Came here through insurance, first time they didn’t install it symmetric, had to call insurance to make them redo the replacement,second time despite the fact that I said glass has a defect and they should use another one, they still installed the same one saying they didn’t found any defects. Also quality of the glass that they use is extremely low, would not come here again!

Scheduled window repair on my truck. Then a week later without advance warning my appointment was cancelled. When I called asking the reason, they informed me that they couldnt get the glass shipped in time and that the manager would call me to discuss. I never received the call. Very UNSAT I went to a local store which repaired my glass in one day and a lot cheaper.
I brought my car in here to have a pretty minor windshield crack fixed. The repaired the glass no problem, but they absolutely mangled my wipers and neglected to mention it to me. When I was halfway home it started to rain so I tuned the wipers on, but alas they were so damaged that they barley cleared a single drop of water! If they had just told me they broke the wipers and replaced them this would have been a 5 star review. Yeah, I probably should have checked them before I left, but I honestly wasnt expecting these scumbags to wreak havoc on my automobile.

Never fails me when I set up an appointment with this location. Have been coming here for some time now and I wouldnt go to any other location. Dont get me wrong, I know safelite employees from all locations give 110% of customer service. That is why I appreciate the staff at this location for the work that they do.
Do not do business with this company if you expect professional, reliable service. I made an appointment on Tuesday 2/18 for my windshield to be replaced the following Saturday 2/22 with an appointment window between 8am-12pm. On Saturday 2/22, I received a phone call from a Safelite Technician that my new windshield did not arrive that morning, but would be arriving on the second shipment of the day around 1pm. While this was somewhat of an inconvenience, as I had plans in the afternoon that I would need to now cancel, I understood this was out of the technician’s hands and confirmed I would see him sometime around 1/1:30 when my windshield arrived. At 12:30 I get a call from Safelite customer service informing me my windshield never arrived and wouldn’t be available until Monday afternoon, so the soonest they could re-schedule my appointment would be for Tuesday 2/25, A FULL WEEK after my initial contact with the company. ?!?!?!!?! To add further insult to injury, she told me all windshields are shipped to individual shops from a central warehouse in Billerica and that was why it was delayed. Billerica is 20 miles away, probably a 45 minute drive TOPS. I could walk there and back to get my windshield in a matter of hours, but they couldn’t get it in time with 4 full days notice?? I’m calling BS. My car is a Toyota Corolla, the most common car on the road, so no excuse that they needed a specialty windshield for some expensive car.Expressing my frustration with the customer service rep on the phone I asked to speak to a manger who could explain how my windshield was not available despite my appointment having been made (Complete with all details of my car’s make & model!) 5 full days prior. I was informed there was no manager available on weekends and the soonest I could speak to one would be Monday (odd since typically if a business is open on the weekends, there is a manager available!) What a RIDICULOUS way to run a company. Do yourself and your sanity a favor and stay away from them.
My windshield was cracked when a hunk of snow-turned-ice flew off of the uncleared vehicle of a lazy motorist on the highway and made a direct hit in the middle of my windshield. I called in to Safelite to schedule an appointment, and they made sure all bases were covered with my insurance agency so I could drop the car off for a new windshield. Safelite was very accommodating and I could not be happier with how easy they made the entire process. The replaced windshield looks great and they vacuumed the inside of my car for me. Nicely done!
Had a great experience with satellite! Daquan was very nice over the phone and Omar who did the installation was amazing and was very nice as well! He showed up early and patiently waited for me to get home. Highly recommend to anybody.
Horrible experience with this safelite. They came to replace my windshield. In the process they broke my rain sensor. I scheduled with them 3 times (leaving work, missing appointments, etc. etc.) to meet them at my house to repair this. Every time a different person showed up who didnt have the part, or couldnt figure it out etc. I finally gave up and took the car to the dealer who repaired the problem for almost the same amount of money that I spent with safelite in the first place. As such, I asked safelite for a refund, which they refused to give me. The manager at this safelite is irresponsible and they dont take pride in their work or care about their customers time. Stay away
I had an amazing experience with safelight. From the time I called to book the appointment all the way to when I drove off the property was 5 star. Every single person I spoke to was so nice and so professional. I got my windshield repaired and they handled that in less time that they said it would take, which was much appreciated! They also took the time to vacuum my car out completely. I normally don’t enjoy getting car stuff done, but I actually enjoyed this experience. Thank you so much safelight!

Safelite AutoGlass in Quincy is the only company that had the glass the same day out of three companies I called. It was going to rain the next day. I called, was quickly given a time of 2:30pm, I showed up for the appointment and they were ready and it was done quickly. Very organized and smooth service.

Thomas did my windshield on 2016 MKX in 45 min, one of the hardest windshields to replace in the auto industry. Ford says it takes a master tech 2 hours. He conducted himself like he was the owner of the company, most professional tech Ive ever met. Make sure you ask for Tom every time.

I made my appointment a few days before my windshield replacement at the Quincy location. When I arrived the manager was expecting me and parts were available for the job. The guys at Safelite took about 1 hour to put everything in place. Moreover I noticed they cleaned all my windows, vacuum my rugs, transferred my inspection sticker and sticked E-ZPass exactly as they were on my old windshield. Another plus was they had free Wi-Fi which was great to do my work in the waiting room.

I had scheduled an appointment with another glass company that relayed they would be able to replace my passenger side rear window that had been smashed in, but after speaking with my insurance company (USAA) switched to Safelite due to the relationship that they had. I was told that my glass would be replaced the next day between 12p-5p -- I even rearranged my client schedule to accommodate this. The morning of I received a confirmation email that they would be arriving at my office during the agreed upon time slot. At 2pm the day of the scheduled replacement I received an email that they had rescheduled me for 6 days later. Not a phone call, an email with only 3 business hours remaining in the day -- I am lucky that I was not in a meeting and noticed the email. I called the business line and was told that there was no glass available -- it had to be shipped in from out of state -- entire cars can be delivered across states in less than 6 days, it was obviously a bullshit excuse, an insult to my intelligence, and no attempt at any fix to my solution was even proposed, not a temporary fix, not sourcing glass from another vendor -- I park my car in the street at night (hence the original break in), in February, in Boston. While speaking to the manager I told him I was so furious that I wanted to come down there and smash his windshield due to the way it had been handled, at that point he told me that I was being unprofessional (which was a valid point, but I am not about to take lessons in professionalism from a company run so poorly, it would be like taking running advice from a someone that had been wheelchair bound their entire life) -- and while he could have had someone come wrap my car with plastic he was unwilling to given my attitude (in addition I was the one that suggest they propose a temporary solution, not them). Understandably the $250 is a drop in the bucket given my their company worth, but I would highly encourage everyone to avoid this company at all costs. I had an appointment with another glass company less than 5 minutes after getting off of the phone with them and it will be corrected tomorrow -- somehow a local shop was able to magically find a piece of glass for my car that a national company that operates in 50 states and is the subsidiary of international ownership group could not.
