The hours could not be worse. This has been stated over and over in reviews for years so clearly CVS has no interest in correcting. However, I’ve finally had it with the pharmacist April!! My goodness. She is rude, hateful and condescending!! If explanations of medications to my elderly mother are not worth your time then please get a new job!! Not to mention she seriously is meaner to black customers. She racially profiles people in the store. Think twice before going here.

I just went there to get some medication and the clerk sent me to where I needed to go right away. Great service! Prices well within reason though the store is in the heart of Raleigh. Parking is a concern, though.

The pharmacist April is the BEST! Ive been getting my prescriptions here a while and she makes sure I get what I need at the right price. Other health providers I go to praise her professionalism and the level of care she provides.

Saturday store hours are 9AM-1PM. I came in at 12:55 to print a single photo using the Kodak instant print machine and a debit card. The doors were unlocked, so I went in. Two employees were at the front: one said Welcome to CVS. Let us know if you need any help. Second employee asked me what I was trying to do, but I told him I was fine. As I completed my order on the Kodak machine, the manager informed me the store was closed. I pointed out the doors were unlocked, and I had already submitted my print job. She responded that the registers were already closed. Just after that, she walked over and closed the register (the register wasnt actually closed until just then). I pointed out she just closed the register, and she responded that it had already been counted down. I left assured that the manager is both lazy and a liar, disregards her own store hours, disregards a transaction in progress, and cant remember to lock up when she decides to close early. I walked out at 12:59 with no photo printed. This CVS would benefit from new management, a remodel, and a competing drug store or two in the vicinity to encourage improvement.

It’s a fine CVS. A convenient location for me, but it’s obviously limited by its size. However, the HOURS are ridiculous. It’s a PHARMACY that closes right when people get off work. I could forgive that if they weren’t open a measly four hours on the weekends. If it were a regular convenience store, I get it. But it dispenses /medication/. You don’t need to be open 24/7 (though many CVS stores are), but you should be open all days of the week if you’re giving people medicine.

This is, perhaps, the tiniest CVS I have ever been inside. Its a great place to pick up a soda, a card or what-not; but, its no place to linger for thought-provoking shopping. The aisles are narrow and the shelves are tall.... basically 25% of the size of a stand-alone in suburbia. Kudos to the staff, however, for greeting all coming in, for engaging the public at the point of sale and keeping traffic flowing through.

Understaffed.I went in the middle of the day, and there was one employee for the entire store. There was a line of a dozen people waiting to check out. I came for a passport photo. She was amazing. She greeted me with a smile and juggled many demands from many different people who were all waiting for different services. When it was finally my turn to get a passport photo, the machine was broken. It was an old Kodak machine from the 1990s and it survived decades only to finally die on the day I came for a passport photo. The rest of the store seemed fine.

They pack a lot of product into a small store. Only used pharmacy one time. Sometimes the sales are great on the items I buy, mostly sweets and drinks. They are constantly out of stock on hostess cupcakes and other baked goods. Also the drinks can sell out quickly when it is a good sale. Line is long sometimes and it clogs up the front end. Tommy the cahier is great though.

I went there to get my money gram so that i could buy my prescription there and they didnt have enough money for my moneygram! I was on break at work and had to travel 30 min away to money gram just to come back to get my script!!! Its was only $250. How does a business not have $250??? They said they couldnt go get it either because the banks closed but most banks are open sat til 12 or 1!!

Love the staff and they carry a fair amount for such a small store. Today I was in a rush to get back to work and the pharmacy tech filled it right then and there while I waited by the register.

Why does this CVS close at 6pm every day? I live out in the suburbs where nobody is doing anything at 11pm on a Friday night, and the CVS near me is open 24/7.

Not open on Sunday, only a few hours sat morning and closed m-f by 6pm. Pretty much worthless to have a downtown location if not open during times that most locals shop.
