After buying vehicles from them in the past I was comfortable bringing my wifes car in for what we thought was a serious problem, As it turns out there head mechanic found the problem and it wasnt as bad as we thought. He repaired the car and it runs perfectly. And I would highly recommend EZ Auto for any sales and service, they were honest and professional.

The repair shop I have to say I was pleased. I was quoted a price and it was a little better then I was quoted. Also, my vehicle was in and out and did not have to wait long for it to be done. I will go back.

Tom was nice and we had great talks, but the car wasnt so nice. My mistake as I didnt take it to an independent mechanic to get looked at, but lesson learned. They clearly knew about the issues and didnt disclose them. They just did a quick fix to make the test drive go smoothly. I dont know much about cars, and knowing that, they took advantage. $2000+ of repairs were required immediately after buying.I called to see what theyd do about it after promising theyd fix any issues, and I heard that Tom was on vacation and no one else at the dealer could help. Seems off. Dont think Id trust them to repair it.Ill update this review if I hear from them.

Tom was very nice to chat with, over all seemed like a good guy. Unfortunately, after waiting on him to call as he said he would, then calling him and being told again hed call back that day, several days later I went somewhere else. Unreliable as a salesman, good for a chat.

We needed a large van for missionary work. They instantly agreed to let me take the used van I was considering to an independent dealers mechanic to assess it. They were fair and transparent in discussing an honest price for the van, which we wound up buying, and which their in-house mechanic had done some good work on before selling it. Were very happy with it and they answered all our questions and cared about helping us and even educating us about mechanical things and how to get the best deal on future parts and repairs. It wasnt all about their own profit and it wasnt about what they could get away with or about tricking us; keep up the good work!

They had a car I wanted to buy, it was cheap but we couldnt come to a price we could agree upon.

EZ Auto is the only place I will buy a used car from. I think fair pricing and TRUST are some of the most important principles of a car dealership and EZ has them both in spades! Their shop is equally fair and honest and their mechanics have worked on my vehicles for years. I cant say enough good things about this place. Their cars are looked over thoroughly and theyll be straight forward with the customer. That may not sound believable to some people but thats just the way EZ Auto does business.

If you think for one minute there will be no maintenance required, you are smoking something really strong.The whole point of buying used is exactly that, you are paying less because the car has miles on it along with wear and tear. The point is that this dealership is honest and trustworthy based on mine and several other opinions, that their customers posted after buying the car.Based on my experience, they have good prices and great service both before and after the sale.Maybe lay off the reviews until you can add something of intellectual value. They sold me 2008 Volvo c70. The first thing I didnt get my tabs for 4 months also was suppose to get new plates but never did they left me with bad plates! 2nd the front wheel bearings went out 3rd the rear away arms need to be replaced which caused all four tires to wear on the inside an I had to replace them as well!! !!I was promised a set of tires that I was informed that they sold them to someone elThis place is a disgrace! They lied an knowingly sold me a lemon!!I had to finance this for $7000 an had to put another $3500 into it!! And I still havent got my new plates!!

We had a wonderful experience with Tom at EZ Auto Sales. Im super skeptical and cautious about cars and dealerships and this experience left me feeling taken care of and not taken advantage of, if you know what I mean. I found a car I liked online for my teenage daughter. I wanted something safe and reliable yet affordable for her. I went for a test drive and the car ran great. My daughter also took it for a drive and loved it. It was a GREAT deal! The loan process was simple. I applied online and emailed back and forth with Tom. The whole process was quick and easy. The next day the car had some problems and I was so scared we bought a lemon!! I got ahold of Tom and he had us bring the car back in and they fixed it up for us, apologized for the issue, and we havent had any problems with it since. Great people to work with! Highly recommend this dealership.

Bought a GMC 2500hd here a few years ago. Shes still running strong. Despite the transmission going out a couple days after I got it. They did me right by finding me a good used trans and giving me a very good deal on installation. They didnt have to do that but did.

I have purchased over six cars from EZ Auto over the years for myself and older kids (almost all in the 5-10k range). I found EZ Auto to be reliable and straight forward. Not a high pressure sales place. Affordable cars. The mechanic does good work also. He identifies the problem, gives an estimate and a fix date, and sticks to it. I plan to continue to do business with them.EZ Auto Sales shares facilities with other car dealers. Perhaps some of the poor reviews are better directed to the other dealers.

Vehicle had 5 dashboard lights on and no heat within 2 weeks- in negative degree weather. Horrid service. Ended up Going to a real dealership and their to mechanics fix it. Cost almost as much as the vehicle.

Found EZ Auto sales online and viewed their inventory. Drove the two cars I liked, and purchased my favorite. Quick, no pressure and at a price below what dealer sells the same car for. Will definitely make this place my first stop next time I am looking for a car.

