3 days before Halloween,they had quite a bit there. Nothing was on sale. I went to a fabric store and got everything I needed at a great price.

Staff was friendly and polite. Store was clean. The problem is stock is limited not sure if not available from suppliers or no staff to restock I suspect probably both reasons. Did pickup a few Halloween serving trays and a roll of vinyl table cover.

Got what I wanted for a memorial balloon release in my sisters honor.

Helium party balloons as well as a vast assortment of fill your own balloons - air or helium. Today I bought Fortnite themed birthday party supplies for my grandsons 7th birthday. Hes excited 🥳🎉🎂

What a great store. Was a bit upset that they didnt have any halloween Pinatas nearly a month before Halloween because they sold out already. And I think the prices are quite high. But still nice store

Not 1 staff member could answer a single question and kept saying, I dont know to almost every question I asked. Poor communication skills and problem solving to be in customer service!

I have always loved shopping at Party City in person and enjoy making parties more festive with ALL of the very cool things you can find there. I tried to place an online order with curbside pickup during the COVID 19 business shut down. What a complete and total disaster and waste of time! Party City your website is the worst! I knew exactly what I wanted and it took more time to try and order online than if I would have drove to the store and ordered. I called the store 4 times to try and place my order cuz the website is sooo baaad! Now is a time when websites should be fine tuned. Corporate, I hope you hear me! I would like to give a big shout out and THANK YOU to Theresa at Regency Mall. She was so helpful, patient and kind even when I was losing my patience. Theresa is a gem of an employee they are lucky to have her. The five stars for this review are entirely due to Theresa!

This is a fairly new store so its super clean and organized. Staff is friendly and always helpful. If they dont have what youre looking for, they will go the extra mile to assist with finding it. I do caution that the individual candy pieces that they sell is sometimes very stale. I bought a bunch that I couldnt give the kids because it was rock hard. Ended up throwing it away. So definitely double check that if looking to purchase. Overall this store has great selections on all your party needs.

They have products for every kind of party you can think of, however, I felt the cashier was without motivation or interest in the customer. She might have had an off day, but customer service is important when planning a party.

Its a pretty good store, lots of crazy things and good party supplies and balloons. Prices can be a bit high. Usually slow moving lines, and it seems like workers dont know much about their products- like do they have something, or where it is.Plus this location is connected to a mall, but u cant get into the store from the mall, which has caused me to not go there a few times if im in a hurry. But still my go to when I need party stuff.

I only go there for cards, but they are too expensive. I paid $19 and some change for only 3 birthday cards that will most likely find their way to the trash can.

Ordered balloons to be sent to my son’s school for his bday as I am out of town and they were never sent! No call, email, nothing. Called the store and of course they played the blame game.. only thing I got was an apology and you can get a refund. Which is fine but does not make up for my son not getting my surprise to him on his bday while I’m not there. Smh!!!

Its got exactly what they advertise. A lot of party supplies. Most of the stuff is simple, cheap, throw away party supplies which is perfect for most peoples needs. They do balloon orders and theres all different kinds of themes to fit all different needs.

Worst customer service Ive experienced. The manager Evelyn threatened to call the cops on me and my friends while we were shopping. She also accused us of making a mess, but from a review earlier, it was dirty when we got there. She continuously followed us around the store claiming that we were loitering even though we had items in our hands. We then asked if she treats customers like this and she responded YES WE DO. She then gave us a time limit of 10 minutes to finish our shopping before she speed dials 911. I highly recommend not coming to this store.

The old store seemed to be much better laid-out and had far better service. Even the enter to check-out line is backwards leading customers away from the exit. While standing nearly 10 mins to check-out I saw at least 4 other customers enter the wrong side...ultimately making them look rude or lost through no fault of their own but a backassward laid-out store. It use to be a fun store to shop, now Ill avoid it. P.S. For a new/clean store there was a lot of merchandise laying on the floor. This suggests poor management discipline or lazy employees.

We purchased 2 balloons, one was $2.99 and the other was $9.99. Neither made it to the party. When we took them out of the car they both floated away because the clerk only single tied them. She did not knot the ribbon. We walked in holding 2 ribbons and very embarrassed because we had no decorations!! Not good advertising for Party City!!!

Its the place to go if you need most any party supply or Halloween costumes. Sometimes its hard to find someone to help you

I Bought a $50 costume for my daughter . Took it home and she tried it on to find out it was used and all ripped in the back and head piece was missing . Drove all the way back there after leaving there 30 min ago to return . I asked the manager do they sell used damage costumes and she said no we dont . I asked her how did I get a used costume 30 min ago from you guys . She stated I really doubt that . I opened it up and showed her . She then said oh . She then stated we dont have that size anymore so I will have to just credit you back . She never apolized for my inconvience or offered anything to me . Just told me to have a good day . Angry I drove across the street to Halloween express were I received A+ customer service . I will always go there for now on .
