Ive used this facility twice to ship packages and make copies. Shipping packages has been a bit nightmarish at best. I pre-pay and have the boxes labelled and ready to go. The first time, Im told that they have to scan my ID to verify my identity. My issue with that is that there is no agreement or confirmation that your data will not be shared, stored, etc. In other words, they take sensitive data from your license.The second time I shipped items, the storeworker cut open the box. Mind you she did this after label was scanned. I was then told that I couldnt ship the items from that location and that I had to go to the hub. ...so I fought traffic to go to the hub in Fife. Now the box is being returned to me 10 days later because the storeworker at this store cancelled the label. Ill take my business to UPS and USPS. Far better and more reliable service. Avoid this store like the plague.
Rebecca was an incredible blessing to me, and our family, this week! We were in a crisis trying to get full-color duplex printed pamphlets for grandmas funeral on short notice. She saw the need and went out of her way to make sure the project worked, was printed, and folded. Thank you so much! The memorial was a beautiful event and the printed reminder of grandmas life was a blessing to everyone who was able to attend as well as the many we sent them to who could not attend in person due to covid 19. Thank you Rebecca for seeing the human behind the confused and inept man asking for impossible print jobs!
Wish I could give zero stars honestly. This place is so miserable not even because the printers glitch and their lines are long but because of customer service. There is one lady who works there and is terribly mean to me for NO reason. I dread having to go here bc I’m scared she’s gonna be there and verbally harass me because she always finds a way. I’ve read several complaints about her online, yet when I talked to the manager he says there’s no complaints. Strange. I honestly feel sorry for her because she’s so irrationally angry but she needs to be fired. I will drive 30. Min out of my way from now on to go to a better location just so I don’t have a panic attack every time I have to go to print something. And I print a lot so going out of my way just to avoid this place multiple days a week is saying something.
Worst FedEx center Ive ever been to. Not enough staff members to assist anyone and you will wait in line forever. As in The Sandlot f.o.r.e.v.e.r. Gal behind the counter has a world chip on her shoulder and is oddly rude off the cuff. One of only two fax machines were down with the one being used by a fellow who was struggling to get his documents to go through and had to wait in line (f.o.r.e.v.e.r) to get assistance. Ridiculous.
I stopped to get 10 copies printed out theres two guys working one standing around doing nothing and says it will be 24hrs that he couldnt print them Ive never had this happen they always print them right then. He told me he was to busy lol he was doing nothing and no machines were even running.Ill take my business somewhere else

I usually go in the evening when theres not very many people there. The self serve copies, laminating and such are easy. And if youre not familiar with them you can get help. Staff is helpful friendly. No complaints
I was in the store today to do a last minute project that I needed right away. The assistant manager Delayna stoped what she was doing to help me. She was so helpful and prompt. I really appreciated her help, knowing that she had other things to do, but helped me in such a timely matter. She made my experience pleasant and memorable. I highly recommend them.
Most off the staff is great. There are one or two employee s that once you get them you would rather wait in line for someone who else to help you. Always seem to take forever to get waited on but I have to say its because they are busyThey have always delivered my packages on time.Unlike the post office that loses and misplaces everything because they let go of all their talented people.FedEx s best alternativeI have to agree ALEX is awesome and always helpful.
Terrible. Wouldnt do a binding for a work presentation unless they have 24 hour notice. No other fed ex operates like this. Very disappointed.
I visited this location when I needed to ship a delicate gaming monitor. Alex and his female co worker were extremely polite and packed it up perfectly. It was refreshing to not be treated like an inconvenience. Thanks guys.

Started my online business a couple months ago, been using fedex for most my shipping. Fourth time going to the Puyallup location and person that assisted me was very snarky, but oh well as long as they get my package shipped. Bill was super expensive 2.5 times I thought it would be. Before paying she didn’t tell me how much each box was, she just told me it’s an extra 8.99 for the box. Just gave me a receipt and didn’t tell me nothing. I got home and checked my receipt clearly and was over charged about 14lbs. Called and she told me it was “too late”. Disputed the extra charges and she finally told me to call the customer service line. Called them and had the run around with 2 reps. Didn’t get the follow up email or call on my “complaint”. Called next day and spoke to 2 other reps to finally get to a supervisor. Just for the supervisor to tell me I need to call the shipping center I dropped my package off at. Then to get a number to call revenue. Still waiting for the package to get to the “final station” to get a refund on my over charge.
I have used this store a few times in the past 3 months and I will never use them again. I frequently ship for my job and have been doing so for over 10 years. I showed up to make a normal transaction and was told I could not ship the item the way it was packaged. I had, in fact, shipped the exact same way from a different store the day prior with no issue. My questions and concerns over meeting the pickup deadline were met with an attitude that was unnecessary. It cost me an additional $40 to secure it correctly. Because of the snarky attitude from the worker I will not be using this store again.

