My husband and I had a fantastic experience working with Dan Hoppenjan, General Manager and Rick Klinkhammer, Salesman. We were in the market for a new vehicle and I happened to come across a 2017 Jaguar XE on one of the car dealer apps. I emailed the company inquiring if the car was still available, and Rick emailed me back immediately. I told him that we wanted to see the car, but we’re coming from Mukwonago. Rick was kind enough to say, “call me prior to leaving Mukwonago and I will give you a conformation if the car is still on the lot. That way you aren’t wasting your time.” Rick could have lied to me if it was gone and tried pushing other vehicles on me, but was very honest. The car was still on the lot, full tank of gas, and a fresh wash. We pulled up and it was ready for a test drive. There was ZERO pressure, was honest about everything. I can’t remember the last time, if ever, had I ever experienced a sale like that. Dan made the purchasing very easy and smooth. We ran into one issue, we needed a current pay stub from my husband. We didn’t have access to one until the next day. They still processed all of the paperwork and we were able to take the car home that night. They trusted us as much as we trusted them! These guys are great! Whenever I need to go to a dealership for my Evo I *used* to take it to Russ Darrow Mitsubishi in Waukesha.... Russ Darrow has been terrible for me and I do not trust them at all. Eventually, I ended up calling Porcaro to get my Evo serviced and they got me in basically immediately and made everything very easy with zero issues. Neal is great in Service and I will be driving the extra length it takes to go to Porcaro rather than Russ Darrow for now on. Seriously, hats off to these guys, Im very happy with them and they know what they are doing!

I will no longer do business with them. Sad that one employee ruined for all. And the owner did not back me up. Goodbye Porcaro.

The ONLY thing I would have issue with is that there was not an ability to wash the car because the car wash is closed when it is below freezing. Otherwise, the work was of great value (and even cheaper than the coupon I presented!)

I went into Porcaro Mitsubishi looking for a car more suitable to my liking and was more than happy with the service. I talked with the Manager about trading in my 2018 Outlander Sport SEL, 1 owner with 30000 mi.. He said he would give me $12,000.. I said trade-in value was $14,400. He said, due to the current economy they were no longer going off book value. I looked on the lot and saw a 2015 that had none of the features of mine, with 87,000 miles on it and he was asking $11,500. I have bought 2 cars from this dealership and each time I thought it was a fair deal. Now I notice the prices have gone up on maintenance and I felt I was being hustled by some cheap car salesman. Too bad youre losing a good customer who spoke highly of your dealership.

My wife and I arrived at Porcaro Mitsubishi on Saturday February 27th after driving 2 1/2 hours. My wife wanted a white Cadillac XT4, and after research at home, this dealership had EXACTLY what we were looking for. We were greeted at the door by salesman Lennie. I told Lennie the vehicle we were interested in. Lennie informed us that the sales manager had fallen on ice that morning and had taken the vehicle to get xrays. I asked Lennie how long until the vehicle would be back. He stated 2 hours, probably more. He also stated that if we had another dealership to visit, that we should probably go and then come back. This was 12:30pm and they closed at 5. I told Lennie that we drove 150 miles specifically for this vehicle. I asked Lennie if someone could take another vehicle to the sales manager and bring back the vehicle we were interested in. A few minutes later, Lennie tells us that he called the owner, and the owner told him that wasnt going to happen today and that we should come back another day. My wife and I could not believe it! My wife told Lennie that they just lost out on the sale of the Cadillac. Lennies reply was, maybe, whos to say you were going to buy it. My wife told him again, we drove 150 miles to purchase this vehicle. His response.....sorry. Needless to say, my wife was devastated with disappointment. I have NEVER been treated with such disrespect from a car dealership in my life. Unfortunately for Porcaro dealerships, this is the lasting impression for us. Heading back home, we stopped at Boucher Chevrolet/Cadillac just down the road from Porcaros. We were treated with the utmost respect by EVERYONE at the dealership. A couple hours later, we drove home in a new vehicle from Boucher Chevy/Cadillac that cost $4,000 more than the vehicle we drove 150 miles to purchase from Porcaro. I guess Porcaro Mitsubishi isnt willing to put its potential customers first. Thank you Lennie, for sending us to Boucher Chevrolet/Cadillac.One more quick comment....I see on Porcaros website a review from a supposed customer who had nothing but high praise for Porcaro dealership and salesman with regard to buying the vehicle of their dreams. Added to this review, which was written 2 months ago, is a picture of the 2020 white Cadillac XT4 that we drove to Racine to purchase. The stock number sticker on the windshield is the exact same stock number of the 2020 Cadillac XT4 that we wanted to buy. In other words, the review is..........suspicious.

Needed to get a car quick and hadn’t thought about what I was looking for. After having a horrible experience with another dealer in Wauwatosa, I decided to stay closer to home in Racine. I saw an online deal for a 2018 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport with Porcaro. I was hesitant to call as the other car was online also so I was expecting more of the same. I couldnt have been more pleased with the whole ordeal. Right from the start my contact with Alex was very pleasant. He was very knowledgeable and offered all the details exactly as shown online. I went in for a test drive and again Alex exceeded my expectations. I was never subjected to any sales pressure or price hassles. Im not an expert on cars/prices but did some research online. I was so pleased with the offer they made I decided to buy on the spot. I didnt feel the need to look any further. They also worked some magic and were able to get me a better rate for a loan than I received from my credit union. Now thats great service!This is my first Mitsubishi so time will tell about its reliability. But I got the remainder of the manufacturer warranty to cover any of the major problems (if any). Porcaro has their own service department so Im sure they will take good care of the car.

My experience in buying a used car from this dealership was excellent. I found the car online and JoJo Anzaldi (salesman) answered all my questions with clarity and detail.
