Always try to stop in for a little treat after a meal downtown. Gelato flavors vary and the macaroons are delicious. Usually take a 6 pack for the road. Baristas are friendly and quick.

I have this place 3 stars just for the taste and presentation of the macaroons. There weren’t as many flavors as I would have liked but a good selection. My daughters have been wanting to try macaroons and bubble tea. None of us has ever tried either one. I wish the staff was more friendly and inviting. I got the vibe of ok just hurry up and order. I explained that the girls have been wanting to try the bubble tea and am very unsure or clear of what goes in them. I asked if the lady helping us had a favorite and I didn’t get an answer so I just named 2 flavors from the board they had displayed by the register which were apparently the boba flavors lol so we picked a gelato and boba flavors. We did not realize the rainbow was not actually boba bubbles but some kind of chewy substance. We did not like because of the texture. Just wish the lady helping us gave us insight or suggestions. Not sure if we’ll be back just because I am super big with customer service.

Cold brew was meh. Asked for one with cream, was half cream and half coffee. Had to throw it out because it was way too rich.Was there on 7/21. I asked the server if you had cold brew or iced coffee and he said yes to both. So not sure what he gave me then. By the time I tasted it I was already halfway down the street and didnt want to go back for a refund for a couple bucks.

Despite living near by Ive never happened to stop in here before the other day. Now I feel like Ive been missing out for years. I tried the gelato and ordered an espresso and both were perfect. The gelato was probably the best Ive tasted in a long time and Ill definitely be going back.

Loved the macarons, Gelato was okay and the bubble tea was kind of a let down...more like a shake with the Gelato mixed in.

Was super excited to discover this place online and had to stop in immediately. They had a really great atmosphere and I was sad that I could stay a little bit because of covid but the service was fast and friendly and my bubble tea and macaroons were exactly what I was looking for!

I visited the cafe yesterday with my daughter and ordered a smoothie for the first time. I asked if they added milk because I don’t use milk in the ones I make at home and wanted to be clear, the woman responded with a very snarky attitude which was embarrassing to my daughter and I. Instead of a simple “yes” or “no”, she gave me a weird look then said “yeah I mean unless someone asks for water instead which would be really weird.” Why was that necessary? Then the banana gelato smoothie we ordered tasted and looked as though it only had milk added to it. This was a bummer because I really enjoy this cafe but if I’m going to pay for a poor product AND get an attitude while doing so, I’ll just skip the gelato and go elsewhere. Hope to see some improvement though.

The macarons always stick to my teeth even when they are thawed. Not a fan of the texture. But the macaroons and a honeydew bubble tea are my only favs on their menu.

The coffee was made to order over a conversation, unlike big chain coffee stores that make coffee in factory production style. The people were nice. Now for the food, the gelatos were good. Ive tried a few flavors, and were all good. The cookies were well made. The ambinece was well kept - see photos. Nice place to hangout and enjoy a quick bite.

I love the atmosphere, but I get the same coffee and it tastes pretty different every time. A majority of the time its not a big deal but sometimes it tastes pretty off. The croissants are amazing!! Costumer service could definitely improve. Not very personable.

My day isnt complete without a 20oz Pistachio Breve! The staff is awesome, I love everything Ive tried; from the Maccaroons, chili, breakfast croissants, hot and cold drinks, and if course various gelato flavors!!!🤗

I used to love the coffee and atmosphere here. But the new workers are rude and copped an attitude in response to anything I would say. Not to mention they make their coffee with powder?? It tastes like I’m drinking nesquik. Extremely disappointed 😔

Theres not too many options for boba tea in Racine so I have been coming here off and on the last few years. It is really hit or miss whether they have the tapioca boba, so often have to settle for one of the popping varieties. Now with the pandemic, I will not come back. None of the workers nor any of the customers were wearing masks or shields. Did not feel safe.

Awful!!! Very expensive. Quality of purchase was not worth it. Never going back.

This gelato shop is a little slice of heaven in the heart of downtown Racine!! I would go there daily if I could!! They have great gelato, many different coffees, as well as bakery and panini sandwiches!

Frappes are delicious and I highly recommend the chocolate! Excellent service and fast. Relaxing atmosphere and easily accessible from Main Street. They have food available until 4 p.m so if you looking to get a quality sandwich at a reasonable price this is your destination! The Paninis are very good.

I enjoy this place, and I like their Gelato. Im a fan. However avoid the shakes unless you like them extremely thin. Wayy too much milk for me. All in all, Avery good place for downtown Racine.

We visited on Aug 4th. Coffee is good. Food was ok, not great. We didnt get exactly what we ordered. They were not wearing masks. There was no hand sanitizer. No soap or paper towel in rest room to wash hands. The chair outside broke and ripped my pants and there was a long piece of jagged rusty metal sticking out as a trip hazard near the door and outdoor table. I dont think my daughter and I will go back there.

New place for lunch for us. Grand kids wanted gelato and bubble tea. Dessert was great. Lunch not so much. Lukewarm food. Sandwich menu was unreadable behind canisters of something. It was a work holiday for some, place was busy. Birthday upstairs lots of people downstairs. Only one poor associate behind counter! She did a fair job of taking care of everyone, considering she was all alone at the counter! I wouldn’t be a happy employee if I had to do all she did alone either. This review reflects on the owner or manager not the associate. She did great considering the circumstances. Loved the atmosphere, gelato yum!

I love coming here and getting a pint or two of gelato to take home with me for the week as well as their stuffed cheddar pretzel! Bubble tea is good as well and their caramel macchiato is yummy!

This is one of the best places in Racine. I have had a rare problem with this place but they handled it wonderfully. Everything they serve here is great, regardless of the problem I encountered. The customer service is excellent and the quality of the food and drinks is great! The interior is lovely and they even have live music sometimes!

This is my favorite coffee shop in all of Racine. It has Collectivo coffee (a Milwaukee brand), fun frappe flavors like Red Velvet Cake in addition to the traditional flavors, a unique menu of gelato and macarons and is housed in an absolutely BEAUTIFUL building that maintains a vintage flair. Also have coffee house staples like croissants and muffins as well as refrigerated drinks ready to go for convenience. Live music on occasion, great hours, 2nd and 1st floor seating.

From out of town searched for ice cream and this place pops up,so I saw this amazing fruity cone on the pictures, and so we walked to this location and girl says to me oh we dont have that here.... very disappointed... so we left without a purchase

Not the worst experience here, the desserts/drinks we cant complain about but the second time coming here we were given attitude for asking for another straw for my daughter as hers had a hole on the side of it (you cant sip with a broken straw). Our 3rd & 4th visit they were out of bobba (tapioca) & that is the reason we come there, for bubble tea/drink.

Had the Lemon gelato, super refreshing on a hot summer day. Can’t wait to come back and try the macaroons!

I have been visiting the Racine location since it opened. The gelato is delicious and they have a good variety.As far as drinks, I have only tried them a few times and each time they have been good.4/5 stars because the upper lounge area should either be cleaned or closed of. I visited at 8am and the floor was very dirty.

Never knew what Gelato was and still dont but I know its good. Also, found myself rather enjoying their Red Velvet Frappe, they are all around great really with some good food options as well (well they sound good at least Ive really only had the jalapeno stuffed pretzels but they sound pretty good) Ive given you guys about the bed possible rating I can youre wonderful.
