What can you say about Walmart that hasn’t already been said? It’s a big brown building with 1-2 version of everything you want. The people who work here are helpful, very nice and pretty knowledgeable in their departments. The average patron is what you have to worry about.

The produce was horrible! I eat whole foods plant based and could not get what I wanted. The lettuce they were putting out was already brown and slimy. Other items were similar. I only went because I had to be in Quincy for something else.

I came jere to Quincy from a small town and they have way more choices here which I am very happy about.I am able to get everything I need here.

Extremely upset that there was so many people not wearing masks considering there is a state mandate. Even several of your workers did not have them on. Getting exposed to a potentially deadly virus is not worth your merchandise. Do your job and enforce the law to protect your customers. If you dont wear a mask you cannot shop in the store.

Its hard to find things in Walmart when they put them in different sections of the store. Or have them as features instead. For example plates, napkins, cups silverware and straws. No straws were in an Isle separately as a feature.

WALMART DOES NOT RECYCLE GLASS. ONLY CARDBOARD AND TRASH.

This was my first time in this particular store and I hope that I never have to go there again! I couldnt find what I was looking for and asked 8 different employees where different things were. NOT ONE OF THEM HAD A CLUE!

I love the pricing at this store. Problem is theyre always out of a lot of things. Typically about 10% of my list they are out of.

Most of the Walmart stores handycap parking spots are taken up by people that are not handycap and nothing is done about it.

Support Hyvee or Aldis or anywhere else. A self checkout malfunctioned and took my money without taking it off the total. Because there was no record inside the machine, they had to review the footage with loss prevention which is understandable.Whats not acceptable is the maskless manager treating me like a thief or scammer. I left my info and number with loss prevention and wait for a call. A day later I call and they tell me theyve solved the issue, without ever contacting me. The lady I get tells me I have my money. When I push back, she offers less than what I lost. This place is a JOKE. Shop here at your own risk

I give Walmart 4star rating here in quincy,IL. No one or no store is perfect! I enjoy Walmart because of their Low prices and friendly environment! They have great product availability! If they dont have something in stocks they will definitely order it for you! I like the different variety of products! Wally world.com is Da Bomb! Thank you walmart!!

Inventory is usually good although customer service is lacking. Few aisles open as this store like others focus more on self check outs.. Beware self checkouts as sometimes items dont beep and its easy to scan twice thinking item wasnt rang up.

Pretty decent for a walmart. As a truck driver I visit Walmart all over the country, this one is above average

Whats to say it is a Walmart. It has a little bit of everything, from medium quality to low-quality. The employees are nice and the lines are usually moving pretty quickly. They have a wider range of everything the most places in Quincy but they dont specialize in anything. They have an auto shop that does the basics. Their electronics are a little lackluster. They dont really have anyone in that area that is specialized in electronics to help you,to its just kind of employees that are thrown in. I have never personally had my haircut there, but they do have a beauty salon there and Ive heard good things about it. They also have an eye glasses shop.

Check your online orders before you drive away. I ordered two of the great value toilet paper mega rolls at $15 each (total $30.) I saw the guy load one in, and I asked him about the missing TP and he told me they must have been out and therefore didnt charge me. I drove to Sams to pick up an order there, looked at my Walmart app, and they HAD charged me for two TPs and I only received one. I stopped at the Walmart pick-up area and told the young lady outside what happened. She told me they could replace it or she could return it, but I wouldnt get a return receipt and the return may take 7 days. I told her I wanted the item replaced as I had no way of knowing they would refund it without a receipt and she told me to replace it I could go inside, get another pack and go to customer service. (Something that would have taken 20 minutes.🙄) so, I told her I wasnt doing that either: I had already been charged for it and had no product to show for it, so I wanted her to go inside and get me another one or bring me a manager outside to refund it. She had a bad attitude and acted as though she was annoyed to be asked to get me an item I had ALREADY PAID FOR (do her job,) or get a manager to refund it so I had a refund receipt and wouldnt be playing a 7day wait game (also doing her job.) Instead, she decided to act like a child, stomp her feet, give me the silent treatment, roll her eyes and stomp away. She did go get the item but she was acting like an tahssa (read backwards,) with an attitude bigger than her, all for simply asking her to do HER JOB and get the item I had already paid $15 for.Ridiculous.

My 1st time at the Quincy walmart pharmacy. Everyone was very polite and efficient.

Tired of the website saying its in stock at the store go to the store to get it and cant find it. Love ordering from the website. Ive only did one pick up order and it was a product that said was in store but not on the shelf. They tell you to keep your windows up and pop your trunk and thats what we did and the worker came to the window. Other than that if people didnt think it was a place to have a family reunion in the store and the isles at times being so crowded with the workers their carts and shoppers you have to leave you cart and rush down the isle to grab what you need or youll be waiting forever. One particular employee I dont care for works at the self check out of course and shes very rude. And one day she will say the wrong thing to piss me off and I will slice her like a knife with my words shes not just rude to us shes rude to everyone.

