The online ordering for this store sucks. Some items you order are marked unavailable but when u walk in to find a replacement the items are on the shelf! Happened at this store on 3 different occasions. Will continue to pickup at the super center. Don’t know if it’s the new changes to the app. App is definitely buggy and u cant find most things and it doesn’t update sometimes.

Not a fan of all the self check outs, the prices have gone up. Enjoy getting checked out by a real person. Sam Waltons vision for Walmart isnt this way! Just recently switched my rating to a one star. Just a heads up this store no longer does price matching. Might as well shop at the super Walmart for a cheaper price. Im done shopping at the market.

Best believe I am never shopping here again. SAY NO TO SELF CHECKOUT!!!! Thats all they have now. Zero cashiers. Im not paid to do this ish. The many many employees I saw throughout the store were chitchatting or picking their noses instead of stocking shelves.

I actually prefer this store as opposed to the bigger ones. It not only seems cleaner but if you’re simply looking to get groceries, then this is an ideal place to go. I also love doing pickup at this location because the staff is always so friendly ☺️ and for the most part this store isn’t too crowded!

I love this Walmart. The great employees there noticed a truck with 3 drunk driving women and didnt know what to do. So I talked to them and held her there until Ky state police arrived. They were awesome to want to keep these drunks off the road. And I didnt care at all to keep them there joking with the drunks until the police arrived. We need more employees like this at all stores in every state.

Its nice not having all the distractions, and chaos that the big Walmart has. Im not sure whats going on in the dairy section, but we were still able to maneuver around d it and able to get all of our items. The only problem I had were some of the employees... there were 3 of them running around and getting in the way. They werent being respectful of the customers.

I should start out by saying that Im not a Walmart fan. Usually Ive found their meat to be mushy and theres never enough cashiers. Yes, Im aware that theyre trying to save some money, and employees wages is the 1st way of controlling expenses towards additional profits. I dont care, I am not a Walmart employee.That being said ...Each time Ive been there its been clean & employees always seem to be stocking shelves. I did also notice that FIFO (1st in, 1st out - rotation of product) has been used by all that Ive paid attention to. Produce is clean & fresh. Theres a couple of items that Ive found difficult to find at other groceries, yet this Neighborhood Grocery always seems to have them in stock. Another extremely nice gesture is whenever a customer ask if they have such & such, first they look up the said item, and if they do carry it, instead of just saying what aisle its in, they stop what theyre doing and walk the customer to where its located.Because of my disability, I always have my grocery bags packed light (Im on a 10 lb limit). Each & every time whoever is bagging; offers to help me load them in my car for me ... without my having to ask for help.Perhaps its where we live, a great training system, really good management, or all above, I dunno. But I for one do appreciate a store running correctly. But more importantly, the personal attention of which they give.

Theyre adding capacity to this store, putting in new shelves. Thats great, except that this store seems to be unable to stock the shelves that they already have. Do yourself a favor and just go to the big Walmart. At least there is a chance they will have at least ONE of what you need. Their restocking is AWFUL in this store.

Nice clean store and they have a wide variety of food. I was treated with respect and only have one cashier though most of the time so if your ok with bagging a careful yourself this is the place.

Like most Wal-Mart stores the employees seem to not care and the lines are too long. The Neighborhood Market is a tad bit more expensive, but whatever. I like their self checkout so much better. Its super easy to find someone to help you at the money center. Typically in and out quicker than at the Super Wal-Mart.

Lots of empty shelves. Gas prices were good 2.65. 1st time in a Walmart neighborhood market store. I like the concept. Sometimes I dont like having to walk thru a huge store of everything if I just need toothpaste.

Love this Walmart! We have a super center a couple miles away but I always go here unless theres something it doesnt have then I go to the super center. Staff is great, and its well stocked usually.

Pretty nice, theyre changing everything right now but its okay. Just a small convenient Walmart in town.

