Based on my experience with other Fast Signs Franchisees, we ordered a 4 ft by 8 ft sign for our business from Fast Signs Mt Pleasant. The sign took more than 4 months and the install was very poor. The 6 x 6 posts were not square to each other or the sign and the left post was a full 3 inches off level (see photo below) Discussion with the store owner left no satisfaction as their solution was essentially to push the top of the vinyl post over. The curve was noticeable from the roadside. Frustrated with the install and the supposed correction, I contacted Corporate. Jason Ruetz failed to correct the situation and just RETALIATED BY TAKING DOWN THE SIGN instead of correcting the faulty install. In communications with Fast Signs, numerous complaints have been filed by customers against Mr. Ruetz at the Corporate level. The quickness of the sign coming down, 3 days was nothing compared to the 4 month install. Another Fast Sign franchise took over the project and charged less money. 100% customer satisfaction from Fast Sign Mt Pleasant did not occur. It was 0% satisfaction. Expect problems with this location.

Ive been using Fast Signs of Racine for 5 years. I am a teacher and have had them make labels for my books, posters for my classroom, hall passes, you name it. Not only are their prices fair, they are always willing to go above and beyond to make exactly what I need. They are very friendly and I highly recommend them.

The receptionist DeDe was very funny and helpful and nice. Im actually new to modeling fire trucks and ambulances and they are making my labels for my model that i want labeled for my favorite RFD med unit. Reasonable pricing as well and good deals. Theyre even putting them on the model too! Not done yet but cant see what it looks like! I wasnt expecting them to be able to do this for me lol. Thanks fast signs keep it up!

Ordered individual letter light up sign. Took an extra week longer to recieve as they didnt go over color selection and made in wrong color. Was so excited to have Installed but once up it was small and hard to see from the road. Contacted Jason and he said to come in and talk about it, so I go out in snowstorm only for him to basically say too bad your stuck with it.. He never explained things to me thouroughly and never had me sign estimates etc and expected Id read through emails and attached files. I dont do business by computer files and was told well I sent you this, you had to have seen it! Very unhappy with Fastsigns Racine!!