This Walmart is really nice! I felt like there were more things on the shelves than back home in Florida. I got a shirt that says Illinois on it! So thats cool 😁

Friendly staff, quick check out, and guess what?? I didnt feel like I was profiled as soon as I walked in!! Astonishing... Store was slightly unorganized, however, to their credit... It was truck day. Lol

The girl that worked the register was hot and Georgeous . That was a big help and the price was perfect.

So Walmart pickup and delivery online has decided to make it ebt food or ebt cash tho if you already used one most likely ebt food you are lock into using it you cant make another order and use ebt cash I have tried doing both on pickup and delivery aswell ebt food on one order and ebt cash on another still was declined for me this hinders me alot I am prone to fall and aswell for store and pickup I pay gas for ride sand and have no one to do shopping for me I dont make enough on ebt food alone to cover the hole month forgone thing to eat no not a meal where you get at least 3 options it comes to27 a week with ebt alone I be 40 a week with ebt cash thats not including the 15% and max ebt food raise for covid I only use ebt for food so have one or the other cuts alot from choices that already cut thin

Dislike Walmart. Hate that theres hardly any cashiers. Bathrooms have been cleaner than normal so thats always a plus.

I picked up my groceries. The person loading my car up was really nice and thorough. They made great replacements for out of stock items. While I dont like going into the store, this service is great.

Store is extremely dirty. Customer Service had a line, phone ringing and nobody answered the phone. 3 employees standing at desk, only 1 lady doing register. I said something to other 2 employees and 1 said she couldnt help cause she was running the front end. The other didnt know how to do customer services. I then mentioned to call people from sales floor to help and she stated she couldnt do that.Customer Service is gone at this store and its sad. All employees should know how to run registers and take care of paying customers fast and efficiently. It only takes approximately 10 min to come up front, take care of lines ( taking care of paying customers)and get back to department if everyone is working together. Their is no teamwork and that starts w upper management. Employees never ask if we are finding everything okay or even saying a simple Hello to acknowledge we are their. I understand stores are limited w employees but if everyone was working together, then customer service would not be sacrificed.I think the store uses the fact they are only major retail store in our area for granted, knowing people almost have no choice to shop their. I wonder if Wal Mart would step up their game if we had a Target? Sad really.I find myself buying more from Amazon and or online from Target then having to go into our local Wal Mart and its truly sad.

Fewer and fewer name brand items replaced with store brand items. I was disappointed until an Walmart associate that told me that for name brand try their website and set it up for curbside delivery. Id forgot how useful that could be.On my last visit I tried another store branded item. Again I found a good value. On my next visit Ill have to remember this.Good job, Walmart.

The one time I actually needed help about a product... there was NO WORKERS around. I went 4 departments over looking for an employee. Kinda upset.Since online shopping has been a hit. Walmart seems to be going down hill. No help with questions, only self serve cashier lines are open.Another issue with Walmart, the employees who do the online shopping are VERY rude. They run their carts into you. They reach in front of you. They never say excuse me. I saw one employee throw a bundle of bananas in the basket... those bruise every easily. I cant imagine the customer paying and receiving them liking damage fruit.Clean up your act Walmart.

Every Walmart is the same. This Walmart did not have any broasted chicken at 6:00 at night that to me is dinner time!! Im sure they had a reasonable explanation.. maybe on a busy weekend they should order more product on their trucks instead of running out. Other than that it was the same Walmart same stuff just a different place!!

Worst Walmart in history, I dont know how many times Ive spent hours needlessly at automotive. No one seems to know what they are doing or care about customer service. From management all the way down. They know they are the only game in town and it shows. Only go there if I have to I will use Amazon if at all possible stay far as possible from the automotive department if you value your time and sanity.

I shop on line for pick up now...its great I can pick up my groceries. And they load them in the car for you. Its a great service.

I just dont like it when its crowded and I really dont like it when Im walking around the store grocery shopping and the workers are pretty much I dont know following me around for some odd reason like thats Rude and I also dont like it when Im in the checkout lane and self checkout in the cashier in the other aisles is like poking her head above the soda coolers to see if Im actually scanning my products which I was I just dont understand why they got a hover over top of you like what the hell that is Rude an also thats how you will lose customers...I cant stand that store I dont even know why it go there oh yeah thats the only way I can put money on my card.

This was a big clean Walmart. I have been to many and this one is a well managed store. The staff were nice and helpful. The shelves were stocked well. The bathrooms needed attention but thats the only complaint. I would go again.

Center aisles too crowded. Then you got workers pushing big carts filling online orders and blocking aisles too.

Found a coat I loved and went to get it says restricted item was told its recalled. So called the manufacturer they have no recalls. Odd right it gets worse. The same jacket I could not get earlier was put back on the floor. Tried again and then was told by a rude night manager thats she told me I could not f.. get the item earlier what do I not understand. Very poor customer service.
