I did not buy my dress here but did receive alterations and loved Sherrie. She is great and such a sweet lady! I had lost weight two weeks before and she was so great at getting everything done.

I was dreading wedding dress shopping because I had gained a pretty good amount of weight. I was afraid I wouldn’t find anything because I’m no where near a 10 or a 12 and was worried I’d have to be clipped in and not be able to fully tell how a dress looked on me. Needless to say, I found the perfect one and I will always cherish the memory of finding MY dress! I Do Bridal made the experience very fun and easy! I visited I Do Bridal on Saturday August 24. When I called to schedule my appointment, I was able to get right in. Brittany was amazing to work with. She listened to my likes and dislikes and pulled selections that worked for me. She was helpful in providing ideas for accessories. Brittany was also helpful to other members in my party that were browsing for mother of the bride and bridesmaid dresses. The dress I chose was heavily discounted and in amazing condition for being a floor sample. Thank you for making my bridal dress shopping a happy experience!

I don’t recommend this place to any new bride! I’m getting married this Saturday & 1 of 5 of my bridesmaids just got her dress today!!😡 And it’s too big on top but the one she try on in the store fit her perfect! Oh another thing my bridesmaids order their dresses in December & we was told that they was suppose to get them in March!!! 2 of 5 of them got them in May & 2 of 5 got theirs the beginning of June! My wedding is June 27th!!! Go to another place don’t go here!!!

I visited I do bridal several months ago looking for a homecoming dress for my daughter. Although we didn’t make a purchase that day it wasn’t because of lack of selection and of the friendly customer service. My daughter before the dress shopping experience was done in entirety probably tried on hundreds of dresses . My time at I do Bridal was enjoyable and felt very relaxed . The owner was working that day on a Saturday and she was very helpful and attentive to us . I would definitely return to shop there for formal needs . Thank you !

My initial review was removed. 3 years ago we got my daughters wedding gown. Returned for alterations fitting, wanted dress altered for 3”heels, it was altered so my daughter had to wear flats and it was almost too short.The belt that was with the dress was removed when the new one was added, and we never received the original belt, which was going to be jewelry to match.The alterations woman is RUDE and inept, at best.If you want a positive experience, DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!!

Basically my wedding is in 2 weeks and I havent heard anything about my dress when I ordered it in February. I called today and they told me my mom called and cancelled my order (which she never did that because I sat right there that day she called them) and that my dress has been sitting in the warehouse for awhile now and that I still owe the rest of the payment on my dress. It makes me livid because they didnt bother to call me when it is MY dress and tell me the dress was here and that I need to pay the rest. Also, the lady was VERY rude on the phone to me. So, I told her I will pay it and I will be there to come get it and have someone else alter it quickly because that is absolutely RIDICULOUS ! DO NOT recommend going there!

The out of the box thinking that makes every bride feel unique and special is the reason this is the place for everything bridal and formal! We did a 20 year marriage renewal on the beach, and the dress was absolutely perfect!

10/10 would recommend I Do Bridal to every bride out there!!! I went in looking for my dream dress and ended up with my dream dress! The ladies helped me feel extra beautiful for my wedding day! My wedding gown was absolutely stunning and fit like a glove!

What was supposed to be an enjoyable experience was completely ruined for me. My initial visit when I purchased the dress was fine and from there it went downhill. Sherry the alterations lady was the most unfriendly, rude person I have ever met. My dress was over $2,000 and a there was clearly a tear in the dress that Sherry dismissed and said she could fix. At first I settled with that answer, but the next day regretted accepting that and told the owner, Brittany that for the price I paid there should be no flaws in my dress. I was told she called the company and she stated the company said if they sent another dress, it would have the same flaw. I felt like this was not true. It was clearly torn. So the next week I called the owner again and this time she tells me Sherry originally called, so right then, I knew she hadnt been truthful. She said she would call herself... when she actually called the company, they told her to send the dress back, no questions asked! This could have been taken care of weeks before it was, but they continued to tell me they would fix it. Sherry was so rude and made me feel rushed the entire time at my 1st fitting. The owner was not there. There have been multiple miscommunications between the Brittany, Sherry and myself and they seem to pass the buck onto each other. Brittany apologized one time and has told me she has done her part and she has nothing to do with alterations but in my opinion her part would have to have been at my 1st fitting and see where the dress was ripped and immediately called the company. Instead it took weeks of me saying how unhappy I was, for her to finally call the company. Many other things have went wrong and I would hate anyone else to experience this. Theyve left me in tears many times and seem to not be bothered at all. I DO NOT reccomend this store!

Gorgeous selection of dresses at a variety of prices to fit any budget! I went in with a friend so she could get her bridesmaid dress altered for another wedding and decided to try a few dresses on to get an idea of what kind of dress I wanted for my own wedding. I found the one, I cried when I tried it on and it just felt right. I put money down on it the next day! I received a discount for buying directly of the rack. Staff was super friendly and helpful with payment plans. I absolutely love my dress and will be purchasing my bridesmaids dresses from them as well. AWESOME EXPERIENCE!!!

There on 08 24 19 Saturday. Will not ever go back to them. Would not recommend this store to anyone. Very rude and condenscending clerk. Avoid this store. Buy your stuff online.

I found my dream gown in a picture and went to a large retailer that carried the line. They were not very helpful and did not have much to choose from in the line I was looking and not THE dress. I looked on line to see the nearest dealer that carried Watters and thats how I found I Do Bridal. Im so glad I did. They did not have my exact gown but they had so many in that line to try on! Not only that but I was all alone, my mom had recently passed away, and the staff stepped up as my attendants. They didnt push me into buying a gown they had in stock but talked me into going for the dream dress Id only seen. I was so nervous but my girls were right! It was the perfect gown! They also helped me along the way pick out jewelry and hair pieces. Not only that but any time I was worried about hues of dresses or tuxes theyd let me pull dresses and give me their honest open. It was like having family with me. I dont know what I would have done without them. Much more than a bridal shop. Truly special people and Im blessed.

Ohmigosh! This was the best experience at a bridal store Ive ever had! I went to another local shop, and they were incredibly rude to me and my girls! One of them even pushed my niece to the floor and tried to blame it on her when she started crying!I went to I Do on a Saturday and didnt have an appointment but they still went out of their way to help me even though they were SUPER BUSY! They were so sweet!They let me and my girls look around, choose dresses, and even pulled a few based on my likes after I tried a few on. Plus they gave me really awesome ideas on how to add my colors on to my dress!I bought a dress off the rack and they even gave me a discount!!!!!!Well be going back to get the tuxes there also!!!! :)

Had dresses altered and shoes dyed. My bridesmaid was toldyou can live with that. Shoes looked like grade school age children dyed them. Horrible customer service would never go back or recommend to anyone.

Terrible, the clothes were supposed to come in and we kept calling and they said they would be in. We ended up going to St. Louis the day before the wedding to get all new clothes. Disaster
