I got a better phone, better service, and better reception than I ever did with us cellular. At a cheaper price

Its not the best service available. But I believe at the price point its a good price for what you get. I do the prepaid service. So that might be why I dont get as good a service not for sure. But I would still recommend for a low budget phone bill.

I have been with this company for years, but recently they have gone so far down hill. I had to switch companies. As far as this store they are ok. You wait for hours and one of them is the rudest.

Misleading advertising no used phones for sale at the store got used phones for sale online say they are at the store tell you that the upgrade price is the $545 price and the 449 prices for new customers when online its not that at all very untrustworthy and deceitful very good advertising just false

Boost mobile is an excellent source for prepaid phone service. When I used to boost mobile it was a great experience and I would refer a ton of my friends to use boost mobile and did not have to pay my cell phone bill for a very long time because of the awesome referral credits. I would definitely check out this mobile if you were looking for a good prepaid phone option.

The coverage is amazing for me. Very cheap and reliable. The phones online are insanely cheap compared to other companies. The wait time is sometimes long, but most of the time it’s not. The only thing I really don’t like is the store is sometimes closed when supposed to be open and they don’t tend to answer their store phone.

Absolutely fantastic customer service. Stacy went above and beyond the necessary means for not only myself, but for every other customer that I saw in the store with me. She patiently juggled multiple concerns and queries at the same time and she did it with a smile. She is a one woman army and does an absolutely incredible job. Get this woman an assistant so that she can get some well-deserved R&R, shes earned it!

I spent approximately 40 minutes waiting to simply pay my bill. The agent does not know how to prioritize and handle multiple customers. I left to go to the bank and came back only to find the same customers being helped with the other 3 still waiting. I ended up paying online, but cash in person should have been much easier.

Nice quiet place. Not busy. The boost mobile consultant was very nice, helpful and very quick and knowledgeable.

I forgot this place was even still open. Then I stopped in for a new phone and the sales person was rude and unprofessional. They were wanting me to get a new phone and a new plan when I came in for a simple question. He refused to answer my questions, he just kept trying to sell me stuff I did not need. Not impressed at all.

Never use the phone services here but for their internet and cable its a decent price and I love that it is prepaid on your schedule. The problem with this store is that there is always a wait I have waited anywhere from 20 minutes to an hour and a half to get things done.

Horrible customer service. Wont answer their phones. Wont respond to emails or messages. However if you can get them on the phone they are very helpful.

Well after I purchased my phone on December 12th. I have had nothing but problems with service/phone I bought from their store. The only way the want to fix it is by me sending it to the manufacture. They are uneducated on their service as none of them, not even their technicians could solve the problem. One would say its the towers, other would say its a device issue, while other including their technician said it was fixed. Then it took me 2 months to get a rep to pass me thru to supervisor. And dont forget the reps in professionalism, of just disconnecting cause she dk what to do or gets annoyed. Alyssamarie was the rep that doesnt deserve to be a rep. She uses no logic since and basically doesnt honor customers request for her supervisor and instead disconnects the chat. Will be switching by next due date. Also will remind that boost hire out of country employees, hence u never speak to anyone that doesnt have an accent. I rather use things from my own country. Just my opinion and my optional choice.*would add screen shots of I knew how lolbvs
