I am very pleased with the services performed by this shop. My car’s engine light was on and I had no idea what to do with it, but I knew that needed to be fixed ASAP. My friend referred me to this shop and I called. They were able to make an exception and arranged me for next day and the car was able to pick up the same day. An honest mechanic!He (Ben, maybe?) did an oil change at a fair price and notified me of a couple of legitimate problems of which I was aware.He told me that given the age of the car, it was wiser to trade it in than to have the work done on it to the tune of $1,800.Highly recommended.

What I’ve loved most in comparison to the dealership, is the options i’m always presented (with), whenever needed. They do amazing work! Very Honest. I started going here to get a 2nd opinion on what a dealership shop was gonna charge me 1400 for. These guys took a look and found out i actually didnt need to get it done. Saved me a ton of money. Now I go there for everything. Recently got offroad tires for my Jeep there and the car looks amazing now. Also I make it a point to drive down from CT just to get work done here. I trust their work and will not send my car anywhere eles.

The mechanics at Triple 5 Motors know what they’ve doing. I brought my 2004 BMW in after receiving an unqualified recommendation from another service center, and I’m glad I did. Bert and his team are knowledgeable, efficient and trustworthy, and they go the extra mile, whether it’s to make sure the customer doesn’t pay for something he doesn’t need or providing a courtesy drop-off. I will happily continue to use their services.

My car wouldn’t start and I assumed the battery needed a jump. Called AAA and the tower told me I needed a new starter and battery and that both were shot. Brought it here at 2pm on a Friday, told them it needed a new starter and battery. Got a call before 5pm that very day. They told me that the starter was actually fine and they only needed to replace the battery. They absolutely could have just replaced the starter and charged me for it, but instead told me the starter was actually fine and it was only the battery. I felt like that was really honest of them and ethical, only charging me for what I actually needed done. Picked it up same day. Nice guys, will definitely be coming back.

I have now taken my Audi Q5 for service here twice. While I’ve never had a bad experience at the dealership I just like triple 5 much more. Usually able to get a service appointment fairly quickly and their work has been great. Prices are better than dealership for the work I’ve had done. Burton was especially helpful and informative at my last visit. Really nice guy along with everyone else I’ve encountered so far there. Thanks!

I’ve been going to Triple 5 ever since my Audi A4 was out of warranty. All the master mechanics were former Audi mechanics so they know their way around a German car. The team is very knowledgeable and prices are fair. They usually will give me a heads up on preventative work and never pushy. I highly recommend them.

Bert and his team do a great job servicing a Q5 and Q7 for my and my family. He keeps informed about what repairs or service are required before starting work and completes work on time. His prices are much lower than the dealer and he has true expertise with Audis.

Hey all,Long overdue on this review but here it is. I had an Audi S5 that needed a timing belt and all the associated 100k check up and preventative maintenance. I started calling around and a lot of dealers and shops were giving me ten different prices. I called these guys on suggestion from Abdon Auto and got a straight answer. I brought my car in and had them do the full service, timing belt water pump all sorts of fluids flushed and a couple of small things they noticed that were also broken. Not only did they get it done in a quick period the price was right where they said it would be. Very happy and would recommend these guys for any Audi, Lexus or Toyota. Small shop so you could be waiting to get the car in but well worth the wait!

I had my front brakes done on my 2016 Honda CRV during the lock down and recently had my rear brakes done. Both services were as expected and pricing was at or very close to estimates. They sanitize the car right before you pick it up. Everyone I have dealt with is very professional. It is not a big shop so call ahead if you can.

Trust the reviews!Bert is the man! He was completely honest and gave me fair prices and advice for my 10 year old car.Before I went to Bert, I went to the dealership and was quoted roughly $3000. I was apprehensive about the dealerships analysis so I asked them how they got this result, but they simply said they saw oil on various parts of the engine. so I got a second opinion from Bert, and he did a much more thorough diagnostic test on my car.I was having cylinder misfires so he swapped out the injector from cylinder 2 to cylinder 4. After this, cylinder 2 was still misfiring. He let me know the fuel injector wasnt the problem. He then checked the head gasket for leaks and found that while there was a minor leak this was not the cause of the misfires. He then found that the engine coils needed replacement. He did all of this knowing I had my coils replaced at the dealership, and I still had warranty on them. I was so surprised by how thorough Bert was, and I asked him to just replace the coils because I didnt want to work with the dealership anymore.It definitely feels like Triple 5 Motors takes pride in doing the job right! I would go to them for any work or routine service.

I own a 2007 Audi A4, went in at 110,500 miles to have the timing belt service/water pump maintenance done. While there the back brakes were falling apart & the mid muffler had a hole in it, plus oil was leaking from somewhere. They were up front, showed me what they found. They gave me honest prices to fix the problems. During the mid muffler job they noticed the flex pipe was also gone & did it for no extra charge. They cleaned the engine & added a dye to try to find the source of the oil leak, notices a few of the valve cover bolts were loose & tightened up to the specific torque they were rated for which most likely was the oil leak. They replaced 1 rear caliper, the rotors & pads for the back brakes. The car is now in tip top shape ready for my kid to use. Great price & service, thanks for making the car safe & ready for my kid to drive.

