My current car is my fifth consecutive lease with the Boucher group. My wife is currently on her third consecutive lease with the Boucher group. Despite our continued loyal support, our experience was not what I was expecting.Due to limited new car inventories, I reserved my car on May 5 with a down payment. At that time, I made it clear that I wanted a cargo cover included at the time of delivery (May 15). Ten days should have been enough to coordinate my request. When we arrived on May 15, the cargo cover was not available NOR was the second set of keys available. In addition, blemishes (scratches) were noted on the new car. The salesperson did her best on the day of delivery to buff them out.The cargo cover was ordered and received by the dealership on May 25. The cover and second set of keys was delivered via FedEx Ground the next day at my expense.I am likely to shop around to other automotive groups for my next lease. This experience did not leave a favorable impression.
Very professional people. Kathie Johnston is a good sales agent. She was quick, upfront, pleasant, and very professional in dealing with us. She knows what she is selling and meeting our need for a good Mazda CX5.The Manager and Finance Manager were really good that we didnt stay long in the office. Papers were processed quick and off we drove. A lot of goodwill from this dealer.

I wouldnt trust the used car sales manager Clay. He will lie to you to about the cost of anything to make a sale and automatically put hidden charges within the price. Dont go here... go to any other Mazda dealer. I am thankful I did my math while I was there. Buyers beware.

The actual sale was very efficient and took advantage of technology to streamline the process. Im sure you can get copies of all the paperwork but I left with just a thumb drive! I love my new CX-30!
Take your car to Napleton Mazda in Libertyville Illinois if you’re close and have the time to do so and not to the Frank Boucher Mazda in Racine Wisconsin‼️ Last week Monday, I called the Mazda service department to schedule a early morning appointment to have the recall LED headlights replacement installed on my vehicle. I specifically asked the lady for the earliest morning appointment they had and she plainly and clearly told me that they had a 9 a.m. February 22, 2021 Tuesday appointment open so I asked her to schedule me for the 9 a.m. Tuesday appointment. After taking off work that morning to have the recall replacement installed, I arrived at Frank Boucher Mazda this passed Tuesday only to have the service representative tell me that they scheduled me for a 5 hour later 2 p.m. appointment which I didn’t have time to sit around and wait for being that I had to get to work and he didn’t even have a pleasant attitude or any decency to apologize for my inconvenience they caused me for messing up my work day for the error their service department caused‼️ This location always has the worst appointment times were they act as if they can never get you in until late afternoon we’re almost evening just to do a simple job so needless to say I called Napleton Mazda in Libertyville Illinois and they got me in right away did the replacement install on both of my headlights the same day and less than a half hours time‼️ From now on I will take my Mazda to Napleton Mazda in Libertyville Illinois and not Frank Boucher and Racine Wisconsin do you have any work done on my vehicle‼️

