I came in today, was looking for a perfume I absolutely fell IN LOVE with. Unfortunately, it had been discontinued. As most girls (and some men Im sure, too) know, its heartbreaking when we find our perfect scent only to find its gone forever. I was so devestated. Its called Sirens Call. After helping me search in a smaller version container for a long time, the AMAZING girls at the front (Cecilia and Shelly) went in back, and gave me the leftover tester of my favorite perfume!! Ive not had a happier moment in a LONG time!! This was so far above and beyond that I cant NOT give them an awesome review. On top of that, unlike most hot topic stores ive been in, this store is super clean and spread out. Its not cramped and crowded and you dont have to bash into 3 shelves/racks just to turn around. It smelled great, looked great, both girls were working really hard and still taking extra great care of all cutomers who came in, and it was all around an amazing experience. Seriously, these ladies deserve so much credit and praise. Not just because they helped me, but because their natures are such a perfect fit for customer service. This will now be the only Hot Topic I visit, and will be my first stop for anything I need that they have stocked. Such a fantastic experience!!
