hell in a handbag and gigglesat people. The 3 ladys were working so hard they started having audited with the customers. Plus one of the ladys was pregnant. The place was dirty and the icecream was uneasy. We were honestly scared to even eat the icecream.

The poor girl working there got slammed the night we were there (1/4/20). She did great though! Ice cream is always tasty! However, not having been in a Baskin-Robbins in awhile I had a little sticker shock!

All I can say is DO NOT go here at 9:45 PM before they close because they will absolutely make sure you know it’s not appreciated that you came there as they were trying to close the store.

Terrible customer service. The woman working was alone and taking it out on customers. She was rude to the people In front of my family and behind us. My shake is 90% milk. Waste of money and time!

Usually there is no wait here (When I come here). So it is the perfect spot if you are in a rush but feel like you want something sweet and you want it quickly. Nice people working here, and the place is always clean.

Always friendly and clean. It seems like this location always has a good variety of cakes and their new ice cream pizza which is yummy! Parking is good. Even though the crowds come in spurts, this team gets them all served with little waiting

I always like how clean it is and I always feel a little retro in there. I guess they have good sales on last day every month for prepackaged ice cream so Im gonna try that out.

The Ice Cream is always delicious but the prices are sometimes a little high. I try to always get what they habe on special and you cant ever go wrong with a smoothie. Dont forget to order your Fathers Day Cakes for this upcoming week!! Thank you for an enjoyable ice cream experience!

Extremely rude staff that works inside this location, would not simply give my mother a spare cup to hold her ice cream cones on her birthday when we choose their location to celebrate her birthday and then when given credit for ice cream, the staff was very rude and still argued about not giving a spare cup still. Couldnt be decent enough to just apologize, worse customer service Ive ever experience just to have a nice birthday for my mom knowing I cant walk probrably after relearning to walk again 6 weeks week post op from breaking my leg in half. Very inconsiderate staff that work here and recommend to not celebrate here or receive service from the extremely stuck of girls that work at this location; such disgusting attitude the girls that work here. Dont ever come to this location.

You can get ice cream just about anywhere and even Baskins Robbins are pretty much everywhere. So you ask yourself, Why should I go to this one instead of just about any other place? Well, its simple really. Its because of the staff.Every time I have walked in I have been greeted as soon as I walk in, even in a rush with 20 people all at the counter. Whether it was busy or slow the staff ensured that every customer was taken care of, their order was right, and they left with a smile on their face. Its not so much that they do anything out of the ordinary, its that what they do is consistent.The next time youre near Main St. and just have to fulfil that sweet tooth, stop in and treat yourself to some good ice cream served by friendly faces.

Great selection of ice cream and desserts. Try the Reeses Peanut Butter Layered Sunday. It is like pre diabetes in a cup lol. I also suggest subbing the Reeses ice cream with their own chocolate peanut butter ice cream. So bomb.

After all the years that this place has been here, you would think they would come up with something better than those pull down tint shades to keep the sun out of the store. It might help the attitude of the employees as well, whom one wasnt very excited about people being in the store when she had friends in the store to entertain.

Great, Quick service, workers stayed busy cleaning windows when people werent needing their assistance. Delicious ice cream too, of course!