I had a great experience purchasing my used car from Boucher. Scott was great! I drove from Madison since they had the car I wanted at a good price. When I got there, we discovered that one of my trades was in worse shape than wed estimated, but the team was great about working with me to get the trade value and financing I needed to make the deal work for me. I would definitely recommend.
Worst experience ever, first time buying a brand new vehicle and the finance guy Cody totally screwed me into signing up for an extended warranty and some type of road side assistance. The guy Cody never even explained such warranties, just gave me a monthly payment which yes I thought it was a bit high but just thought it was normal for a brand new vehicle with a trade-in with negative equity, which I almost covered with the down payment. I kept asking throughout the process what the final price for the vehicle would be and he kept telling me what it was without all the extra warranties, I went ahead and signed. Did not realize what I had signed for until the following day and discover that he had included over $7000 extra in warranties, I called right of way but to my luck he was on vacation and could not discuss the matter with anyone else since the agreement was between himself and I. I finally got in touch with him about a week later and confronted him about the issue and he stated that he had explained everything to me when in fact I felt clueless to what the warranties were and or even how they work and how long they were for. He simply said there was nothing he could do since everything is under a SIGNED CONTRACT. Now I am into $7000 dollars more into debt than what I should have been, if I wanted to spend that much more money I would have bought a better vehicle with more expensive gadgets. Thanks FRANK BOUCHER for screwing over with such a high amount of money, specially during this pandemic when everyone is short on cash and trying to make ends meet, and make every single penny work. I really thought this would be one dealer I could count on but apparently not, and based on these reviews seems like this is not the first time this guy Cody screws someone over. Careful with this guy people, he will take advantage of you if he sees the opportunity, no wonder he was so eager for me to sign the damn documents...ps. scott moore, was a pleasure to work with, he explained every single thing about the vehicle into detail.
First, let me say that salesman Mitch Mink was a pleasure to work with. He was friendly and helpful. I found a car I wanted and when I attempted to negotiate my trade-in, I was offered an insultingly low offer by Clay Evans. I felt as though he assumed I wouldnt know my numbers because I was a woman. When he finally offered me a more reasonable offer, I was so insulted at that point that I refused. Whether it was because I was a single woman or thats just how they do business, I would not recommend working with Clay nor recommend Frank Boucher Mazda after this experience.
Although I didnt actually end up purchasing my vehicle from Boucher Mazda, I had a great customer service experience with both Scott Moore and Clay Evans via phone and email. Scott and Clay both emailed me after I notified them of my purchase from another dealer to offer me well wishes, reminders about their service department and even offers to answer any questions I might have about my new vehicle! What amazing customer service and I didnt even purchase from them! If lived closer to the dealership I wouldve have most certainly purchased from them. I will highly recommend them to anyone who asks me about Mazda dealerships in the area.
Bought a used car from this dealer purchase could’ve of went smoother but was timely.I proceeded home with the vehicle and got a notification from the car that the tire pressure was low after supposedly filled them. Then get home key fob doesn’t work to the single key they gave me. Title was then shipped to my house days later and the car had to previous owner but only came with one signature.
Five stars, top to bottom. Matt sold us a new Mazda, and the experience was awesome from the start to finish. The manager that I worked with was not high pressure at all, and we came up with a reasonable price without the crazy back and forth that you might find at other dealerships. I test drove a Mazda at another local Milwaukee dealership, and they lost me when it came time to talk. The folks a Boucher treated us with respect. The waiting area is comfortable, clean, and even stocked with cookies and fruit. The finance department was respectful and very helpful. Great job Boucher Mazda!
My daughter attempted to buy a vehicle from this dealership. When she wrote a check to cover the cost, the salesman took it to another room. He came back and said they wont take your check. We asked why. He said because you are so young. The finance guy came out and asked what was going on. The salesman said they wont take her check. He responded, Yeah, I should have noticed how young you were and told you to bring a certified check. Then they asked me if I had my checkbook. They will accept your check, they said. This is a clear case of age discrimination. I would never purchase a vehicle from this dealership.
This place is awesome. Cookies, water, TV, comfortable couches, bananas, some other stuff Im forgetting. I really do not know what else you could ask for. What I highly recommend to do if you get the chance though is take the shuttle service. Why? Ill tell you why. 3 letters. Tom. I just met him today and I think hes the nicest man Ive ever had the pleasure to ride with. He has mints, he goes out of his way to make sure you have a pleasurable ride. Hes got some cheesy jokes but I found them pretty funny ( I wont ruin them for you.) He has a true passion for life. Ask him about his teaching career and his camping trips. Take advantage, you dont meet someone like this every day.
We leased our Mazda CX5 from Boucher and worked with primarily with Ashley but everyone who helped us, from the manager to the finance guy to the other sales reps on the floor, were very nice. We had walked away from another Mazda dealership that obviously wasnt as interested in our business and felt very comfortable at Boucher where they worked with us to make sure we got what we wanted at a price we can afford.