People were extremely rude! Came in to look at a ZX4-they let us take it for a test drive. However-the car wouldn’t even start. We went in to tell them it wouldn’t turn over and were adamant it was fine. They jumped it for us, we let it run till they walked away. Turned it off and it wouldn’t start again. Don’t want to buy a car like that right out the gate, especially for the price listed. Then looking at a Chevy sedan-another garbage car with more rude people. Disappointed.

I watched Tom clear the check engine codes on a car. He then proceeded to reassure me that the car was not in critical condition. This man is willing to partake in unethical measures to steal your money and put your life in danger.

Bought a 2014 Chevy Cruze from them in 2017. Dealership noted that the title had a minor issue with misreported mileage. Not a big deal. However they failed to tell me the car also had structural damage and was a fully fledged salvage title. Scam and I fell for it. Poor buisness practice. Dont fall for it like I did. Straight up lemon car dealer. Check and double check the Carfax if you must buy from this dealer.

I called to see if a car was available, dealer said it was. I told them I would be over as soon as I could to test drive it, and buy it. It was an excellent car! I drove an hour to get there, car was getting sold as I got there. The people I spoke with were rude, and didn’t seem to care if I was there or not. I would not recommend this place at all.

Understand first: there are several different car dealerships/businesses leasing lot space and building space. EZ auto sales has the south end of the lot. I didnt deal with them much at all but you cant miss them because they dress like Uncle Jessie from the Dukes of Hazard. I dealt the Jim at Minnesota Auto Wholesalers which has the north side of the lot along the road. He was very approachable and let me look around the lot without any pressure. I got a used car loan at 3.4%! The car I bought from him (2 weeks ago) had only one key. He bought a 5 button key fob from AutoZone for $75 and programmed it for me and gave it to me, no charge. I cant recommend this place enough.

Customer service was very key and excellent. They worked on our car within a very short time and they were done with fixing the engine issue we had.

Spoke with Tom, he is great to work with. No pressure to buy something more expensive, patient with our indecision. Gave us what we felt was a really good deal.Will definitely recommend EZ Auto to our friends.

Have always had great luck with the cars bought from EZ Auto. I have not bought from the other dealers at this location, but their sales people are always willing to help any customer.I have sent many people to EZ over the years and will continue to do so.

Found a 2013 Red Impala LT with a lot of fun features, super roomy and pretty quick, was told it was a clean body from Florida and a clean title. Almost jumped on buying it but I brought in my good friend that sells cars, he looked at it for maybe a minute and told me everything wron with it, and clearly I saw after I was told. The front end was all sorts of bent up, and it had previously been considered a TOTAL LOSS by the insurance company. THIS CAR NEEDS A SALVAGE and it was moved states to have a clean title. I get its a dog eat dog world to make cash, but thats some shiesty s**t. I do not consider any business that doesnt give you the entire truth about their products at all a reputable business, will not be going back. 2 stars only because of quick service and a very large lot of cars for an independent dealership.

I have not purchased a car through them because they had another buyer already for the car I was interested in, but I was very impressed with the service. They took down the specs of the vehicle was looking for and said they would look for one at the auctions.

This place was terrible. They sold me a car which I thought was a great deal. 6 months later Ive put $5000 into a $7000 car with no end in sight. They sold me a car with no gas in it first of all. When I said something to the guy, his response was Theres a gas station up the road. For real??? Then, the car broke down less than 3 months after I got it to the tune of $2000 and they wouldnt even return my phone calls. Now Ive just put another $3000 into it...its ridiculous. NEVER GO HERE.

I bought a 2004 ford focus with 75k on it they gave me a car fax report as 1 other owner and not problems. So I bought the car about a month later I went to change the oil and notices yellow paint on the shock tower come to find out the whole front end of the car has been replaced and the upper contol are was still broken. On top of that when the car was sold to me it was in need of plates and tabs they told me they would take care of it and that they would show up in the mail 4 months went by with unanswered phone calls and the run around finaly they paid for the tabs but not the plates. They need to work on there service

On the 4/14/2011 we purchase a 2007 Chevy Express Cargo Van from import auto sales from salesman Steve Sherman with a broken driver side view mirror he stated on the contract he would replace it by sending a replacement mirror in the mail to us. After two weeks we contacted Steve about the mirror he stated that we should receive it by monday. It never came. We kept on contacting him and said he shipped it out and when we asked for the tracking number he kept on dodging us, never sent the tracking number. Finally 1 month after purchasing the van we received the mirror which was used and was for the passenger side not the driver side. We contacted him immediately and he said he would send someone to pick it up right away and send us the correct one. It has been a week and no one has been sent to pick up the mirror. It has been 5 weeks now since we purchased the van and we still have not received the correct mirror for the van. Buyers beware.

Does not follow up on things they say they will do

They are 100% firm on their pricing which is weird for a used car lot. They also sold me a car with frame damage. They somehow had an edited vehicle history report that showed otherwise. The transmission turned it to also be bad, with a band aid fix that didnt last long.
