I ordered from out of state. Part I requested was delivered promptly, but unfortunately didnt work. They didnt have a replacement part, so they honored refund warranty with no fuss.

Terrible experience, they told me we have what you need, drove like 20 miles to get there. At the end they told me No we dont have what you need

Nothing but liars. These people claimed they had an engine with 69k miles. I paid a deposit. They claimed they do a full inspection of the engine, yet refused to provide any documentation of this. They refused to write the mileage of donor vehicle on the deposit receipt, claiming it was a liability issue. They refused to provide any info of the donor vehicle. They refused to provide a picture of the donor vehicle. Upon inspection of the engine, found the VIN. Looked up the VIN on carfax. Last recorded mileage was 175k. Need I say more?

They dont seem honest and lied about having a part pulled so I drove an hour for nothing after paying for part over the phone
