This is a great knife shop with a lot of variety. We stopped here to see the Worlds largest pocket knife and stayed for the knife selection! They carry just about any brand, style, etc you can think of. Also carries multi-tools, sharpeners, and other assorted products. The staff is very friendly, store is clean and decent prices. There is also a little side or seperate museum area thats cool to walk through. 5% military discount, many thanks for that!Overall great experience. The only thing I would add is more information about the museum displays. Im not up to speed on my knife history so I shamefully wasnt really sure what I was looking at most of the time.. Lol.

The World’s LARGEST Pocketknife is at Red Hill Cutlery, 92 Bourbon Trace, Radcliff, KY 40160. In 2018, Radcliff was named the Knife Capital of Kentucky. Red Hill Cutlery is also home to the Kentucky Museum of American Pocketknives which displays over 100 years of knife history.I couldn’t help but visit this pocket knife museum. It was neat little place. Plenty of beautiful cutlery and knives of all varieties. The prices were not ridiculously high. And they had all sorts of other items like hot sauces, candles, trinkets of all sorts. I definitely recommend a visit.

Very rude manager...got an item that was supposedly an antique (bought it for $60). Had no idea at the time, it just looked like a collector set to me, and to be honest I doubt it is antique, the craftsmanship was very poor quality and cheap plastic on the handle...the display case the knives were in was damaged on the inside, so due to the damage and poor quality of the knives I took it back to exchange for another item. I was told they didnt allow returns on antiques. I informed them I had no idea it was an antique and there wasnt anything on the case it was in stating such.After speaking with the manager (an older lady with white hair) and pleading my case, she allowed me to return it, but was VERY rude about it, and said after this in not allowed to return ANYTHING else ever again. I told her I didnt know it was an antique and she said with a very nasty attitude Does this look like a new knife set to you? To which my reply was I dont know, Im not a knife expert! She made several other rude comments to me and actually accused ME of being rude!! After telling her there was no need to be nasty with me, she said Oh, Im not being nasty. I can show you nasty!Really terrible experience, definitely wont be shopping there again.On a side note, after price checking their knives, most of them are way overpriced as well. I ended up returning the antique knives I had bought for in store credit (they dont give cash back for returns) and bought an $80 Ka-bar hunters knife...later I saw that the same model knife is $20 cheaper on Amazon. So you might want to shop around.

Drove almost 6 hours to this amazing knife store and it was completely worth it! Great selection of knives, knife accessories and Red Hill Cutlery products. I could’ve spent hours looking at everything in the Knife Museum they have in the store. The staff is wonderful, I talked with both Robin and the owner and they both were not only helpful but made me wish I lived closer to their store. Highly recommend.

Easy to find, cool photo ops out front with the worlds largest pocket knife. Once inside the team is friendly and knowledgeable about the products. They carry a variety of knifes and cleaning supplies and cute souvenir items🙂my boy scout son is still talking about the visit. We will be back!
I was ABSOLUTELY BLOWN AWAY by the service that my son and I received at Red Hill Cutlery!! Robin(I believe that was her name...Im sorry! Im horrible with names!), was fantastic in dealing with my son. She wasnt really busy, so she spent a solid 2-3 hours showing us various knives that we were interested in. I can guarantee that she showed us no less than 40 knives, maybe more! It was my sons birthday money and he wanted a nice, high quality piece. She pulled out knife after knife, everything we wanted to see and even knives that she suggested we take a look at. She was extremely polite, professional, and a pleasure to work with! The selection of cutlery and related items are vast and diverse. Lots of high quality knives to keep you busy for a good while....and they even have a neat little museum that you HAVE to spend some time looking through! When I am in the market for a new knife, I know without a doubt where I am going to spend my time and $!!!! Im sold!!

Very good selection of knives. I went in looking for a Buck Bantam 285, and unfortunately their Buck display was really lacking compared to the other brands. Not a single Buck Bantam 285 in stock. The staff was very nice, but the lady who does the ordering has not placed a Buck order, and said she didnt know when she would. So, of course, I just ordered what I wanted off of Amazon. Prime membership gets it delivered next day!! I try to shop local and help out the mom and pop shops. But sometimes they just dont have what one is looking for.
This place is very. It a store and museum. I wish they made more room to show the museum piece. They so many things Im a small area it hold to see everything.
Robin was absolutely amazing!! I went in just to browse with the intention of doing some homework on a few knives. She was extremely accommodating and gave me a brief overview when I arrived. She let me look at my leisure and was not overly intrusive. After I found a few pieces I was interested in, I notified her and she walked me through all of them with plenty of background information. I was very indecisive and she spent over an hour showing numerous options and variations with multiple price points. I ended up leaving without purchasing as I had to think it over and she was nothing but nice as I left the store. I returned the same day to purchase a Benchmade 698 for me, a Buck for my wife, and a Swiss Army for my daughter. 100% the best sales experience Ive had in years and I will undoubtedly be back sooner than later. I absolutely recommend this place!

Very good stock, and a nice little museum. They also have ale 8 cold that is a very classy touch. Staff could be a bit more knowledgeable but I imagine that will get much better as they get more familiar with thier merchandise. Will vist again.
My daughter and I made the trip to Radcliff. I would highly recommend visiting Red Hill Cutlery. The selection is excellent and the service is even better. Robin was there to answer any questions we had and helped us with our selections. We will be making more visits to Red Hill Cutlery.
This is one of the best knife shops around in the state of Kentucky, they have a very good selection of different knives, knife accessories and sharpening equipment. They are one of the last great distributors of Case & Sons Cutlery/knives, in the state. I highly recommend to anyone, knife enthusiast like myself or not, would highly enjoy taking a trip here.
