Fully stocked. Amazing display of items. Food was fresh. Lots of parking. Flower section was nice. This location offers self-checkout, which is very convenient.

Great store. Plenty of parking and easy to find. Very clean . I love their selections and location. Prices are favorable depending on items. Big store with a big variety of food, So many wonderful fresh food to choose from! From cheese to seafood to vegetables or meat. Plus,the flowers are wonderful!

This stop&shop always has a good amount of shoppers when I come but yet its easy to get in and out so much better then the one close to my house. The store is clean and the employees are friendly and helpful. The deli here is best always packed but the employees seem to be able to keep up the pace and not keep ppl waiting long.

My go to supermarket. Love that it has a beer and wine section. More recently, they have run out of items, but thats probably happening everywhere. Otherwise, I really like this location- good produce section, good deli, good prepared foods, clean, and prices are pretty normal.

Fully stocked and easy to get to. But you might want to bring a sweater if you are prone to getting cold easily.

Best time to go is mid-morning 10am-ish or after lunch 2pm-ish during the week when its much less crowded so you can navigate the aisles without having to battle foot traffic & shopping carriages everywhere. Shelves are usually well stocked, & I prefer self-checkout nowadays to avoid human interaction in these pandemic times. Use the smartphone app for coupon deals & accumulate GO Points for dollars used toward future purchases. This location is pretty massive, so get your walking sneakers on... great neighborhood convenience for the entire community!

Very friendly staffs.SS is getting expensive. Its no where comparable to near by grocery stores(particularly market basket). I used to buy average 40 items weekly but its in single digit.Their digital coupons are really confusing.One product have three different price1) Real price2) Member price3) Weekly magazine coupon price4) Digital coupon price

Self check out system doesnt work properly, keep asking place down the item on the check out space when item had been place down. Staffs may need some reminder regarding the way they treat theirs customers Please be nice.

This is my local stop and shop but its a good one. They recently renovated the entire store, reorganizing and introducing new signage and expanded isles, which were all great moves. The new chicken wing bar is fantastic and I appreciate their other new offerings as well.

8-17-2021I think someone in Stop and Shop stealing money or something.Cant be always the same mistake, it happened to me a few times.The bacon sometimes say Buy One Get One Free, but it wasnt when scan at the checkout. Happened 2 times in the last 3-4 months.Then i went there just an hour ago, i went home and check the recipe and found that the CNTRY STYLE RIB charged me at the same price as the package showed. Yet the spot where i got it said Buy One Get One FreeThats the reason i brought two pack, one pack cost $5.12, second pack cost $4.36.I didnt get any discount over it, let alone buy one get one free.It is only about five bucks, so i dont want to go back but i feel like being cheated.Fix it somebody.3:24PM - Recipe# 20 519 80 890019

I shop at this particular Stop & Shop location on a daily basis only because I work 2 streets over and I must say it is well maintained in terms of cleanliness,product availability and employees.

This is nice store. There are only fresh vegetables and fruits. Also there is a good location and a big parking.

This is the closest grocery store to my house so we go a lot. They recently moved everything around inside and even after going a few times, I still find it harder to locate things, and I dont think its any more covid friendly than before. The selection is pretty good with usually more than 1 option for what you are looking for, but Im rarely surprised by a great selection of something.

I took some liquor displayed single in the store while an old lady in the counter kept arguing with me saying “these are not sold in single”.. I had to approach the manager(he/she wasn’t there, it was someone filling in for her) who tried to resolve the situation and the time was 11 by then and they couldn’t sell alcohol anymore... I don’t know why the old lady on counter kept arguing with me and assumed that I picked up something from a case while I kept saying her that I took a single item from display... Plenty of parking, decent selection, produce looks healthy, they have beer and wine as well. My pick up orders were accurate and quick. Bakery is great.

Absolutely love the new layout, loads of space in the fruit and veg department to social distance (sort of) . The only downside is stop and shop is pretty pricey.

The two ladies at the register, friendly and hard workers. I loved how they rang up my food, put it in bags, then in my carriage. I have been having a bad experience at southern artery in this subject. I come out of my job, they expect me to do thiers.The ladies room is another story, not clean. Then I noticed the long book on the sink, never filled out.

Twice so far I have gone there at night and people have their dogs (not service dogs, regular dogs) with them walking around the store. Its against the law (Massachusetts regulations 105 CMR 590.002) for good reason. I really love dogs but not where I buy my food nor would I ever bring my dog to a supermarket. Its just not sanitary and not everyone loves dogs. Why do you allow this Stop and Shop?

I sent a complaint against the Seafood associate Mike. He was rude and condescending. No response from management

I tried a different location just to see what other brands and products they carry. It did not disappoint. Was more spacious and open than others spots. Will visit again

Just dont go at 11:40 pm which is 20 mins before they close!! Even if ur only getting 3 items, just about every isle is a worker stalking shelves so the boxes take up half the isle & the manager at night..well 1 of them anyways is a real grouch! The other unless hes no longer there aas awesome! Otherwise, its a good store, clean, even has a D.D!

