This was my first service following my purchase in June ‘21. Todd Stack took all my information. I waited for the service to be completed. It was done so in a very timely manner. Todd is to be highly commended as a service rep for Mazda. His interpersonal skills and ability to make the customer comfortable and assured were outstanding. He was able to answer all my questions and then some. All in all I was highly satisfied. Todd is an asset to Mazda.

Excellent customer service. I hadn’t booked a loaner car as I originally expected service to be 1.5 hours. When it was clear my car needed to be in longer than expected, the team bent over backwards to find a loaner car so I could make a medical appointment. Not only that, but the work on my car was finished just as my appointment ended and I was able to get back and collect the car same day. Could not be more grateful. And of course, my car was well taken care of too. Thanks, Ramsey Mazda ream! You’re the best!
Everyone is very friendly to work with and made the process easy. My husband and I were probably an easy sale since we knew what we wanted, regardless all the guys we dealt with were friendly, informative, and patient. Ramsey Mazda created a smooth and easy process purchasing a vehicle. Even though their facility was under renovations they ensured we and other customers were greeted right away. Eric T. is an awesome sales associate and we highly recommend him. He explained each step of the process and never did we feel the pressure of having to give in to certain sales or warranties. I didn’t have a positive experience at my local Mazda- in Staten Island, NY. So I willingly made the trip to where my car originated- Ramsey Mazda! It was the right choice! I was greeted quickly, listened to and my wait time was as promised. My car was washed and I had a great little talk over some old car experiences. I will make the hour trip next time- well worth it!
Leased my car from them on June. They are very nice until they sell you a car. There was a dent job needs to be done. They did not even tend to help me even though I bought HIGHEST and MOST ADVANCED coverage plan. At the time I leased my car, salesman said this coverage covers any dent on car untill it is “paintless dent”. Now they refused to help me because dent is not on the car’s door side, which they did not inform me when they sold me this coverage. Extremely disappointed on their sales and service department. I don’t recommend anyone to lease or buy a car from this dealer.
I had an excellent experience at Ramsey Mazda. The staff were friendly and our salesman Joe was super helpful. He took his time explaining all the features of our new vehicle. They were all very down to earth and didn’t seem pretentious, like some other dealers.
Ramsey Mazda is the best. We got 2 vehicles from them. The only draw back is they are not close to us but they are much much better managed than the the 2 local Mazda dealerships near us. It’s worth the drive.

When I called to confirm my appointment they said they had no record of me asking for a courtesy car so I had to reschedule my appointment for a much later date. When I arrived the service manager complained that I was arriving when they were about to close but I was just dropping my car off for my appointment the next morning. I also arrived at 3:55 PM and they close at 5 o’clock. Also the loaner car that I got had no wiper fluid in it and the battery in the key fob was dead. In addition the inside of the car was not cleaned under Covid regulations.Poor customer service.
From start to finish this dealer has been accommodating. The sales specialist knew exactly what was I looking for, one of the sales managers did whatever he could to make my car look perfect and finance was a pleasure. I would highly recommend this dealer.

Good experience at Mazda Ramsey (way better than their Lodi colleagues). Came to buy a new car since my old one flooded. My husband and I met Joe G and he made this experience easy. His cool and laid back demeanor was a departure from the “typical” car salesman attitude, you know pushy, get the sale no matter what. I would recommend buying from here, go see Joe G.
I was greeted as soon as I got to the dealership, spoke with the service advisor, picked up my loaner car and left the dealership in less than 15 minutes. I received the call my vehicle was ready and picking up and paying for the vehicle was just as easy. What a great service experience!

Salesman Justin Arce was really great throughout the sales process, Joe and the finance team were too pushy in pushing their own financing and selling add ons, not good for a customer who wants to use their own financing and decline add ons

Very friendly staff, especially in a stressful time to buy a car. I checked out several other dealerships on Rt 17, and they arent nearly as nice and accommodating as the staff at Ramsey Mazda. My sales person was Eric, and he was terrific. Very knowledgeable and polite. Donovan also helped me and was great. The employees at Ramsey Mazda are a class act. We had our first service on a Mazda CX5. The maintenance was scheduled for 90 minutes but they had us in our car in under an hour.

It was easy to schedule service appointment online and pick a date and time that worked for me. The maintenance work was completed in a timely manner, and the service consultant Marc Debenedetto was courteous and knowledgeable.
Came for a scheduled test drive, and even received a call the day before to confirm we are coming in. Once we arrived, we were told that they arent allowing customers who arent purchasing vehicles the day-of to test drive.We are purchasing a vehicle by the end of the year (we have to, and want to, were moving) to get better insight about the car we select ahead of time (you know, due diligence in smart consumer purchase decisions), but this wasnt good enough of a reason to the salesperson since they arent getting their money today. I understand there is some rationality behind that, but why promise us a test drive in the first place only to break it? Imagine you had customers that signed lease agreements and never paid them, whats the point of the agreement?We felt completely disrespected, and see that this isnt the first time something like this has occurred based on other reviews.
I continue to be amazed by the level of customer service I receive from the Service Department at Ramsey Mazda! Marc goes above and beyond to make me feel like a valued customer, and Krystal always remembers my name, no small feat considering how busy it is every time I go in. I will never go anywhere else!

