My phone got ran over by a truck...long story. Went to US Cellular store in Racine to get a replacement and it looked busy when I walked in, yet I was sat down and being helped in under a minute!Jessica V. was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products. She asked the right questions to know what features were important to me, and then got me into a new Samsung A52 phone that I just love!The entire process was very quick and easy, and Jessica even set me up with a protective phone cover in anticipation of my next incident.Based on this experience and previous visits to this store, I would recommend it - and especially Jessica, she was great to work with!
My Mom went into to get help on possibly purchasing a new phone. There were three workers there. One helping and two totally ignoring my mother. They just never acknowledged her. She still wanted information on that phone, but decided not to due to being ignored. She’s hoping next time she’s not ignored.
Normally have great service. We went in because my phone which usually uses the least data because its always connected to wifi was using the most 2 months in a row causing us to go over our limit. I Google my phones software and saw many articles about it going through data like crazy. So we went in to the Racine store August 30th to buy a new brand of phone. The male employee who was not working with anyone came over. He suggested every thing I did with my phone to lower the data usage. He told us how apps are using data even on wifi because theyre under the assumption that all phone plans are unlimited. He however could not explain why he thought my Google search was completely wrong or why just *my* brand of phone was the only one using excessive amounts of data. Every other person on our plan had the same style phone except for me. My mom and I both left feeling we would have had a better experience had my dad been there. The only reason my experience from this day gets 3 stars instead of 1 is because I left with a new phone.
Staff was excellent. Friendly knowledgeable and thorough helping us choose a new plan, purchase a new phone and accessories and getting what we needed for our money and our family. We have a nearby store but well be passing them up to go to the Racine location from now on.
Love the place. Always super helpful. All the employees are great, but Eric is my go-to guy for questions...and I usually have more than a few.Keep up the good work everyone!

Went here after getting fed up with AT&T. Better phones,better service for less money! We had Lisa take care of us. She does an outstanding job in regards to service. Very knowledgable, very thorough. Went out of her way on two occasions to get us a deal that was just right for us. We are a little older than the average customer,and she was very patient and understanding of our needs. Again,an outstanding job by Lisa!phones,better plan

This place is a total scam. I bought an unlocked Google pixel 3 a phone from Best buy to save money. when I took it directly over to their store they told me they could not hook it up to their service. Us cellular sells the same exact phone. They just want you to purchase it from them so they can make more money. I went back to Best buy to return the phone and tell them what us cellular said. the manager at Best buy said he has been having run-ins with the manager at u.s. cellular about their unlocked phones. I returned the phone to Best buy. I called the US cellulars tech service and they told me that it would be no problem hooking up the phone to their service. I repurchased the phone at a Best buy in Rockford Illinois. Then I went next door to the u.s. Cellular store and they hooked it up without a problem. My advice is if you are trying to save money and purchasing an unlocked phone without having to upgrade your service at US Cellular avoid this place at all costs.
Asking about the store itself, I honestly feel the associates that work at this particular location have been extremely helpful, and seem to always be willing to help no matter what the situation may be .They’re quick to help you, as not the case with Verizon. US Cellular has been pleasant to work with.I have found that the US Cellular service itself coming from Verizon isn’t as fast or the reach ability from county to county dwindles totally when we aren’t in a location that has towers near your exact location.I asked before we switched to US Cellular if a particular rural location was serviceable through US Cellular and they stated it was. Yes, to make phone calls, ( they may drop ) but yes phone calls. I found out the hard way there was no reach ability for WiFi connection to my device . 👎🏻
Had their service for almost 5 years. Due to having other people on my line, I had issues n my phone(s) had to be shut down.The services I did have were awesome! Anytime I did have an issue, I would either come to this location or call the customer service line. They were all helpful. I was there so long that I had one of the best kind of insurance plans they offered. Which, I truly miss! Their plans were the best out of all of the cell phone companies out there. Very affordable and they work with you. I referred a lot of friends and family here as well.When I do get everything straightened out, I will be coming back!!

