Being an online business owner myself, these guys are excellent. Turned out i had a bad manifold, (no fault of bcs) i shipped it in for testing, and they upgraded me to a far better unit, no issues, no hassle, very impressed! thanks a million guys!

I recently bought an air suspension FBSS setup from BC Fab and I have to say…… I’m highly impressed as BC Fab went above and beyond when they didn’t have to.I ordered a kit on their website, paid for it and everything. I received a call from BC Fab but unfortunately I don’t remember the name of the guy I spoke with.But he called to ask me what EXACTLY was my application going to be. When I told him what I was trying to do he informed me that I ordered the wrong kit for what I wanted. Here’s the kicker…he gave me a discount on the extra stuff I needed.Anyway I have it all installed now and it’s working great!

Has anyone else had trouble with their customer service lately? I ordered a complete air management system from them in June. I didn’t receive an email with my order # and product info. They broke up the order into 4 different shipments like a week apart when I received the order there wasn’t a packing list in the box so I wasn’t able to check and see if everything was there. The last box that showed up was the tank. They ship ups but I was at work that and they said I “refused” the package and sent it back to BC. I’ve called BC and put in a request on their website with their customer service (around the beginning of July) to see if they will resend the tank with no answer from either. Now that it’s September not sure what to do?

I use to refer these guys to everybody. Brent used to handle business and I was happy to support. However, lately there has been a change, not sure where or why but now their customer service sucks and I will no longer support. I ordered a secondary air tank from their website which I was billed for after checkout. Hours later I received an email, no phone call- not even an explanation as to why my order was cancelled. I tried calling the number listed on the email but received no answer. I emailed the address on the email and was told the tank was no longer available and would not be for some time. I asked about a similar tank and received no response. I am very unhappy with how I was treated and the fact that the issue has still not been resolved. I will be sure to shop somewhere and I will never recommend BCFAB.

Recently ordered a special order of AirLift Performace 3P for 2016 Acura RLX. BC Fab did an awesome job getting all the parts together and answered any questions that I may have during the installation. They have awesome customer service, and it is a pleasure working with them.I highly recommend getting your airlift system from BC Fabrication.

Made an order for a $1600 Stage II air Bag Kit for a C10. Everything came very fast but months later I went to install and there were $500 worth of compressors missing. So I notified Jay at BC, who promptly handled it and got them sent out months after I received the rest of the kit. Stand up guy and company, would recommend especially with their pricing being so good!

Bought some bags from this guy a few months back then trying to get a hold of him for the last few days now and no return phone calls no communication whatsoever when I finally did get a hold of him the guy was very un-knowledgeable and seem completely lost like he did not even know what he was talking about therefore I will be taking my business elsewhere with a big car club like us a lot of business has been lost for you guys thanks but no thanks

These cats are solid dudes, Lil attitude sometimes, but understandable based on what they do for people. Very knowledgeable in the air bag game. I done a build, as I go kit, done it myself, they laced me with major game.

These guys installed air bags, which cost me $4k, the bags are great. 1 year later the bags are leaking and theyre not going to look at them or attempt to fix the problem. And the salesman is a arrogant a-hole.

This guys nailed it on my 2015 Durango R/T. They installed custom air ride on the car and completed it within one week. They stayed in contact with me and gave me my options up front and they even fixed the bill in my favor without me even asking them to. Amazing group of guy. Thanks again
