Repainted my kitchen with their Emerald paint. I was covering up a bright green color with a Agreeable grey. Only one coat was needed. Awesome paint and awesome customer service as well. Definitely recommend them over any of the big box stores.

Friendly and knowledgeable customer service every time I have visited the Puyallup store. Paint prices are considerably higher than you will find at big box stores, but S-W runs many discount promotions (usually 30% off) throughout the year.The quality of the paint is excellent. Easy to apply, great coverage.

Wantrd to start painting our house stopped by to get a 5 gallon, 1 gallon, and 1 quart of their Emerald exerior paint but they were conveniently out due to some paint shortage. 🤔 If they know they are out of paint they should put a sign up so ppl arent wasting their time picking out paint colors just to find out their out of all exterior paints.

Staff is helpful and knowledgeable. We have bought paint here for years. Quality cannot be beat. When shopping for outdoor paint, they encouraged us to take the sample card outside to see difference. They also suggested applying sample areas to our house to test before making final decision. This seems like obvious information, but haste and excitement can trump common sense. We completely changed our direction after seeing the color in real light. Appreciated the push to apply samples before purchasing. They even gave us cards of local, small business painters. 5 stars!!

During the Stay at Home Order, I was anxious to choose a paint color, to repaint my home office. Trying to do my part in flattening the curve, I was not comfortable going to a big box store to make my choice. The Sherwin- Williams associate made the time choose some color samples for me, based on the description I gave her. She did awesome, I can now purchase the paint and continue with my project!

Amazing and friendly staff.

I like how the customer service representatives at Sherwin-Williams are very knowledgeable about colors that match with each other. They are also very honest about colors that dont go well together and recommend me colors suiting my tastes. The customer service is great and I can tell that the store values their customers very much. I brought them a color sample I liked from a different store that they didnt have on the shelves, so the staff at Sherwin-Williams matched it for me in-store and made a sample for me.

Two times I have been into that store, once was to explore information about my new construction home that your store is supposed to be able to look up the paint colors on. That time was a Sunday and they did not know how to find out that information, wasted trip. Second was last Sunday to get paint for a project and use my new homeowner $50 off $50 minimum purchase coupon, that the same employee as last April who did not know to work the system could not figure out how to work. In the end he figured out a poor workaround by just giving me some paint, but it took 30 minutes of foolishness and him not knowing what to do. Not my fault that corporate and store frontline employee or point of sale are not in sync.
