I came to this location on a Sunday evening with only 20 minutes prior to closing to resolve a difficult problem. My new IPhone 12 ProMax had been stolen and I desperately needed to replace it. The salesman had a great attitude despite my late arrival. I personally worked retail sales for 10 years and I knew this was a weekend salespersons worst nightmare, a disgruntled customer coming in just before closing and needing assistance with something other than a new sale so I felt bad but I desperately needed a new phone and couldn’t wait another day. So my salesman immediately got the store manager so he could assist me and get it done quickly so everyone went home on time. The store manager was already closing down the computers but he kindly assisted me and resolved the problem very quickly. He explained to me that I did not have the proper insurance or protection plan needed to replace this rather expensive phone. I was baffled because I remember asking my initial salesman for the best protection plan possible but somehow, someway, I just didn’t have the right plan. I had no other choice, so I pulled out my wallet and forked out $1300.00 to get the same phone again. I was upset but what was I to do? So Juan handled my purchase and I left with a shiny new iPhone. So a few months had passed and I decided to look into my plan to make sure that this phone was protected and I didn’t make the same mistake twice. Except my bill reflected that I did have the right insurance this time, thank God. But this plan was identical to all my previous bills, same name, same price. So I immediately called customer service and asked Calvin to please explain why I have protection now, but didn’t then? He told me I have always been insured. The store manager lied to me and forced me to make a new purchase. Right now I am completely dumbfounded as to how a store manager could do this. This is blatant theft, I feel like I got robbed by a t-mobile employee. Well I did. So no, I would recommend that you stay far, far away from this location and this shady store manager. If they can do this and get away with it, what else are they doing to they’re valued customers?

10/19/2021 I was excited to go in to get the newest iPhone for me and my daughter and there was no greeting at the door …. Employees didn’t acknowledge I was in there… I didn’t feel welcomed …didn’t ask if I needed help…when the employee was freed of a customer didn’t offer me any help…. I’m not the type to complain at anywhere I go but I’m a store manager for a corporate company and I would not tolerate this service at my store…….. I only came to this location because it’s so close to home…. Very upsetting

I was looking to return an iPhone, a lemon if you will, the Manager would not accept the return without a restocking fee. I called T-Mobile services and shared my iphone experience, the T-Mobile specialist was very kind and fully understood my concern, she agreed I needed a refund without any fees. I relayed this information to the manager, he persisted in charging a restocking fee. He even blamed the phone misbehaving on having too many apps open, this is not a good reason as iPhones apps arent meant to be closed after each use. I do not look to this location for my phone needs.

Based on the knowledge and courtesy given by the staff. I am recommendingyou go there, even if you are already a T-mobile customer. If you have any reservations about switching carriers, talk with these guys. The store is in a cool shopping plaza. Make it a good shopping day! Okay, on my second visit still got to give them props. I stood outside 30 minutes or so. Visited Starbucks next door. Ahh finally, made it in.🙀 Oops, I am # 6 of six allowed.Be a VIP, very informed person.Make an appointment.

Overall it was a good experience. The associate who helped was knowledgeable and understanding of my needs. There was something odd that happened, another employee, presumably a manger, interrupted the associate to offer a new smart watch as a promotion. He described all the features, answered my questions, and assured me that the watch was indeed free. After returning to the associate and continuing our phone transaction, discussing the warranty/insurance, the topic turned back to the smart watch. She disclosed that there was indeed a monthly service fee for the watch, a detail which the suspected manager had omitted. I immediately said no, forget it, as the fee was not worth the price of having the watch, and the associate rushed back to the suspected manager. I saw and heard him say really from a distance. I find the attempt at omitting there would be monthly charges deceptive. I know I wrote a lot, really Im just mildly irritated at the attempted dishonest salesmanship and wanted to share. I still think tmobile is a pretty good deal, especially for vets.