I have had to do some thorough research to find a great auto body shop for my 2016 Acura. I didn’t want to continue taking it to the dealership (I’ve worked in one on Rt. 1, so I know how the price gauging goes!) and from what I’ve gathered, this is the best mechanic shop around! I drive from Canton just to take my car to them because these guys do honest, excellent work & they are PROMPT! Every time I’ve brought my Acura here, they’ve handled her with care and they are very thorough, while always finishing before the amount of time they initially quote you. Plus their pricing is spectacular compared to what other mechanics will quote you. I’m so glad I found them. Take your car to Triple 5 Motors people, you really won’t regret it.

Awesome crew at 555! Knowledgeable, efficient and great communication. They have worked on my 06 Subaru WRX STi A couple times now, and I couldn’t be happier. Also a great location for drop off service while you wait you can walk to Dunkin, get your nails done, hit the bank, CVS and Goodwill and grab some treats at the pet store.

I took my 2006 camry for suspension noise check. They throughly checked by driving and lifting the car. They have provided detail condition of the car and repair cost. They provided the service without any cost because i was not ready for that expenses. I appreciated thier service and recommend everyone.

Can not close the hood on my 2006 VW GTI took car for them to take a look at it, Bert is the owner of the shop came out and help me fix it, even though he is busy, and kind of rainy day, really knowledgeable, without too much for me to describe the problem, he already get it done, I do really appreciated their experty and service, really made my day, and I would highly recommend them to everyone !

I cannot say enough good things about this place. As a young(er) female, I also have a gut instinct that some mechanics try to take advantage of a seemily unknowing costumer. I have been taking my car to Tripple 5 Motors for a few years and have had had nothing but honest advice. These guys are the best.Recently, I took my car in to a local chain tire supply store to get my snow tires changed. The guy that greated me took a quick look at my tires and told me I would have to replace all 8 tires. Luckily, I had that gut reaction and left to think about it. I dont know why I originally didnt think to take it to Triple 5, but they were more then accommodating to fit me in and to check out the tires to agree that I could get a few more seasons out of them. They were even so kind to drop me off back to my home. I couldnt be happier with their service, and even happier to know I saved about $800 today.

I found out about this place from a friend. I met both mechanics, Bert and Sunti. Bert is a former Audi tech for 8+ years and Sunti is a former Lexus tech for 8+ years. Since, I own a MK5 Volkswagen GTI, I wanted to make sure whoever was working on my car knows about common issues related to my generation. I was relieved to know that Bert was working at Audi when they were called VAG (Volkswagen Audi Group) so he worked on Volkswagens before. Also, I found out Sunti owns the same generation GTI as myself. After talking to Bert, I found out he is a huge car fanatic. He owns a BMW M3, Audi S5, and a couple motorcycles; and formerly a Porsche and Audi RS5. It was a relief to know that he knows about these common issues with my generation GTI. They helped me install a couple of aftermarket performance parts: goodridge stainless steel brake lines, tyrolsport brake hardening kit, along with fixing my fog light harness and performing a brake flush. While I got that done, he showed me a possible leak with my DSG oil so I opted in for that to get done because I wanted to avoid any further issues. I also thought I needed brakes replaced but heres the best part... the honesty. They told me my brake pads has tons of meat on it and didnt need to be replaced. Most other places wouldve made some extra dollars off me for that service. I plan on having Bert replace my AC Compressor, Condenser, valves, switch, and recharge soon. He even found a lifetime warranty part for me since its a known issue for my GTI. These guys are great for going the extra distance for my daily driver. I also brought in a friend of mine who drives an Audi TT, shell be bringing her car in regularly from now on. The dealership prices are ridiculous. Whether you like Genuine OEM or aftermarket, these guys will accomodate. Its hard to find honest mechanics and Im glad I found this place.Recently, I brought my girlfriend there to have her Lexus IS250 checked out. She has been taking her car to the dealership since it was purchased. Sunti found a bunch of stuff that might have been missed by the dealership. Both of her caliper pins siezed on the driver side so that required replacing all the brakes and rotors. I noticed something odd with her brakes during one of my drives. Good thing I brought it to triple 5 motors! They also did the maintenance schedule work for her. Much cheaper than the dealership and quality of service is unmatched. Now, everything works great. I have no complaints and I can honestly say that these guys are HIGHLY recommended. Each time Ive been there, I seen some really fancy rides like the other day, I saw a BMW M6 and also saw a Mazerrati come in asking for a quote.I cant recommend them enough. Whether it is for performance upgrades or a fix for your daily driver, these guys can do it all. After reading this, you should drop your car off there and have these guys fix you up. Its also a very nice looking place. Nice couch, TV, and floors. Felt very comfortable there.
