Did a great job installing a water pump on my H2 Hummer. Even was kind about giving me a ride to and from the hotel. I am from Alabama and do not know no one around Quincy, until now. D.J., the owner is a super nice fellow. I am sure glad I had them to do the work that was needed !!

DJ, the owner of Neuhaus Auto was extremely friendly and helpful when i called about our issue. They had the vehicle picked up the same day and it was fixed by the next morning. The mustang has never driven better and we were surprised by the cost of repair. My wife and i expected it to cost so much more. We are thankful for the fast and quality service from DJ and his team and are glad to be back on the road!

I was fortunate when I broke down I called Niehaus autos and they were able to not only come with their tow truck within 15 minutes to pick my disabled vehicle up they were also able to get me in and get me back on the road within 24 hours how sweet is that!! My car blew a brake line and they got it back to me in a timely fashion. Came home with no new problems which is awesome. I was even notified about an issue that can cause my tire to blow out in the near future which can possibly save my life and others.Great service would recommend.

I bought a used 2017 Ram 1500 Express from Ron Snider Auto Sales. When Kent Snuder told me that he uses Niehaus Auto for their auto service needs, I planned to continue to get service work through Niehaus. Ive known DJ Peters (Niehaus Auto) for several years and he is a hard working mechanic that I trust with my truck. I would highly suggest Niehaus.

An old vehicle of mine had been parked in a parking garage so I decided to look online for towing places in Quincy. I was able to request a quote online and quickly recieved a response back with a very reasonable price!My old vehicle was parked inside of a parking garage so wasnt easy to get to. Instead of DJ telling me he could not do the job, he worked to find a solution and was able to get the car towed! Very hospitable and definitely reccomend! Thank you for working with us

I had an excellent first time experience with Niehaus! My repair took two days longer than expected, due to the correct part needing ordered. Niehaus kept me informed of the entire process, and was upfront about the wait and price. They even put in a new battery free of charge in my car when they discovered it was old and dead in their parking lot, to help me out since my car was taking longer to expected to repair. Their prices are very fair as well. My car now runs like new! I highly recommend them, and know they will be having all of my future business!

Great service and knowledgeable mechanics. We had one mechanic at another shop tell us it was going to be 1,000’s of dollars to fix. Niehaus found the real problem and charged us &100’s saving us a lot of money and time. They are always good about checking with us about the price before starting any work. Always looking out for us.

Car broke down on our anniversary. Quick Tow, easy to talk to, seem very knowledgeable, even got a text message asking how we felt about the work done. Never had an auto shop follow up like that, felt very hospitable.

I have been taking my vehicles there for many years. They have always been honest to a fault. A few times I thought something major was wrong with my truck but they found it to be minor and only fixed what needed to be fixed. Its the only place Ill take my truck.

Last night (June 8th) while driving on South 24th street, a Niehaus Auto tow truck came barreling up behind me. He stayed RIGHT on my bumper and even swerved to the left a couple of times like he was going to pass me. I looked down at my speedometer and realized that I was going 5 miles OVER the speed limit (to try to get away from him!). As I came to my turn at 24th and Madison, I put on my right signal, hoping he would back off. But it seemed to make him angry that I was turning! I then noticed that a bicyclist was going to be reaching the corner at about the same time as me! I had 3 choices...1-Go ahead and try to speed up and turn at a fast rate to avoid being rear ended but take the chance of hitting the bicyclist or him running into me; 2-Wait for the bicyclist to pass, but get rear-ended by the Niehaus truck; or 3-Forget turning altogether so that no one would get hurt. I had to make a split-second decision and it was very scary!! I quickly decided to skip my turn and go on, only to have the Niehaus truck floor it and go screaming around me! The poor bicyclist even turned to see what was going on! It about gave me a heart attack! If that was the owner...you should be ashamed. But I assume it was an employee. I sincerely hope someone talks to that employee about 1-Endangering other peoples lives; 2-Giving Niehaus Auto bad publicity; and 3-Treating the company equipment with more respect. I know that, if I needed help, I would definitely NOT use Niehaus Auto because of this incident.