I took my brand new car in for the first oil change after purchasing it. Everything seemed fine until I drove it for about a half hour. The car started smoking and smelled terrible. I found a safe spot to park and check it out. The tech did not put the oil cap back on the car. There was oil everywhere on the outside of the car and inside the engine compartment. When I called to tell the service manager he brushed me off and told me to call Mazda roadside assistance to get it towed back. Well that was a mess too!! I called roadside assistance and was told a tow truck would be there in 60 minutes or less. I had to call back 2 more times to get someone to tow my car and it took 5 hours before they came to get it. After that Frank Boucher told me they had cleaned out the car and it was ready to be picked up. Well the car was not cleaned well at all. There was still oil in the engine compartment and on the outside of the car. Plus by the time I got home the car was smoking again and smelled. Moral to this store is stay away from Frank Boucher. I took the car the next day and traded it in for a Nissan. I should have listen to everyone that said do not buy a car from Frank Boucher. To be fair the buying experience was nice. But after you buy the car good luck.
Highly recommend Frank Boucher Mazda! We had some miscommunication about sales price vs out-the-door price price when we discussing over email. When I arrived they owned up to their mistake and granted they couldnt give out the price we originally thought we were going to get they did discount the car significantly for us. Just bought the wife a car and the total experience was great. I have bought a lot of cars in my life and always hated the whole process. It was actually a relaxed no pressure atmosphere even though we did haggle the price a bit. It was how you would like it to be. Our salesman Ryan was great along with the everyone else there. I would buy from again.
I asked for information about one car but later withdrew my interest. The sales representative offered to help me find a different car that would suit my needs, which I appreciated. However, none of the cars she offered quite matched my specifications. Furthermore, the sales team continued to contact me even after I told them that I would email them only if I decided to move forward.

I brought my finance mazada in to get recall work done and that went pretty smooth. The guy Chris Miller in the shop area was fantastic but the woman working the front desk who gives your invoice and keys back was very rude and cold. She gave me no eye contact at all. She said sign here and do you want your receipts all while looking down at whatever. So I am thinking she is having a bad day. So I said thank you very much and she said absolutely nothing in return. So I would suggest to the managers that when your employees are having a bad day, that they at least respond to customers who say thank you to them!!!!!

My wife and I were in the market for a new Mazda. We were initially referred to another dealer through TrueCar. This initial experience was terrible - the sales person was inexperienced, unresponsive and untrustworthy. Then we found Boucher...Brad was initial our initial point of contact and he was incredibly responsive. The price he provided was far more competitive than any other dealers we shopped. We took care of all the details over the phone so when it came time to make the purchase all we had to do was sign the paperwork. Brad handed us off to Tim who was sensational in getting accustomed to the vehicle and getting us processed. For the final paperwork we were introduced to Brad. Frankly, I was expecting one of those pushy Business Managers who try to hard sell you those extended warranties...unlike other Business Managers was not pushy and was very accommodating...he was great.Overall, our experience with Boucher was one of the best car buying experiences...period! I was looking for a car around $10,000 - 12,000 after my old one began to slowly run down. Sarah T. was my saleswoman, and she worked very hard to find things that fit my price range and the type of car I was looking for. I never felt like she was the typical pushy car salesperson stereotype, but rather that she was genuinely interested in helping me find something that would fit my needs without exceeding my budget. She took 2 - 3 hours out of her day to let me test drive car after car, and she went out of her way to answer all of my questions. If she didnt know something on the spot, she would look it up and get back to me. She even offered to stay late and put aside personal plans to make sure that my needs were met. While I did not end up buying a car here due to financial difficulties out of my control, the dealership gets 5 stars for their customer service.

Everything about my experience was amazing!!!! There was no pressure, they helped me with everything and answered all of my questions. I talked to everyone including many people on the sales team, the sales manager, the finance guy, and even the general manager who wanted to introduce himself. They were so friendly and LOW LOW LOW... ok actually no pressure. They asked if I wanted some extra stuff but when I said no the first time they said ok no problem. Not to mention I LOVE MY NEW CAR! I was pretty freaked out to get a new vehicle and make sure I got the right one, the one I wanted, and Im picky with what I want so it was a lot of bringing around cars and test drives and time. They never seemed bothered by my crazy confusion about what I wanted.... they just wanted to help. So great A++++++++++++++

