Went to get a controller They had 5 boxes on the wall Took the one I want Got into the long line With only one cashier working When I finally got up there was told they dont have any Heres a novel idea take the boxes off the wall if you dont have any Now I remember why I dont shop there

Great environment for gamers to come discuss new hit games and lesser known games. Wonderful service and amazing products. The atmosphere is so welcoming and Im always excited to go get new games. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Just like all the rest of the GameStops you visit. PS4 and XBOX dominate the building, Switch games are minimal, PC games dont exist there and all the accessories are way over priced.

Ive always been a gamer and lover of the type, this is my usual gamestop location, the amount of trades and deals from their app and being a pro member helps out with purchases, however the last visit reminded me to check both the front AND rear side tags (for games) because the back showed a cheaper price than the front, so I noticed it, (for Metro: Exodus) returned, informed the cashier and got reimbursed the difference. They jacked up the price but left the old (cheaper) tag on the back. They currently have friendly and engaging staff with rarely ever a problem when shopping there.

What you see is what you get. GameStop employees are annoyingly fake and literally have the same personality no matter which location you go to. I never go to a GameStop for a chill just browsing for a good deal time. Its not the place for that. They always have the game Im looking for though so until they dont I will give them 5 stars.

My first time here at this Gamestop so no definite answer but the employee there was nice, polite, and helped by recommending games that are currently wanted by other customers. This is what I like to see when I enter a store, both friendly and professional. Not a 5 star because it is only my 1st time here bit it was a 5 star experience.

The Town Mall location is always friendly and helpful. Always helps us to get the best deal possible. Highly recommend this location.

I brought my family in and Nick gave us the warmest welcome. Its rare to see true customer service now a days. Nick pulled out all the stops for us explaining everything and noticed what we were going towards and talking about and showed us everything in line with what we wanted to see. I wish there was a Nick in every GameStop!!I have reviewed other game stops and its ashame that they get more attention for being bad. Nick deserves some recognition.

Clean organized and friendly. Brought a game in to trade and got a couple extra bucks towards the trade than what the website said I would. Theyve toned down on trying to shove sales and memberships down your throat which is great.

4 stars because I dont go there for much, BUT- when I do go there, they do a great job of helping find the right product for you when youre unsure of a comparison to make a good judgement.In my experience, the staff are all down-to-earth people and unbelievably kind and polite. I couldnt really ask for much more but lower prices 😩😤😩

Good store but as far as the used games they were way overpriced I was looking into some of them and found I could have bought them brand new on amazon for the same price or even cheaper than the used ones at this store.

The staff are friendly and the store continues to grow in the amount of collectables they carry. I appreciate the 9pm pre-order pick up for new game releases. If you are looking for a variety of video game related merchandise along with newest game titles, this is a great location to visit.

The trade in value online never matches what they give you in store. They gave me $5 for a game they price used at 27.99 doesnt add up. But customer service is decent.

Best place to go if you would like to get good service and all the good games what I like the most is the used games they come with warranties and if they get scratched you can bring them back and they can fix them free

Not sure if they are under new management or whatever but it went from great customer service to terrible customer service ! Whenever I needed anything from gamestop I would always go here because of the great CS I would always get with my recent last two visits its like the workers dont even care! I enquired about a game and the lady would reply we dont play those game anymore. So much for trying to sell a product. Go else where

I Have Tried To Return The Controller December 26th 2018 And Was Denied Because It Had Been Opened. Also, They Have No Mercy Towards Standard Holiday Return Policy’s For Their “New Items” As Well. My Controller Box Was Only Secured By Two Pieces Of Tape, No Plastic Anywhere. Highly Unsatisfied Customer And Will Not Be Going Back Until This Policy Is Changed