This store has great buys

Having a lackidaisical attitude when assisting people with questions is not a way to help them. Today I had a real question and was net with ambivalent attitudes that left me not wanting to ask any follow up questions. I am sure that being a popular grocery brand can assist in this attitude but I will never shop at this particular location any longer. I am very disappointed and upset at the moment at the I really dont care attitude I encountered

Stop & Shop is headquartered in Quincy, MA, so you could probably consider this Stop & Shops anchor store. The location is HUGE! The produce section has anything you can think of and is usually fairly well-priced. Peppers are almost always either $1 each or 3/$5. Carrots are sometimes $1 per bag and asparagus is usually on sale. Chicken breast prices can range from $1.99 per pound to $3.99 per pound depending on whether or not there is a sale that day.As a former Big Y shopper, I find that some of the pre-packaged goods to be more expensive. I cant find whole wheat bread for less than $2 and their meats section is pretty overpriced in general. Even the store brand products are more expensive than the Big Y brand.Overall, I think this is one of the better Stop & Shops that Ive seen (of the 5 that Ive visited), but that still doesnt make it somewhere that I want to Stop and Shop every day (get it?). If you want mid-priced generic groceries in Quincy, this is probably one of the best places to go, but being 2 miles from the Stop & Shop headquarters, I would have expected better.

It was just redone inside (Dec 2020) and is much better than before. I will be shopping at this location from now on even though it is not the closest to me

Convenient location; able to purchase all the items on our list except Boarshead deli meat. This location has essential items for pandemic close to checkout. Lines were very short.

I was disappointed that one door of the one side that was used for entrance and exit was blocked off. I felt unsafe and that it would be easy for folks to bump into each other.

Its ok, food is fresh a staff are ok. Lots time theirs nobody behind the meat and fish counter to sever you.

Do not go to this western union. They are so unprofessional, rude, and careless. They will give you a money order and refuse to cash it. I had a terrible experience with Kristina and her stuff!!! I will never go to this location again and will not advice anyone to do so!Moreover, they are professional at contradicting each other! Yes, you heard it! I hope stop and shop, my favorite grocery store, will put much effort in hiring professional people. PEople who won’t be there to play unwanted games with customers!!! Never again!!!

I have been shopping there for almost 10 years. Everyone is always helpful. The store is clean and I can get everything I need from food, alcohol, gifts, cards etc. My only complaint is I call the dairy manager about ordering a specific brand & flavor of yogurt that they always carried which I bought 20 of every Friday. Offered to pay upfront for it to be ordered. He said it won’t be a problem and he’d call me Monday. I never heard from him. When I call I get the manager can’t come to the phone. I’ll have him call you back. I honestly do not know what the issue is but I’ve stopped shopping there over it.

Was heading toward Market Basket but didnt feel like the longer drive so I went in since I was near my appointment. They had everything I was looking for and the staff was very nice. When I needed help looking for something and the stopped what they was doing and took me to it. I knew I would pay a little more but I was still pleasantly surprised that I didnt pay as much as I thought. Keep up the competitiveness with your competitors and Im sure you will beat them out if you do price match in that would be wonderful you would bring back more customers, that straight away.

This particular store is letting to many people inside. It is impossible to social distance. The only store that has never had a line since COVID started. Everyone is on top of each other. I believe they are going to be investigating this store.

Stock wise is good. Around 6:30pm there was a female worker with orange hair, green face mask, was working on the check out station to tell the customer which number to go. She was just rude, really disrespectful, and the whole time just saw her flirting with one of the male worker. I told her I wanted check self out, she demanded and gave me such a attitude about it. If you want to flirt, save it for before/after work.

Store with bakery, Dunkin donuts, lots of pre-made meals and sandwiches and a flower shop.

Poor customer service all around.

Prices are sky high but what place isnt? You can almost find all of what youre looking for...mostly... the bathroom was disgusting on Friday afternoon... but the silver lining is the actual effort for social distancing. While some people dont follow the designated aisle direction, stop & shop has a pretty good social distancing system. Thanks for keeping us safe and fed.

I have shopped at this store for many years, and thank you so much for all the employees good work. However, I felt soooooooo angry and disappointed this morning on 6/13/2020 when I was getting service at the customer service desk. The guys attitude was awful. I am not sure if he discriminated to me. I think I will never go to customer service again if I see him there. I give 5 stars to overall the employees and store, but I will give 1 star to this mean guy for helping me today.

Had the whole store practically to ourselves after a horrible, hectic, aborted attempt at shopping at the South Bay location. This store is clean and quiet and has no police presence. AND plastic bags! The staff were all helpful and friendly. First pleasant experience of Stop & Shop in a while. Well done, Newport Ave S&S!

Pretty good place for buy foods.

The produce section (specifically the onions and potatoes) have been infested with fruit flies for weeks. If you rustle the onion crate, a cloud of bugs flies into the air. The produce overall has declined in recent months. Ive had to start buying extra of bell peppers and bunches of broccoli because one is always rotten or about to mold. They are constantly out of staple items like boxed rice, Italian sausage, lactose-free milk, and much more. Several staff members have their nose sticking out of their masks and the wipe dispenser to disinfect shopping carts is constantly empty.
