I showed up 10 minutes before close today on a Sunday and the staff refused to assist me. I just wanted to pick up one thing and the girl would not let me in. Even as I post this there are 5 minutes to close.

The young woman was rude and sold me the wrong coils for a new mod. When I called to let her know, she said, some of us learn slower and would not look for the correct coils. She just said, we may have that, I dont know; I know that the education system in Rahway, NJ is not the best, but come on... you cant be ignorant and lazy, or so I thought until I met this gem.

I stopped in Urge Smoke shop with the hopes of making a simple transaction. Nicole, an employee who is most surely an asset to the company, ensured just that. She made my experience comfortable, easy, and even fun. Her charisma, knowledge, and positive attitude made me think she was the manager. Well she should be. Kudos to you Nicole. I will most definitely be back.

The girl behind the counter was rude, not helpful and told a lie about not being able to get it in NJ when I purchased my 2 weeks ago in Jersey and wanted a second for my GF... smh.. no layaway plans on expensive pieces, just a failure all around.

I really hate to be the first to give a somewhat bad rating but it is necessary. Oh and let me apologize for the novel Im about to write but I want everyone to understand my experience and this is the first bad review I have ever posted. I bought $160 worth of vaping merchandise. My wife and I had a pleasant experience with Brenda which is very knowledgeable about the merchandise they sell. I get home and I noticed my tank was leaking a bit, No bid deal right! I checked the tank, changed the gaskets use different coils and it still leaked over time. I have over 10 years experience with vaping so I would think I know a thing or two about it and yes I found it odd that this tank leaked so slow but I tried to return the tank for a exchange. They tested the tank it didnt leak but in time it would because it was a very slow leak and I explained that to the salesman not all the time does it just immediately spill out all over the place but again this was a really slow leak. I told the salesman (Great guy by the way) to call the owner because he said there is nothing he can do for me. The owner said no to the exchange and I walked out got home there was a little juice in the bottom of the tank probably a drops worth and in time it leaked out. So I now have a slow leaking tank that can not be returned. Its probably a manufacturing problem but urge smoke shop should stand behind their products. I added a pic which does not do it any justice. I wish I could add a time lapsed video. I will further examine the problem to see if I can find a solution then post it if anyone else is experiencing this crazy slow leak. I will contact smok to see if there is something I can do on my end to fix it. I am not saying that this is a bad place for everyone. There are really good people who work there but the owner is another story.

The service provided left me in shock. The General Manager Andy really goes above and beyond to help you with your questions. Very knowledgeable and steers you in the right direction for your needs. The shop is so clean and every time i walk in seems busy. The rewards program is amazing Worth more than 5 stars.

I definaly give this place a 5 stars. Its well kept clean, knowledgeable employees, and good discounts with rewards. They have a good selection from wraps, CBD, Vapes and Amoke tools. All of the urge stores use the same reward point system so start saving and earning. I usually come once a week to pick up some goods and never any hassle. I found this place on google and it is right. Best shops and wont rip you off like the other smoke shops in the area. I reccomend this place to everyone but must be 21.