Dealers cant do anything because managers decide everything. They said I needed various certificates to buy a car. Other places tell us in many ways, but I cant buy a car here without a sponsor. International students like me cannot buy. I am sad that I am an international student. Refer to international students before visiting. You CANNOT buy a car here.

Sales guys are pretty good but finance not so much. We got a Mazda Cx5 from here and the finance guys added VIN etching package without our knowledge. We have been trying to cancel it and get refund for the past month but no avail. They said refund check has been mailed. It has been close to 10 days and no sign of check yet. Can increase stars once I receive the check from them. Buyer beware!

They seem to always have an excuse to not fix my car. We brought in our car last year when the battery drained after we left the car in the driveway for a week. We were told we did something wrong and that sometimes cars just do that. Really?A few months later…there was a recall for that exact issue.Today we bought our car in. The front of the car is rattling and my screen randomly goes black and is unresponsive. Regarding the rattle we were told that Mazdas just do that sometimes (like the power being drained from the battery).As for the completely unresponsive navigation/entertainment screen we were told it must be the cable or the iPhone. Unreal, I doubt they even ran the diagnostics they claimed to have run.

The service Consultant listened to the description of the problem with my vehicle, explained what was possible in diagnosing the problem and the time frame involved. He telephonically advised me of what was diagnosed and what the fix and the cost was. He got my verbal concurrence to the suggested repairs and called me with updates. He did not do a hard sell attempt at an upsale and only discussed the repair, parts involved and a couple of other things I requested to be done. He was courteous, friendly and easy to work with.
This would be a zero if it could be. There was very little “customer service”. We did not have a nice experience and when asking for a little help it was refused. We had to jump through hoops to accommodate the service rather than the reverse. This was service they owed because upon picking up our newly purchased vehicle, we found it was damaged. An issue in itself. You would think since having to come back to get something fixed on a car sale would be a little accommodating since they caused us this inconvenience. But the people were rude and smug. I guess they had already gotten the money for the car, so no need to be nice now. I would not recommend or ever go back. The entire experience was terrible.
I haven’t had an experience this poor at a car dealer in my entire life (and I am retired). I was simply trying to buy out my lease, and I went to the dealer - count - 4 times, each time waiting for at least an hour for a finance person to be available to complete the transaction, to no avail. Every time I was there, with an “appointment”, someone was put ahead of me and I was advised by my salesman that I needed to come back later. This was over a period of three days. Finally on the last day (I was moving out of state the next day) I got the transaction completed (which took 20 minutes) and only because I cried. I will never recommend this dealer for anything.
I love the people here. Unlike some.car dealerships Ive been to, the team at Ramsey really shows a sincere interest in the satisfaction of their customers.
The service department couldn’t be friendlier or more accommodating. I have and so own vehicles from manufacturers that you would expect premium service from and none of them match the Ramsey Mazda service experience!

I liken car shopping to worse than a visit to the dentist, in most cases. That is unfortunate because I love cars but I dont often love the experience of shopping for one. I am happy to say that was not the case at Ramsey Mazda. I had been to a number of other dealerships on Route 17 and had less than desirable experiences. However, everything about my experience and ultimate decision to go with Mazda was better than I could have expected.Willy, the sales professional who I worked with, was warm, friendly, patient, accommodating and thorough. Hes probably the best auto sales professional Ive encountered in all of my years car shopping. I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a Mazda. He made everything so easy and pleasant and was always so warm and friendly.Even though it is 2021, I have been outright ignored when, as a female, Ive entered other dealerships alone (without a man). I never once was condescended to by Willy or anyone else at Ramsey Mazda. I was treated with respect and its sad to say but that meant a lot because that is not always the case. I believe customer experience is a huge factor in a buying decision. It baffles me that so many other dealerships dont realize that.In addition to the customer experience, I chose Mazda because this vehicle came with more bells and whistles (for less) than some of the other brands Id looked at that wouldve cost more yet its styling and handling really appealed to me. Id always kept the Mazda as an option when my lease was up because I often drove it as a rental car during many business trips and always loved driving it. I had previously had a history of owning or leasing luxury vehicles and not always been satisfied with the experience and issues.I read many reviews of the Ramsey Mazda service and sales department as well as their BBB rating. Ive never seen so many consistently great reviews for any dealership. This was also a big factor and helped make my decision.I deliberated for some time before I made my decision and Willy was very patient throughout. When I finally made my decision, Willy made everything so easy for me. Picking up the vehicle and dropping off my old vehicle was a breeze because he personally made sure of that. Donovan was also a factor in that, having everything ready when I arrived so it was a fast and painless process and he was professional and kind with all of the paperwork.Willy told me about all of his loyal customers and I can understand why. I am very pleased with my decision and know I made the right one.
