Great service! The cashiers and the managers are pleasant people. Hiring two more employees might help move the customers along more quicker but, the staff has given top customer service to me over the past 3 or more years. Thank you kindly!

My experience at Save-A-Lot was very quick and professional they are very courteous to their customers

I went here for a couple specific items, upon arrival there were no carts in the pen and no carts or baskets in the entryway.I continued and found all the items I went for, although difficult to carry I made it through the checkout. There were no carts here either whick made the process confusing.All and all I like this store so I Will return again.

Its just a very depressing place, I know its not in the greatest area but lets attempt to try and serve the community with good products and quality service and please care about your in-store appearance, its very important.

Decent store with most of what I am looking for in my grocery list.

The prices are great on most items. Got a fantastic deal on T-bone steaks for our 4th of July weekend. It would be nice, however, if more than one checkout lane would be open. I dont see how the Corona virus would affect customer service in this way. Do you want 6 people in line for 20 min, or 6 people in line for 8 minutes? Less talking and transition time to get people out faster if you have 2 lanes open.

Picked up pound tilapia, bunch, cilantro, 14 limes for less than $6. Good deal.

This place is a mess! The parking lot, inside, carts seem nasty all the time. Usually only one cashier and their freezers are never stocked.

Great prices on produce, meats and pretty much everything. I find the produce and meats to be fresh and a good quality product. I do recommend bringing your own reusable shopping bags to save from having to purchase disposable plastic ones. You can handle a vast majority of your shopping needs here and for a very fair price.

I do agree these guys have great prices and great food but not great people.There were certain items that Ive personally requested (via store manager)at other save a lot locations and my requests were granted and I was a happy customer. This particular location the manager was rude and avoiding my requests and said that cant be done!I found his disposition towards me very unsettling (1-20-2017 evening) I will take my business elsewhere!

I enjoy coming to Save-A-Lot for the produce. The quality of the produce is great. The staff is always very helpful when needed.

It use to have great prices on everything. Now, it is very high priced.

Place was clean and staff was friendly. Vendors need to check products better as both bags of chips I was attempting to purchase were out of date. lucky the cashier caught it and helped locate fresh items.

Gone down hill. Fewer choices.. Injected over priced chicken. Frozen food not kept frozen. Shelves not stocked if at all.. If you bake and actually cook real food not prepackage add water stuff than you are better shopping else where. This used to be a great store now it is turning into crap.

This is one of the worse stores in Racine... But I love the beef ribs.

This Store has taken a turn for the worse. Shelves not well stocked, produce not fresh, meat case needs cleaning, meat case is often empty and meat not fresh! Sad, there was a lot of effort to bring this store to this area!

Close, convenient good prices and the Grissoms Mill 🍞 is some of the best I have had in a long time.

Ive always shopped her since I was a child. However, this location needs some help. Staff are hardly ever friendly, restrooms are filthy, employees are on their phones at the registers, and hazards to the safety of customer & employee alike are not taken care of promptly. They leave things like meat, seafood, & cheese out for way too long. If a customer doesnt want an item thats perishable, it should be taken back immediately. Not doing so poses a food safety hazard & a potential lawsuit. Again, I like this place but it needs some MAJOR improvements.

They were pretty busy,, but the stores fully stocked and the meat department looked awesome. I happen to talk with the store manager and she was pretty awesome.
