You will be lied to, you will be talked down to, you will be tricked, you will regret it. Its a glorified chop shop so buyer beware. Dont trust these crooks, bottom line

The owner, David, is a crook who sells cars without servicing and/or making sure theyre safe to drive. Engine warning light came on as we were driving home. 2 weeks since we bought vehicle and it cost is $5,000. New radiator, transmission overhaul, oil leak (valve cover replacement), new wiring harness and clearing of 8 codes. STAY AWAY!

Great financing! I was told by everyone I could not be approved, but went there and with out hesitation they were able to get me approved with a low rate. I love my new truck and my low payments. They made me feel like at home, offered to buy me lunch while I waited for my financing approval. I would definitely come back for my next purchase.

I came in there looking for a the car Ive been searching for, for over a month and-a-half since my Infiniti G37S was totaled. I kept searching for a G37S coupe and Z, from the Sacramento area and back down to the Bay Area.. I spotted that they had a rare 370Z on the lot for less than two hours!! I called in and made an appointment with, David. When I arrived at the dealership, David greeted me very nicely, and I told him that I had been car less for over a month. He then showed me the 370Z.. I immediately fell in love with the car.. I can say, I had the best experience throughout my time from the test drive, doing paperwork in finance, and with my car being detailed in service. We bought a company vehicle from them. Found out David scammed us over what it had been listed as. And we paid cash. Everything started to go wrong on the car within the 1st week. Terrible customer service. David said hed take care of us, but didnt. They very poorly spray paint their calipers and slap defective after-market tires on. And then ignore people after theyve paid good money.

I just bought a BMW from High Class Auto Sales and sought some type of warranty and was told by the owner that he doesnt do warranties but he guarantees he will take care of the car if theres a problem all lies. The owner is a smooth talker and hes aware of the condition of every vehicle on his lot so please make sure you bring your own mechanic and make sure he guarantees some type of warranty in writing before purchasing any of his vehicles. He has no integrity hes just into making money and thats that. I wouldnt recommend him to anyone.

If I could give no stars I would. Bought a car here 4 months ago and still have no license plates, paper work or title. We paid $10,000+ cash and still got nothing. Called 6 times, texted and went in and nothing. Conveniently the owner is never there when i call or go in. The car started falling apart the first week. Tired of getting NO response. As far as the police and the dmv know I dont own this car I was told. I guess this is the only way Ill get a response.In response to blaming it on covid, no thats not it. What has you in a loop is the credit card company. You probably got about 30 days left before you get your money from them. So Im guessing at that point Ill get my plates and paper work.

Being a business owner and working in the car business I expected to be treated with a little more respect. Came in to look at a car and was denied a test drive unless I ran my credit and got preapproved. You would think with covid19 they would be doing everything they can to ensure customer satisfaction that is simply not the case here. Make sure you’re preapproved before you come in or you even think about test driving a car.

I have been doing my own research to figure out what type of car I can afford, which one is dependable and isnt going to be out of style. The sales rep listened to everything i was concerned about and actually got me into a BMW for almost half of what I was expecting to pay. It really surprised me that i wasnt pushed into a loan i couldnt afford. I work hard for my money and it felt like the rep David was more concerned about saving me money instead of just making a sale. These guys are shady. Told me everything was fine on the G37 I purchased. Turns out the rotors were warped, as well as two bad wheel bearings. I was reassured by I assume the owner that the car was in good condition cause I let him know I have a daughter and I wanted to make sure everything was good. Now they won’t even answer my phone calls or let alone return them. Don’t buy from these guys.

Purchased a M5 from this small fraudulent dealership in September 2019 but never got around to posting my review. I have been in touch with 3 other individuals whom purchased cars from this dealership with near identical experiences to mine and all mentioned the 5 star reviews posted are purchased by David (owner) through a third party company and not actual reviews by people who purchased cars. Heck the pictures posted with those 5-star reviews are not even at the dealer, they are somewhere in India. Fraud, fraud, fraud...My beloved M5 had a rod bearing going out the minute i received the car off the car hauler and within 48 hours the engine completely blew costing me $20,000 for a new engine. After continously contacting David and having him play games with his true cell phone number and picking up he finally ventured to offer $3,000 on a $20,000 repair which seemed so strenuous for his company. Each description on their vehicles states that there are no dents or bodily issues present however my car had 2 door dings and the roof molding missing when it arrived to me in Colorado. Be aware of this seller (David) and buy at your own risk or get a pre purchase inspection done on it. Recent word is the owner curses at customers and has no ethics. Get your ego back in check in my friend! Each car may be (buy as is) but i would not buy from this dealership with confidence. Just my honest word along the 3 other individuals with catastrophic engine failures. Im sure there are others. Looking forwards to seeing the dealerships response. Buy At Your Own Risk!!

No good 👎🏼🤦🏻‍♂️the vehicle has multiple issues; incorrect front bumper, parking assist is disabled, fried ECM, completely worn motor mounts, defective alternator, failing water pump and thermostat, Evap canister leak, cut break sensors, defective oil pan gasket, defective belt, defective left control arm, defective right control bushing, thats all I can remember off the top of my head.

Allow me to start by saying I was drawn in to the “High Class Auto” dealership because I saw many “high class” cars for a surprisingly affordable price. However, I came to understand that this was all just a facade. As I was looking for a newer luxury car that wouldn’t break the bank, High Class Auto caught my eye. I called Vitaliy to talk about looking at a 2012 E350 Bluetec for sale. During this call I asked many standard questions to find out the condition of the car including if it was ever in an accident, if there were any repairs, and if there were any oil/transmission problems. Vitaliy asserted to me that this car was in excellent condition and that I needn’t worry about any of that. The next day I went in to the dealership, test drove the car, and bought it. I drove the car back to my home, an hour away. After stepping out of the vehicle I realized there was smoke coming from all sides of the engine, smelling like burnt oil. I also noticed the oil stains accumulating underneath. The next day I called Vitaliy with this concern which he dismissed and accused me of, “telling stories”. I took the car in to get looked at and the mechanic informed me of an “extensive oil leak”, contradicting Vitaliy’s assertions. I tried to have this repaired and the extra warranty that I paid an additional $1300 for seemed to weasel out of covering the repairs. So now I have a broken low class auto from a low class business with no regard for their customers. DO NOT trust this business in any way.

Went with my brother today. He bought a ‘14 chevy Impala. We were treated great, no pressure to buy it when we showed up. Owner was straight forward and took care of us in 15mins. when we called ahead for loan info made things easier. Walked out with a great car.

Their were small cosmetic issues with the vehicle but he handled it and made sure that there wouldnt be any issues at all.