I bought a pre-owned Acura with the help of Aaron Moore and his team at Frank Boucher Mazda in Racine. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful (Aaron went out of his way to bring the Acura and one other car to Racine for me to test drive and didnt charge any transfer fees - wow!). Since there is so much available on the internet I researched cars and narrowed it down to three that I felt I should test drive. Instantly I fell in love with the cx-5 Mazda. Its so obvious he loves Mazdas and his job, that it was just natural for him to give me exceptional customer service. The story of my recent 2017 Miata RF purchase from Boucher Mazda is a love story-and an adventure story -and mystery story all wrapped up in one....1st the Love story I love this car....2nd the adventure part, getting the title copy from the DMV was indeed an adventure....3rdly the Mystery part I test drove the car on Tuesday afternoon and forgot to give the key back to John Huey my sales associate who had then to solve the mystery??? Did Mr.Murphy forget to give the key back??? John was awesome and we both took the Mystery as a [SIGN], I was indeed meant to have this car.
This isnt my first rodeo. This is my 16th new car purchase in the last 25 years. I change cars frequently, almost never use the same dealer twice, and only have repeated an auto maker twice - Jeep, and now Mazda. Ive done sales people from every manufacturer, in many cities here in Wisconsin. So when I go to purchase, Im not some neophyte, I do my research, I know my cars trade in value, I know what dealers within 150 miles or so are selling my trade in vehicle type for, I make sure I know what the financing options are, and I even know just how much Im willing to pay before I ever set foot in a dealer. I know what the total will be, and what my monthly payment will be.And while that may make it sound like Im horrible to deal with, in fact its the opposite. I know they have to make money on my trade, Im willing to lose some to simplify the process, rather than try to make more money selling my generally 18 to 20 month old vehicles privately. I dont begrudge them that.This time I looked at a few options, with the 2017 Mazda CX-5 at the top of my interest list - I loved the technology. But I also checked out a Ford, and when I was interested in one of those vehicles, they appraised my car, and came in almost 4 grand under what I was willing to accept. They seemed shocked when I simply asked for my keys and walked out - I dont play that game. If theyre that far out of whack with the actual value of my car, all they want to do is take advantage of me. No deal.I let Boucher Mazda value my 23 month old car, and they came in 3 grand higher than Ford. Still not what I was willing to accept though, but John, my salesman, was pleasant to deal with, he knew what I just did with Ford, and knew I wasnt there to pussyfoot around. So I told him that theyre close, and if they can hit my number, Id drive their car home. Once they verified one of the premium options on my trade in, we had a deal.The only downside to the exchange that day wasnt even their fault - they couldnt electronically transfer my personalized plates since the DMV had something screwed up from when I renewed them this spring. But they could get it done manually, so they put a temp tag on the back of my new car and said itd be squared away in a couple weeks. It was literally that simple.The only other issue was the accidental tossing of my license plate holder. Once they confirmed it had to have been thrown away, they not only offered to cover the cost to replace it, but also gave me another incentive as compensation.At no point was there any pressure. Some places wanted me to sign little notes saying if they would reach a certain pricepoint on either the trade or the monthly payment, Id promise to buy. None of that here. My first visit on a Tuesday during lunch was to look at a few of the models in the parking lot. I wasnt even bothered out there - they let me be, nobody came out to try to badger me. I was greeted in a friendly manner when I went inside by John Huey. And even the fact that he was a Bears fan and Im a Packer Shareholder didnt cause any friction, but some good natured harassment.He worked diligently at finding me what I was looking for, making sure I was aware of the various options, and even when it came time to get the value for my trade, I didnt get any sense of some con game going on like so many dealers do. They were forthright and quick to make their decision.Delivery was quick and easy, and for several days afterwards I had followups from both the salesman and the manager to make sure my experience was positive.I love the car, and I enjoyed working with the people at Boucher Mazda. This was one of the best experiences Ive had with all the new cars Ive gotten over the years.
I got a mazda 6 for lease. The sales representative while i was the signing the lease told me that i would be getting the navigation with an SD card and even after signing the lease she told me she would install the SD card in my car. And unfortunately on the day i was signing lease i was in a rush and told her that i would get the card installed myself and left the place after she confirmed that the SD card for navigation is in the pouch she gave me. I go home and i dont find any SD card i mail her she responds that she will look into it and i dont see any response. So i drop by the showroom and ask for the SD card and she says like you will have to buy SD card for $400 although i was promised the day i signed the lease that i am getting it in the package i signed for.Bottomline, they completely changed to the tone that was really shocking and disappointing. I trusted you guys and signed it. And i am paying $400 bugs more just because the sales rep misguided me.And the worst part is they dont even ackonwledge their mistake.
