Not as clean as the pictures unfortunately.The Car-part.com picture below looked clean, bolt on ready which is what I wanted but unfortunately its worn right through.Its better than the ripped one on the truck by not by much, Id have to recover it.Tacoma/4Runner wheels are listed much closer to me for 50.00-75.00I paid double that and another 100.00 for recovery my original wheel.Update: 4/30/2021Zane reached out and fully refunded my credit card. They do not understand customer value. Called Monday morning to get a quote. I had to line things up for a trip to go to their holiness Sacramento from San Jose. Called back on later that day and the guy says they could not pull that part. Called back Wednesday morning to give them enough time to pull the part. Waited all day to get back from his holiness. His highness says yea yea drive over it’ll be ready. Thursday I call back to make sure as I’m halfway to his holiness spot. He says well they pulled a silver fender, not the one I’m willing to pay full price for. Then with an attitude he puts the blame on me. Save your time and dignity these guys are a bunch of morons.

The guys there rock. I just bought a used mini and it needs some massaging and they came through for me with every part that I needed and they were so nice and understanding I will definitely come back there again

I purchased a used component from John T. at European Auto Recycling a week ago. Shipment from CA to VA was priced right and fast for Ground. The component received was exactly as-pictured and was packaged ridiculously well. I can recommend these guys without reservation and will certainly look to them in the future to source additional parts.

These Guys are Top Notch in Service and Price, and knowledge. I got a $2k hitch set up for $550 for my ML. I needed something else to complete, Matt had it mailed out to me same day, it was at my door the next. I will call these guys first for everything from now on.

Sold me a defective part TWICE! Horrible customer service, very rude and I was being very polite! They wouldn’t replace the part or give a refund. No warranties or cash refunds. Very, very disappointed. Take your money elsewhere.

I purchased a motor through eBay for my Mini. The seller had listed the motor incorrectly and refused to provide a return ticket. To add insult to injury he was also very harassing via email. I sent him proof that the motor was incorrect and he still refused to provide shipping. eBay determined the motor was listed incorrectly and promised a full refund. I have yet to receive it and its been a month. eBay tells me that I have to now fight with PayPal but I cannot submit a dispute through PayPal bc I did not purchase the item though PayPal. I cannot repair my vehicle bc Ive not had a refund of my funds. I even offered to send the motor back when the refund was processed although eBay said I didnt have to and even though this seller was very belligerent. My advice is: Find someone else to purchase your parts through bc this company does not stand by their guarantees and warranties. I let him know the day we received it that it was incorrect. Im still fighting to get someone to adhere to the policy and guarantee that I was provided upon purchase. It has been very difficult being without a car for so long and very a very difficult and extremely long process to get this corrected. It may not mean much to eBay and this seller but my car is the only transportation I have for myself and my son. My hope and prayer is that nothing emergent happens to either one of us or our pets while Im waiting on this to be resolved bc we would be out of luck. I think its a sad day when large companies do things like this to people - all people. For those of you that read this review, please pray for our family. Being without a vehicle bc of this companys refusal to uphold their policies is nerve racking and upsetting.
