Great selection of apparel, music, and books. If youre a part of a fandom, they probably have products to your interest. The staff is very friendly and helpful and they have pretty good deals especially on socks and such. (only $2 for some of their socks!?) Its one of my favorite places to shop.

FYE is great! I love going in there and looking at everything, only complaint is that some things are a bit overpriced, such as some marvel legends are 30 instead of the usual 20 other than that great store.

Only place in town to get decently refurbished dvds or CDs. They also have a cool, small clothing section that has neat shirts and funky socks.

Always such a fun store to shop in. The clearance section isnt what it use to be deal-wise, but I stop dig through to try and find something special. Theres the usual guy with the glasses thats working the front counter whos very helpful whenever I have a question or am looking for something specific.

Found some decent movies. Enjoyed looking around.

Employees are very unprofessional, very rude, did not help with anything. One of the workers I believe Chuck it was harassed me and my family, He kept telling me to leave because I was black and a theif. What a great example to set for children. Wow

Love this store! I know lots of people arent into buying actual DVDs these days, but thats the main reason I go! Huge selection and lots of harder to find movies, and TV series. Since they also buy from you, you can often get good prices on used items too. Besides movies, they have music, posters, shirts, and lots of other goofy pop culture stuff no one needs, but it still fun to shop for! Always nice, helpful people working if you have a question or need help finding something.

Selection is pretty okay. Nice place to go in and purchase popular items you wouldnt get at a regular store, but they never seem to have specific items when I am actually looking for them!

The worker asked me if I’d like to sign up for a card to get 10% off my purchase so I agreed. Well found out later when I got my credit card bill, it’s only free for 30 days, and then $12 a month, which I was never told. So I call the customer service line to cancel, and she just tries to persuade me to keep the benefits and I tell her to cancel and I ask well what about the refund and she tells me I can only get $6 refunded back. Don’t trust them. It’s a scam and worker should be fired for signing me up and telling me it’s free forever. Also went into store before calling the customer service line, and they tell me I’ll get the whole amount refunded. Lies

Awesome variety of products.Its become my one stop shop for all my fandom merch including Kpop stuff which is normally only available online.

Well they dont accept digital pay and declined my debit card. So I wont be shopping here anymore. Ive generally had alright experiences here outside of the constance up selling.

Decent Kpop selection. Most stores dont carry a lot of Kpop merch so that was a plus for my daughter. Also had great movie and music deals.

I dont shop here as much as I used to as they carry less and less music. If Im in the area for some other reason I stop in out of curiosity. Plenty of Pop! figures and other modern collectibles. The staff is hit or miss, and they get a little sour when you dont sign up for their sale services at checkout. As long as getting you to sign up is the primary motivation for employees, it will always be awkward to shop here

The staff sucks so rude. I came in to sell movies at 8:20pm the guy at desk said he had to get the manager. I waited until she got to me at 8:31pm and informed me that they stop buying movies at 830pm. Which I already knew that is why I rushed to get there at the time I did. Very very rude.

This store is the only reason i go in the mall anymore. Cheap movies for days and so many other perks.