I have always had friendly and helpful staff when Ive come into the store... that is until today! I received the worst service from JESSICA who was extremely rude, unprofessional and had a total lack of concern. Did not even engage in conversation or explain what she was doing to the new phone when transferring info. When she couldnt transfer the few photos on the phone she suggested if they are important to go to Walgreens with the phone and have prints made Seriously? Totally unprofessional, snotty, rude and the list could go on.Dont let one bad apple ruin your staff because others have gone out of their way to help in the past.
Every time I go there I get a different story. I think all the employees need to be trained with the same manual. Some are more helpful than others and some seem more knowledgeable than others.
I have been in customer service for over 16 years and I can tell you hole heartedly that Pamela and her team take the cake in customer service. Fast friendly service with a smile. 9 years with us cell and recently thought about trying other companies. They can not compare. No long waits on the phone no third world country answering when they do pick up. Thanks guys love the phone...
Trash service from the rudest person Ive ever dealt with in any customer service experience of mine. JESSICA was rude as can be and totally unprofessional the entire time we were in the store. Went to best buy and spent more on accessories just to not have to deal with her anymore!! Will never go back!!!!

Just a constant run around of b.s. Been to two different US Cellular locations for yearly upgrade. Both places I have came home without an upgrade due to their so called problems on their end. Just very unsatisfied with customer service for the money we pay to these companies. Who compensates me for my time thats been completely wasted due to US Cellulars issues? Hind sight being 20/20, I definitely would of stayed with Verizon.
My mom needed help with her phone and I couldnt figure out what was going on. She brought it in to Nick S and Edwin S and they got it fixed in minutes. Im so glad I dont need to be her tech support anymore. Thanks guys!
Ive been with US Cellular since 2003.Never had a problem with my bill or service, and the employees inside the store are helpful and friendly.

After being with AT&T for years, it was time for a change. Last week, my parents sat down with Lukas and Taylor to talk about switching carriers. Lukas personally assured them that my iPhone 7 would switch over, all we had to do was pay it off through AT&T and unlock it first. When we came in yesterday, we were about a half hour into the process when another employee pointed out to us that my iPhone 7 would not switch over like Lukas had said. Not only did we have to pay off my phone, but now we had to get a new one. Lukas made a few plans that he had okayd with us, but those plans fell through as other (seemingly more educated) employees had to step in and assist. Taylor was a HUGE help, and i can tell he has alot of potential. He talked to us like real people and we enjoyed getting to know him during our time in the store. However, Lukas needs to think about what he says before he says it. What shouldve taken maybe 2 hours took us 4 1/2... Taylor told us he was newer, which is perfectly fine. Everyones gotta learn. But that didnt seem to play a factor in the ridiculous amount of time we spent there - we spent most of our time fixing and adjusting to Lukas mistakes.

In April I set up auto bill pay through my credit union. Three payments went perfectly. The fourth fail to be received by us cellular so the credit union cacelled it and reissued it. US CELLULAR claims they never received that fifth payment and then the sixth one went out and is unaccounted for as well. My credit union shows the debits of two recent payments and my phone service is cut off. I am ready to litigate. On Sept 6th my personal banker did fax not one but two different fax numbers at US Cellular my payment history and on Sept 11th is when my service was shut off. I am losing wages today Sept 12th taking work time to try to resolve this. Why my credit union sent paper checks for auto bill pay escapes me. I personally never use them. But if the first three were sent and posted success fully, what happened to the last three sent? Like I said...if I have to litigate this I will be forced to do so.

Worst store ever, I wanted get an upgrade to a 6 but was told I had to wait longer, they said a year when I got it and its been 11 months. The dude that helped me seemed insincere, like was thinking something else talking to other workers and the manager gave me a FAKE sounding canned response. My friend LC couldnt even get a phone there. Whats that company doing? get bought by sprint already.
