I took my Audi there about 4 years ago and I’ve been going there ever since! Andy is the best. Great service at a great price! I recently took a car there I was considering purchasing. I had them check it over and they found it needed a catalytic converter, had brake lines that were repaired and rusted, and had low compression! Saved me from making an expensive mistake!

Andy was very efficient, taking car of what needed to be fixed in a timely manor! Fair pricing and nice to deal with!

Had our van there multiple times for a whining noise. First time they said it was the power steering pump. Noise returned a couple weeks later. Second time they said it was the power steering line. A couple days later, the noise returned. Spent over $2,200 dollars on these ‘repairs’ and van is still having the same problems. Bohl had a change in ownership awhile back and then had a change in workers. I no longer trust them to do work on my vehicles.

Had some trouble removing a part on my own. The guys at the shop found that my hub assembly and cv axle fused together. In and out in one day. Will be returning. As far as customer service Ive worked with Wayne before at a different shop and have always felt he was honest and up front with me.

I recently had car trouble. I have a 2016 Mustang GT and I just got. Dealership didnt give me a fresh battery. My battery fried Saturday night. Next day I had it towed, came with the tow truck to the local business and we immediately talked business and Wayne at the front desk helped me immediately and told me his top guy would be working on it first thing Monday. After Monday rolls around, early afternoon my car was done. The mechanic even told me of a problem I didnt know I had and fixed it at no extra cost. I got a new battery put in, cheap. I also had a check engine light come on and he told me exactly what I needed to do to have it come off. Sure enough next day it came off and the car is running beautifully again. I did not have any issues with this local shop. I will keep them in mind in the future. Excellent work guys!

The owner is extreamly knowledgeable and is considered one of the best, Ive known in a long time.Ive read some of the previous negitive post,however people are already upset because of issues with there vehical,so I dont base to much on that. I also have a business and when things need repairs, they simply are already upset, and I become the victim. 6-18-2020 Several years ago or so I took my car there for anti freeze issues as it kept leaking out and I had to keep checking it, which was a real in convenience. Then it had a lot of pressure and the cap flew off when I was taking my son to an appt. The antifreeze all leaked out. So I had to keep a gallon of it in my car. They kept the car overnight and couldnt find anything wrong with it. I continually had problems with it, that they couldnt find. Charged me $65. Took it somewhere else and it was fixed. They dont know what theyre doing. Terrible service and I never went back! Dont go here!10-13-2020 Called because my battery is dead. Whoever answered didnt sound very enthusiastic. Was the opposite. No loaner car as its out for 2 days. He didnt seem to want to help me. Gave him another chance. But he blew it. Wont bother to with him again. Dont like being ripped off.

Great customer service. I took my car to a few other places before Bohl, and they found the problem the other places couldnt. Would definitely recommend.

This place seems to be honest and do good work. I had a lower ball joint replaced, was looking to get an alignment too, but they advised I would need a few other item replaced before an alignment would hold. I wish car work was cheaper, but not a whole lot they can do about that. Hope to continue with them in the future, their cheaper and work with you more than RAS.I dropped my car off at 9:00a.m. Friday, had it back by 2:00p.m. same day

Took to long to repair my car

My check engine light went on. I have a code reader and the code was P0340 camshaft position sensor. I called, got an appointment and dropped off my car. The nice lady behind the counter asked me if I wanted the mechanic to diagnose the problem or just put in the part. I told her the problem was already diagnosed and to just put the part in. The mechanic called the next day and told me he wiggled around the sensor and the light went off and he couldnt get it to go back on and then proceeded to go through a list of other things he thought were wrong with my car to the tune of $1,085.06 to include tires, breaks, battery, among other things. When I told him I didnt have the money for that, he just said, Well your cars ready to be picked up. and hung up. When I picked my car up they charged me $59.59 for an Inspection fee/diagnosis. You know the thing I was asked if I wanted and said no. Later that day my check engine light went back on. I might as well have drove by his shop thrown $60.00 out the window and keep right on going. Needless to say hell never see me again.

Just picked up my SUV from Bohl Automotive and they did such a great job fixing the many problems I was having with my car. My check engine light had been on and its finally off after they replaced the muffler, catalytic converter, and an o2 sensor; which is great because I have to pass emissions again soon! My car rides so much better now! I will definitely be going back there when I need more work done. Thanks guys!

Great place to get a U-HAUL cargo van when the company I work for van is down. The people there are very nice and respectful. I here Andy and his mechanics do great work on vehicles too.

They are dishonest and only out to get your money. I took my vehicle in for a check engine diagnostics and instead they read the code and then told me there is nothing wrong with my car. They had my car the entire day and did not one actual diagnostics test on it yet I still got charged for a diagnostics. So disappointed and feel completely ripped off. Take your vehicle somewhere else or you might feel this way to

Took my 4x4 Ford Ranger there because it had a leak in the front diff. They gave me a quote to fix it, so I told them to fix it. To my surprise it only cost half what they quoted me since they was able to save on labor cost. They did a great job and no more leaks. Very friendly, honest and helpful. They will be my go to when I need automotive work done .

I wont take my car anywhere else! I brought my car in for tires recently. They gave me a great deal. Andy, the owner, also pointed out a leak in my transmission that I didnt realize was there which I had fixed right away. Its refreshing to finally find a mechanic who I can trust.

The most honest and trustworthy mechanic Ive ever dealt with. He does great work in a timely manner. Ive taken my car there with an unknown problem and he easily could have taken advantage, but was always honest. I wont go anywhere else.

Took my car in for electrical drain and came out with a $2, 300 estimate and charged me $65 just for a fuse pull, mind you they kept my car all day. Thought Id try them again for an alignment. Quoted to be $75, ended up paying $120. My car still veared to the left, so I took it back for a 3rd time. Now they kept car all day again because I wanted my brake fluid replaced, but once again that wasnt done. They got me for another $65 and the car still bears to the left. To top it off, the told me that I would now soon need a transmission. Turned out to be a sensor, $20. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE.

Andy and company at Bohl Automotive are aces! Its been years since I took my car to the dealer, and I wouldnt get automotive repairs or maintenance anywhere else. Honest, friendly, informative, and reasonably priced, these folks take care of you like youre family.

I have taken 3 vehicles there for AC repairs, granted, they older models, 86, 99 and a 2001 everyone of them lost the ability to cool

I made a call to have my car repaired, and the receptionist rudely tol me she was trying to call out. I politely asked Would you like me to call back? Agian rudely said Umm no?. I then asked If they do repair work on manuel transmissions, again she said...Ummm yeah. After the 3rd time I told her she is very rude and nevermind. If you are interested in customer service, and people offering to have work done, you may want to hire (professional speaking staff), with a little respect, and courtesy for customers. They will not be getting any of mine, or my familys business.

Very rude mechanics,over priced and deciving tactics to get you to pay more for unnecessary fixing of veichle issues...dont go there.
