Good store never an issue, but would be nice if they edited the hours with google and had them posted.

Usually this is a wonderful store to shop at but today was ridiculous. Not enough cashiers for the amount of shoppers. I consider it a management problem. Day before Christmas and they should of known that there would of been a lot of shoppers. Hopefully next year theyll be more prepared.

The gentleman that was working the register today was so nice. He made the whole store just better by being a nice clerk.

Its not a bad store to go to on the weekends during the weekdays its a little bit more crazier in that location but long story short its a reliable store to go to to get what you need and get out

Its got fun stuff and good prices. Also this one is has a very erie feeling about it. I think it has entities there. While your shopping, pay attention to things....its quite cool!

If some things come a dime a dozen then your dollar will holler here! Or there’s Family Dollar, Dollar Tree and the $1.00 store within walking distance in Elwood Plaza and the Pig’s! Six of one, half dozen of the other! Read the labels, you get what you pay for.

Very friendly associate. Helped us figure out where an item was that we were looking for. Always let us know about the clearance sale that was going on. And gave us info about the sale that was going on Sat.The store was a little bit cluttered, but it was busy. Usually this location is steady, so I wouldnt expect it to be squeaky clean 100% of the time.

I like my Dollar General on Durand, its clean and the staff is better than the other Dollar Generals in this area.

This store is ALWAYS under staffed. One person is responsible for stocking, cleaning and cashiering. Utterly ridiculous! Because of this there are boxes of merchandise all over the place and the shelves are a mess because the store is under staffed and people are outright lazy to put things back on the shelves. Dollar General...hire more people! Im surprised that the cashier was as cheerful as she was with all of the responsibility placed on her. With the crime rate, there should be at least 2 employees.

I give this store a 10 excellent customer service but the best thing is there clearances they hold on a regular basis and there app for your phone saves you 10× more

They had what I was looking for but your on your own, I couldnt find any help and when I was at the checkout I couldnt find anyone until they came from out of the blue while the line was growing, Ill go to the one on Washington Ave even though its a further distance

One of my favorite little stores.

I went in to buy powdered sugar and Tic Tacsbut ended up buying so many things saved me time and money. They did have MaltoMeal but no Cocoa Puffs. The Tic tacs were a smaller version _fits better in bag.

Poor customer service!!!!!!!! I had recieved 2 seperate 5 doallor coupons from 2 seperate purchases. When i tried to redeem one of them today they made me feel as if i were trying to scam them! Neither coupon would scan and when she typed them in one coupon said it was already redeemed....according to the cashier..which it was NOT! The other coupon she also said didnt work! They were very short and acted as if they were doing ME a favor! when in actuality i lost out on my other 5 coupon! 1 star for making customer feel as if they are scamming when in actuality they are!

Very messy and disorganized, price marked on the shelf different than what rang up at the register. Cashier was very confused and didnt seem to know what end was up.so to speak.

A typical dollar store and merchandise. Nothing fancy but the store has very poor lighting outside of the store. Product was on the shelves but more than a few empty slots. I dont know when they restock. Service people are friendly.
