I blew up my 2003 350z engine and shopped multiple places for a replacement and installation. After a lot of shopping around and some major fails by other businesses I found SCAP on a recommendation from a friend.I felt like I won the lottery when my install was $1,700 less than I budgeted for the closest competitive quote and it was done by SCAP ahead of schedule.Before I found SCAP I had ordered an engine online that never showed up and the other shop held my car for a week and never even started the install after promising it would be done in 3 days.SCAP was $1000 less than the closest installation quote, and the engine they provided was $700 cheaper than the best deal I could find online.Not only were they extremely competitive on price, but they were also fast, and the workmanship and attention to detail was exceptional. The tech even replaced my missing washer fluid cap, which was not part of the quote.I will do business with SCAP from here on out. If SCAP can do it, I will get it done there. No need for me to go anywhere else. I have no problem paying the $160 it costs me to tow my car from Sacramento to get it to their shop because I know they will get it right.I don’t normally take time to write reviews. I expect businesses to be good at what they do and am always appreciative when they get it right. In this case though, SCAP exceeded all my expectations and George and everyone I dealt with went above and beyond and was helpful, fair, and honest so I figured I would do them a solid and go on record.I had another recent mechanical issue and my car is back in their shop as we speak. Putting my money where my mouth is!

I needed a driver side fender for a 1999 G20 and located Sac City from Carparts.com website. I live in Minnesota and I needed to get a fender from a dry and warm state. I was concerned about looking to the Southwest US because of the distance and I couldnt be there in person to see the part up close. But my sales rep Ed dispelled all of those concerns. First thing I have to say is that this place is great. The customer service is awesome, and they treat you like family there. They have a lot of parts and theyre one of the few places around that actually take the time to clean the parts out for you. There are other places in sac that have Infiniti and Nissan parts like these guys but they have a lot of parts that others dont. They have the latest models too. So without any doubt this is by far the best out there. I will definitely come seek their help again when I need something for my G37.

Eduardo was a huge help in finding factory Nissan floor mats for my Versa, he made sure to check they were still in stock and available and calling me back to confirm before I drove all the way out to Rancho Cordova to buy them in person. When I arrived he had them ready and even allowed me to test fit them to make sure I was happy with the way they fit. He also found a cargo mat that was included for a a few extra bucks! This is one of the cleanest yards in Recycle Road. They only work with Nissan and Infiniti here, so they know their cars very well. I bought my wheels and a set of Akebono brake calipers here for my G35 coupe, and the price for that was unbeatable. Very happy customer and I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for Nissan and Infiniti parts.

I would recommend to stay away from this place. They have terrible customer service. You pay for your parts & dont have it by the time that was agreed. They make you waste gas & dont give you what you paid for.
