High pressure on trying to set up auto pay when because of layoffs I couldnt. I was late a few times but did pay the late fee and another week each time. If it wasnt for all that a 5 star rating would be given.

One star becuase i have been telling the manager for over 2 months now that i want to change my payment from everyweek to every month but he just keeped on turning me around and talking me into paying everyweek but i told him i could not pay everyweek that i rather pay everymonth but he did not listen now that i have not been able to make my payments everyweek they want the merchandice back smh .and I also had the worst experience on the phone with a lady called (Amanda) getting an attitude on me thru the phone i thought it was a good place people did tell me not to go their but i did not listen. Smh 😡

All the really stock is the cheap Ashley furniture there are better rent to own places with better made furniture

Everyone was very helpful, but my only complaint was there was a very young manager there (maybe 24 y/o) by the name Jeremy (I made sure to ask the store manager what his name was.) He was very very rude to a new hire there by the name Quentin. He looked to be 39 or 40. He talked down to him and talked to him like he was a dog. I thought the whole thing was very unprofessional and I will never deal with that store again. I will go to the E-town store from now on.