This place is terrible. Their customer service is awful, god forbid you need to edit anything they send you to a work station where you need to pay 0.35 cents a minute and dont even warn you the that you are going to need to pay to use it. I would say skip this place and use an alternative like Costco print where they are helpful and friendly unlike this place.
I recently have started to sell items on there internet. I now purposely try not to use fedex due to this locations slowness. It seems they only ever have 2 workers and 1 is only out on the floor. I always have prepaid labels and still have to wait in the line to drop off a package. They should have a drop box for people if they are going to make there customers wait, 25 mins in line is not ok. I’m giving them the 3 stars due to the location and the size of there store. I have come in 2x in the same week and same trash bottle is sitting on the magazine rack. Should up keep a little more for the world wide recognized brand.
Went in on Saturday with a faucet that I had to ship back to the manufacturer. It was in the original box that it came in and the lady behind the counter told me I had to buy their box because mine wasnt sturdy enough. I started asking questions and she told me I was rude. I left and took the box over to Office Depot directly across the parking lot and shipped it in the same box without question. Also, the Office Depot lady was extremely nice and helpful. Paid $17 to ship at Office Depot when I would have been almost $30 (including box purchase) at FedEx.
My father passed away last week. I needed to get an enlarged pic of him for the funeral and old pics scanned to a disc. They were more than helpful. I ended up spending way less than I thought which is also a bonus.
Went in to drop a package off. No line, 3 people staffing currently from what I could tell. Two of them were over at the printer talking and they saw me and said hi. Didnt once bother to come over and help me. I stood at the counter for a good 7 minutes before a 3rd employee came out from the back and the other two told him to help me. Really poor service.
Terrible customer service. Went in to return a package in the same box it was delivered to me in and I was told it had too much “movement” and I would need to pay $3.99 for extra insulation. It was well packaged. The item itself was in a smaller box inside the package that had some “movement”. Left with the package. Won’t be back.
The slowest shipping people ever! They do not seem to understand that when people are weighting they need to pick up the pace! Despite the number of people in line, they move and the same speed: slow! They jibber jabber about this and that. It took 10 minutes for a clear to send a simple, small prepackaged Fedex box. Ive in their 3 times to simply pick up a package and the waits have been interminable. I actually made it to the front of the line today, but then the only available clerk went over to do a print job and leaned on the counter and started discussing photos sizes (couldnt do this size, oh wait, maybe they could, but then again...) at a very leisurely pace. It was clearly going to take a while, so I left. I will not have a packaged delivered there again.
Not helpful at all, gave a lot of resistance, then let me leave without seeing if they could solve my issues. Other locations were always helpful and willing to help.
Made the mistake of thinking I could get a print job done the way I wanted, not the way Samantha R wanted to do it! Big mistake on my part. I needed a dozen copies, two sided printed on medium weight paper. When I gave my specifics I was told she knew and proceeded to print on flimsy copy paper. When I was not pleased she offered to do them over. Didnt really have time for that but did them over and still got them on the paper that evidentally ahe wanted. Not what I wanted but I gave up and left.Good luck being in charge of what you want printed. Might just get what Samantha R wants to do instead.
Had more help than expected! Had to create business cards for my daughter and the counter help were like guardians.
Will never ship FedEx. Shipping requirements are ridiculous. Saying you cant send sundering wrapped in PACKAGING PAPER because the paper will rip.
Understaffed, 3rd in line and waited 15 minutes while janitors ran noisy vacuum cleaners. Then got directed to another line by friendly counter person, though they apologized and let me cut in. I only had to wait another 2 minutes and was helped by another friendly, efficient counter person to overnight some documents.
Tgis place has had their one and only black and white printer out of order for weeks. So dont plan on printing anything from the computer unless you want to pay for the color copy price. And it doesnt.matyer that you.may have a massive copy order to follow with it...they dont care. The clerks dont typically even know whats going on or how to do much.
I need to drop boxes, sealed, and labeled items off with some regularity and without exception, I’ve found only one frazzled employee working the counter and a wait that approaches 15 minutes. Quite literally this issue could be resolved with a self-service kiosk.

This place isnt even worth one star because customer service was horrible today August 14th at 5:00 pm a red head co worker helped us and she was rude and was talking about another co worker smoking the entire time. Wont ever be coming back with service like that.

This place has serious issues. Came in to print and send a letter on jan 6, at 5:20pm. There were 2 employees and 2 other customers. Both customers were doing their own thing and both employees looked me in the eye and didnt offer any help. Thats right. I just stood there until i went to the ups store. These losers should be fired. Dont support these clowns
Literally the slowest establishment Ive ever been to. Ive came here several times because its closest to my business and every time Ive been there Ive had to wait in line for a minimum of 30 minutes. Most the time theres only one or two people ahead of me. The facility is under staffed and the staff they do have are extremely slow. Do not go here if you are in a hurry.

DONT USE FEDEX IF YOU NEED IT OVERNIGHT. I had my package in at 3:45 to go to Lewiston, ID by 10am the next morning. This was a house sale set of documents. As of 12pm the next day, its still sitting in Tacoma. FedEx lost me $1000 because they failed at their service.

Have used FedEx for a long time with mostly good results. Last year switched to UPS and it has been a disaster. Switched back to FedEx last month without an issue.
