Have had some good blizzards A dairy queens before (5 stars for the cheesecake blizzard) but this one location really didnt make the cut. Most unappetizing Blizzard Ive gotten.

The service is quick, the ice cream is great. Never toooo packed, but even when it is, the wait isnt too long. Recommended!

If they close at 10:30pm. Be there by 9pm. They dont care if you are standing there for 2 hrs..when you get to the window they will tell you they are closed. Need to have more people skill.

Site says open until 11. I was in line at 10:35 for a single dipped cone and was told that they were closed as I watched them as they were serving 3 people their Blizzards. Sheer laziness.UPDATED 9/7- The manager (Dan) has spoken to the staff from that shift and has remedied the misunderstanding. Last call is 10:45 so arrive before then and youll be fine. Thanks Dan!

I ordered a blizzard from here with my GF. The employee gives it to me all melted, leaking from the top and said sorry its been a long day busy. So I handed back to him I said this is not acceptable so I handed it back and said make another one. First of all if you cant handle the job maybe consider finding a job that suits you. Not give to a customer messy and expect the customer to take your problem. They sopose to flip the bizzard upside down to show you that its approved the DQ way.. Just be aware if this place gives you diareah because employe said its busy and he tired 😫.....

Ice cream could have been a little colder since it was a bit too soft. I wish they would have covered the ice cream completely in sprinkles, the gaps were a sad letdown. Giving four stars since they were generous for a size small, even though a tad lopsided.

Really great place to get icecream, there no drive so uh have to stand in a line but you can take seat while you wait .my personal favorite is the banana spilt

This DQ sucks. All the drinks, and blizzards tasted horrible. The presentation was horrible with cups all dirty with ice cream all around them. Had to ask for spoons to match the amount of items, had to ask for cup holder to carry multiple items, basic things that are common sense. They were out of items and couldn’t fulfill the original order, on a Monday afternoon! Bad experience overall. I’ll never go back there again.

Ice cream is really good there!! Variety on flavors, fast service. Plus they have new stuff. You just have to ask for what you really would like to have on yours talking about toppings.

The place had different kinds of ice cream. Their ice cream had good quality. The oreo ice cream was so delish, should try it once. The prices are bit high.

How are you gonna have a sign that say exact change or credit card only... and when they owe you the change and its .97cents they say they dont have the change to give you..but they give other customers 4 quarters... and the they still make you wait 20min for your order... how ridiculous is this place... poor service....and top it off they dont have half my order after I already paid and 15min later and now I have to settle for something else I dont want... can I give them -5 stars

+ I was skeptical when they said $7.45 but then when I got it, I was like oh this aint no Ralph Icee. I loved it. 😂

I ordered this brownie oreo thing and it wasnt properly mixed, but there was a long line so i would understand why they did that.

Unisex bathroom. VERY NICE HUSBAND AND WIFE OWNERS. GREAT CAKES FOR BIRTHDAYS, FATHERS DAY etc. Great hangout for kids of all ages. Everyday $5 buck specials up UNTIL 4pm ONLY!! LOVE THIS PLACE!

Its okay, nothing to write home about. I order a blizzard and it was like eating a milk shake. Come from a family that use to work at Dairy Queen this place was like they just throw something together. No benches to sit out side or around the place. However the ice cream was still good and my kids enjoy it as well.

Fantastic service and even better ice cream treats.. not too many classic locations, I noticed they added benches a nice touch for a highly commercial area. Compare to some other locations, you can still feed the family ice cream at a fairly reasonable price.❤️

I would give it a five for the ice cream, but half the time they run out. As far as the cleanliness of the outside and the upkeep, it needs some serious paint, flowers, tables, and they could invest in solar lighting. Too many times I have had to wait in line and then find out that they are out of a certain kind of Blizzard, when it should be posted in the window. I then would have to travel all the way to Clark & make sure I get home in time to enjoy my treat without it melting. The parking lot also needs potholes filled. Overall the ice cream is nice and the staff seems friendly most of the time. They would benefit from updating their storefront & making sure you always have enough ice cream.

Ok to be a Dairy Queen theres some thing that are required . One of which is Blizzards...... Yea we tried to order a few different blizzards and were told they dont have the products to make the blizzards so then we tried ordering a couple of ice cream cones with chocolate dip on them and we were told they dont have chocolate dip we ended up with a plain blizzard and a cherry dipped cone

There are many DQ but some use cheap products. This one is the best I know. I always order the signature strawberry blizzard and they never disappoint. Owners are very watchful of the weather so when it crosses you mind that its getting hotter and you could use some ice cream, Baam! They are already open! :-)

Today I went to get my girlfriend a cotton candy blizzard. The worker was decent, but far from the best. She did not give me a spoon, and also stated that there were no more cup holders. When I got home I gave my girlfriend the blizzard, and she was enjoying it, until she realized that after eating a few bites of it. It was nothing but vanilla ice cream, my assumption was that they lady did not mix the blizzard properly, or she put to much vanilla ice cream and not enough cotton candy mixture. My girlfriend got really upset because the cotton candy blizzard is her favorite, but this flavor is limited and is only around once in a blue moon. My girlfriend called the store to see if there was anything that the lady could do, but she was being extremely rude and said to speak to her manager in the morning.

Talk about a life less staff ..could they hate their jobs anymore and show it? I dont think so.BTW many of the 5 ☆reviews below are fake. I will say the ice cream is good but you dont leave happy due to the attitude given..I hope they change.

They have a sign that says 2 for $.99 blizzards. So I ordered 3 blizzards and one hot fudge Sunday. I told the person I wanted that special, he said all the sizes are up in the window. So I ordered four mediums. The price came to $17 and some change.

Long lines and there was a little delay in ordering and getting your ice cream but everyone wore mask and social distanced

Ice cream isnt bad but they always have young kids working there. They always mess up orders, do sloppy work and just dont care. This type of low quality service can really ruin a persons meal.

They messed up the order twice charged me for medium cups but gave me small cups than our order was 2 different of the upside down filled blizzards royal cheesecake and the choco which came with no filling in neither when they quickly tried to remake the order they messed up. It was only me and another lady in line who was pissed that they handled her cone with no napkins and without the paper around it. The black girl was rude and ignorant and was slamming the window shut in our faces and acting as if she was the manager and the other girl working with her was trying to make the situations right but the black girl was intimidating her to go with what she said. The other girl wanted to call her manager than the black girl shut the window in our faces again than opened it back up to say we cant get our manager than after we asked for her name she said her manager said she cant give out her name after sayin she couldnt reach her manager smh so now we are dealing with corporate