The hours are great and they have a decent select of goods. They dont have everything the super Walmart has, but its a good selection with the hot foods in the deli area.

The new set is very inadequate!!!There is no conveyor belt to place items. The bagging area can only hold two bags at a time so you will need an extra cart. The spacing is not six feet apart (set up during covid so it should have been considered). The prices were already higher than the regular Walmart and have been raised higher with less options.

Great for the area! Gives you an option for those of us who does not care for Kroger!

The store has done some remodeling and the first thing I hate about it was the loss of real people at the cash register. This store has went down to only 2 human ran cash register and about 16 self check outs.

I love having a neighborhood Walmart, I have been shopping at this store since it first opened. Going to a Walmart Super Center, can get very busy, then you stand in line for a good twenty to thirty minutes. ( pillow & Blanket!!) Lol!

Clean, organized, helpful staff. Smaller size makes for faster shopping. Prices on staples like milk are cheaper than the one up the road.

Its not one of your huge walmarts so youll only find groceries and housing basics in this one...it does have a good liquor store that opens at one on the side of it, as well as a burger King in the parking lot, a steakhouse restaurant as well as 3 hotels (Hampton, Hilton, candlewood suites )and a gas station all right there, so its definitely super in its own little way.

I love going to this Walmart is so clean an everyone there is so nice an caring an everyone is so nice to my kids as well an always wanting to help if I need it. Especially this guy named Isaiah, he is so nice an always helpful an my kids are always happy to see him.

Good prices, decent grocery. Better prices than super walmart.

Dont go there much. Other then that i would say some of the people that work the gas pumps could have a little more joy and outgoing to themselves. 6/10 for me

Love Walmart, always have! This neighborhood walmart in Radcliff is very nice. Has everything you’ll need for a short stay in town! The staff and cashiers were super friendly and helpful! And of course the price is always great. It was walking distance from my hotel which is a big plus!Second and third time coming here! Love that the employees have not changed. Service is still great!!! And they have just what I need when I come in to shop!

The store is not set up for handicap people, you go in and there is a wall of merchandise, separating the entrance and exit, you have to walk around it, and try to get over to where the handicap scooters are. Dont make no sense at all. Will not go back.Put the carts on the entrance side.

NO open check out lanes. Plenty of employees standing around doing nothing while customers try to make the self checkout machines work. My last trip to this store.

Only shop at this location if I absolutely have to. I have been given expired milk and other poor quality food items. Pickup orders have been missing items or given items I didnt even order. So many more bad experiences I cant keep count. However, this is just my opinion and experiences.

When we first started using this pharmacy they were very nice and attentive to our needs, now they act like we are bothering them. Mark the manager is hateful and to a point belittles you. Kristofer is just as bad, they want you to do all the work on the prescriptions.Terrible customer service!!!!

First time Ive ever seen a Walmart that sold only grocery. It was very neat and clean. They also have a real live human being at the register!! Lol

Convenience and pricing as well as friendly associates keeps me coming back. I do NOT like Krogers so this is my grocer of choice. Biggest complaint is the poor product replenishment......they are ALWAYS out of stock of something - and lately,, especially the 5 dozen crate of eggs!!! We have a large family. Keep those shelves properly stocked and you will see sales growth and customer growth.

Place always smells like burned chicken. Not enough registers to check out. Has self check out but i dont work there so...Also it always packed and out of stock on many items.

My only go to for groceries, HBA & cleaning supplies. In and out quick with friendly service. Also has Grocery Pick Up.

I love this store, has everything I need for a quick trip to a grocery store but not enough to make you want to walk out with more than you intended to!

The people were very friendly here. I love how the aisles are ALL LABELED. You just have to look up and you can find just about anything yourself without help. But there is nice help if you do need it. I do not like the way they have it marked on the floor to direct customers to go only one way through the aisle or store. I know what I need, I do not like having to walk up and down every aisle like a school of fish because that is just gonna make me buy more stuff I dont need and Im gonna have to be there longer than I want to be at any one place. No fault to them, I know it is for COVID. Respectfully though, Im on a mission to get in, get the stuff on my list and get out. I am not walking up and down all the aisles if I dont need to.

