Absolutely unhappy with the service. I went in requesting a 2012 camry part and they ordered me a 2010 part. I made the mistake of not verifying that the part was correct and they wont accept the return for their own mistake.The staff were very unpleasant to work with, they made the entire encounter uncomfortable from entry to exit. I was treated as an inconvenience, not a customer. I dont expect to be showered with joy or anything, but even a smile in the corner of your mouth and a thank you would have been acceptable.

I needed a side mirror. They got one for me next day for $200 less than the dealer.

I made a purchase over a thousand dollars and upon order Alex told that if any part needs to be returned there is no restocking fee because Prius parts are in high demand. One item was not needed and was returned to them, they started referring to their policies that I was told by Alex do not apply to high demand parts.. after 1 1/2 hours they refunded me the cost amount but not the tax... Dont trust their word make sure they hand write and sign terms they promise!!
