I am not often in the area but wanted a quiet place to meet a friend for coffee and some art time. I had a divine slice if pumpkin cheesecake. The staff was very friendly. The atmosphere was comfy. It wasnt packed and it was nice and quiet. Will definitely return more often when I need a relaxing escape for a bit.

The cafe us clean, the employees are courteous and were quite quick. They have a nice selection of edibles and drink choices to enjoy while reading a newly purchased book- including two gluten free dessert options brownies and rice Krispy treat. Also if youre a Barnes and Noble member you get 10% off... who doesnt want a discount on coffee? silly people... I suppose. The drinks were tasty and the kids liked the treats it was a nice stop.

Said they had 2 copies of the book I was looking for, but they couldnt find them on the shelves. After going there several times, we asked if we could order the book and they said no, come back and check in another time for it! Say what!!! Were offering to pay to order the book and they refused!! Sales person was polite, friendly and tried helping us though (after all, shes just following store policy, so its not her fault!)!

I absolutely love Barnes and Noble. They have great customer service and relatable employees! I was checking out and hand the most lovely conversation with the cashier over the MHA, Jujutsu Kaisen and Demon Slayer mangas. I would definitely recommend this place for your future purchases!

Very nice experience, everyone was very polite.

Lots of books to choose from. Practically a boom for anyone. The only problem I had with this place was when I went to pay for my books the cashier hardly said two words to me. She was too busy talking to her coworkers about when they work next. I was the only customer at the counter so I feel like they could have waited for that conversation to take place. It just felt rude is all.

Always good quality, never have had anyone be rude or unprofessional. If I cant find what I am looking for, they never hesitate to see if they can get it for me. If I have to go that route it usually comes quite fast. Very Pleased.

Helpful staff getting a replacement for my NOOK.

If you are of color DO NOT SHOP HERERacially profiled, My girlfriend and I were planning on purchasing multiple books for our book club. As we approached the register we seen a skinny tall fragile white male signal to a white female to speak with us and she asked us for help. We told her we did not need help. And she continued to follow us from one end of the store to the next. She bent over next to us watching us and trailed behind us watching us. As we looked at posters she came in that area and watched us. We decided to order off of amazon and save our selves the disrespect and hassle. Felt very uncomfortable and didn’t feel comfortable spending our hard earned money there. It was 20 other older white shoppers there who were able to shop without hassle or question. So yes I took it personal and don’t want anyone else to deal with that type of treatment.

Its so much nicer than it was a few years ago! Its so clean and organized. It was a delight skimming through the shelves.

I called in 2 book and they had them ready at the register right away for pick up. They were so nice.

Great books and excellent prices

Theyve added hand sanitizer by the door for COVID-19 and all of their staff was properly wearing masks, which I really appreciate. Somehow, though, they never seem to have any book that Im looking for in store. I end up ordering online instead.

The storytime that they offer for small children is so wonderful and is one of my daughters favorite past times. They offer weekly storytime which also includes a craft, activity and dancing! I highly recommend it for early childhood socializing and education. During the pandemic unfortunately, storytime has been canceled but Im sure it will resume eventually. The staff is mostly helpful at this location, however I have had now a couple not so pleasant encounters with employees. I would have given 5 stars but employees sometimes act as if customers are not a priority and that you are a bother if you ask questions. Its definitely a problem! The store is always clean and well kept. Hours are accommodating and book selections are always plentiful.

Barnes and noble is worth the time and money to invest while I’m productive or not. The staff are friendly and helpful and they provide excellent service. The books they have are a great selection and it’s easy to navigate to the topics of the books I’m looking for. I love to read books when I’m at Barnes and noble while I’m drinking a hot green tea. Since many book stores and other stores are toughing it out in the competition, I would like to continue to support Barnes and noble because I believe that brick and mortar stores are still necessary in the society. I highly recommend this place.

This store is very pleasant to be in. They have a many different sections including; a music area, a childrens section. The staff are always willing to stop and help you. They have their own café that sells Starbucks beverages, but isnt owned by Starbucks. There are scheduled activities that you can bring children to. Im unsure if they are first come or you sign up however. The store also has a very good reference section for medical students and the discount helps a lot with book cost.

I had a great experience. I couldnt find the book I was looking for an went to the service desk in middle of the store. After a few magic key strokes the employee was able to locate the book and recommend other books. The kind employee was even able to check me out. It was a pleasure doing business as Im a in and out type person when it comes to shopping.

Was disappointed at the section on fitness... next to nothing to choose from. However the staff was very helpful when I couldnt even find the section it was so small..

I always love going to Barnes and Nobles, and have taken my book loving 12 year old son with me the last couple of times. I found a couple bday gift items easily and left happy with my purchase as well. The young lady at the register was so nice and had a friendly smile! 😊

Took my little one for toddler story time Thursday 4/11/19 and it seems to be a pretty popular spot. They host toddler story time Tuesday and Thursday mornings. The kids’ corner where they host the story time is a little small and many of the adults who bring their littles to the story time take up a lot of room so it was sad to see a lot of other kids who wanted to participate weren’t able to because some of the adults didn’t want to get up and move from their “spot” to help accommodate the kids. I’m not sure if they’ll ever expand their children’s section but hopefully they will if they continue to have such successfully attended events like this one.After toddler story time we were pleased to see the vast selection of children’s books, toys and games they had to offer, even a Spanish section.

I love going to Barnes & Nobles. I took my boyfriend there & he was so excited that there are games there. I love the cookies there. I go there for one thing & end up browsing around. I hope my children love reading as much as I do so I can take them there.

Did not have what I needed

Love the mellow atmosphere, but wish that they had a larger selection. Their home and garden section is very small. I also feel that their pricing is high. I would not complain about higher pricing if they had a wider selection.

Storytime is great here on Tuesdays and thursdays. Its really great for babies to young children. With games, stories and some crafts too. The store is always clean and staff is very friendly and helpful.

This is a great place to go for any book you may want or need. If they dont have it on the shelf they will order it for you. You can bring your kids for a story time and theres a Starbucks inside that has great coffee. Reasonable prices and they also have a members card. So if your looking for a great family bookstore, its Barnes and Noble.