Place was busy and only 1 lone cashier (btw she did a great job)!!! But, it was very frustrating!! I like going there because its easier for me to shop at the smaller version because of my disability!But, very disappointed!

I gave this a 3-star for two reasons. When I cant find things at are Walmart on Walmart please do better as I would like to be a patron of this business but that experience definitely turned me way I come to this smaller market and they usually have plenty of things available. The problem is that their Pharmacy is inadequate and the staff is very rude. I did not come to this Pharmacy of my own free will as I was picking up an order for a friend who had just been released from the hospital after a heart attack. The staff were not willing to go the extra mile and look for his information in order to fill a prescription that he needed to start that night. Instead I requested them to just send his prescriptions to Walgreens in Radcliff. I had no problem picking it up there the staff was extra friendly and had all his information already in the system. Please do better.

Not as crowded as a super Wal mart but seems to be out of fresh fruit and vegetables a lot.Update 7 March 2017- still out of many fresh foods. Been in several times to get a rotisserie chicken after work and are always out. I get off work at 4pm. Does not carry the same almond milk as the Super Walmart. The only thing this place has going for it is that the place is not crowded like a super Walmart.

I love going here! They usually have all the products I need and their staff is wonderful about taking you right to where a desired item you were searching for is!

My experience today at both the marketplace and the liquor store was phenomenal. I’ve got to mention both Amanda at marketplace and Gina at the liquor store. I was having a very bad morning and they both went above and beyond to make my visit wonderful. I got a hug from Gina, as she knew I needed it! Please recognize these employees. Especially on a day when they could/should be home with their families. I’m glad they were there. Kudos! Again. Thank you!

Life Long Question!!! Why is there not enough lanes open? Im sure this is a question on everyones mind. I actually asked this one day to what appeared to be a manager in a different location only to be met with a brush off of understaffing. Ok. Things happen. But as I make my way to different locations while on vacation or out of town or whatever. I noticed this isnt a problem in just my hometown, this is a bigger problem across multiple locations across the span of a year. Today I visit your location and again met with the fact that there arent enough lanes open. I ask about it, Kinda loudly in all directions as I couldnt tell who was in charge. A couple times. No response. No additional lanes. As the customers start to line up five deep in all lanes its finally my turn. I use the self check out. Then I asked the guy who is now standing there (probably because some guy was asking questions loudly instead of being content with waiting for this multi billion dollar company to slowly take my money as if I owed them something instead of a business who is happy to get customers despite this years financial hardship) if they were going to open more lanes for everyone waiting. His response. Under staffed. In fact he sarcastically offered me the opportunity to apply!!So again Im met with the hard knock fact that Walmart, a multi billion dollar company, for some reason can not figure out how to hire/keep staff (Im unsure of which one it is) not only at this location but at all. But, I cant help but to continue to wonder why Walmart cant get customers through more efficiently. If I ask that question Ill be met with we are efficient, we help x amount of people per day or something similar to that. So I need the right wording....Before I get another brush off response, lets consider Covid. Maybe they are spacing registers for safe space, no that cant be it because all of the self check out lanes are open and in close proximity, not to mention that with less lanes there are more people standing in line, in close proximity, so lets rule Covid out. Next, sales, maybe sales are down and you cant afford it, that cant be Covid closed down the moms and pops and left the market practically monopolized, sales are fine......So I guess my question truly is why cant Walmart, A MULTI BILLION (with a B ) DOLLAR COMPANY be more efficient for the CUSTOMERS by opening more lanes?Krogers next shopperTony

I find Walmart to be practical but at the same time inconvenient. The QR scanner wouldnt work for payment today and other times as well. Not my phones fault. I think it wont focus because of the overhead lights in the store. Adjustment needed