Three separate employees at this location lied to my face. They didn’t have the phone I wanted in stock and when I mentioned going to Best Buy instead they said “well at least let us update your network so you’ll have better service.” This update made it impossible for me to upgrade my phone anywhere else. All three employees assured me the network update would not change anything for me. They’re liars and will say anything to pad their own numbers.

Update: Waited on hold for over an hour and was hung up on before a customer service rep answered AGAIN today. Still no answers.Update 2: Called them AGAIN. Had an option to ask them to call back rather than waiting. Considering I have wasted about 4 hours on this so far this week and got hung up on twice I opted for that. Was on a business meeting when they called back. Stopped the meeting to respond since they have been impossoble to reach. Answered the phone and waited. Silence. Then the line dropped again. You can not make this stuff up. Worst. Experience. Ever.Update 3: Was told to call the store this morning to talk to a manager who could help since the custormer service line has been impossible to reach. Called them at 10 lile they asked. Manager was not in. Called at 12 and finally got someone who said to call back at 3 and the manager would be in. Left my phone number and name and why I was calling. They said he would call. He didnt. I called back at 6:45pm and they said the manager just left 👀... Wow... Literally the worst customer experience I have encountered at a business. Still out over $1300, no phones, no answers and no response from the store AND the general customer service lines. Insane.Crazy disappointed by my experience with T-Mobile so far. Became a customer on Saturday. Bought 2 new phones and switched service. The staff was nice enough but although myself and my husband were the only customers for the majority of our time, the switch took about 2 hours to complete due to a lot of mistakes made and system issues. The phones we purchased (spent around $1300 out of pocket in the store that day) were not available in store so we were promised next day delivery (Monday). Its now Thursday. No phones.. No calls... No word from T-mobile. The biggest issue for me is that when I called the store to find out the status of our order and to find out what was happening, I was told to call T-Mobile customer service. They gave no answers. Called customer service and waited for over an hour on hold only to be hung up on. STILL have been unable to get in contact with anyone to find out where our phones are? But they CERTAINLY got our money though. Called T-mobile again today andwait time was stated to be an hour and a half. I am waiting AGAIN.. If you are a professional who depends on efficient service and customer support then this may not be the company for you. I absolutely do not have several hours this week to navigate these ineffective systems of communication. So dissatisfied. This is insane.

Came in to upgrade my phone and change plans. I arrived at 8:30pm with the store packed and closing in 30 minutes. Kenneth was very quick to acknowledge us and assured me that he would be with us shortly. As he promised I was helped almost immediately. I kept him and his coworker Lexi almost 2 hrs passed closing time. Both were very patient and helpful. Thank you Kenneth for the excellent customer service.

Wish I could give these guys ZERO stars. Absolute scam artists. They told me I could join and get 2 free phones for a few weeks and then come back and get the new iPhone 11. They also sold me 2 unnecessary phone covers which I didnt want. And wsd told to feel comfortable because I could return them. So now not only do I have 2 phones I dont want I am also not able to return anything as promised. I traded in my 2 good iphones and that credit is not going be worth anything for the 2 phones I came in to get in the first place. Javier and Tim take responsibility for your false promises and make it right. Absolutely ridiculous.

Compared Verizon and Sprint but the best deal is with T-Mobile. The manager Nick helped me. My wife got the phone she wanted and you cant beat unlimited. Best customer service ever.

Daniel needs to be recognized for his excellent customer service! He went above and beyond to help me with my phone after it crashed from T-mobiles Marshmallow or Nugget software update. He was never dismissive and took on the challenge without any hesitation. He helped in so many aspects to try to solve the problem even when there wasnt a fix. After the master reset, he was so thoughtful to make sure that if the problem wasnt resolved, I could always reach out to him to see what my next step would be. He has been tremendously helpful and Im so thankful he was there to help me with my phone!!

He even went ahead and said “I hope this person helps pay for bill because it’s really late”. Showed to effort at all to help me and was extremity rude. Since buying a plan on January 9, 2018 I have been in this store 8 times. Each experience worse then the last. I bought a two device plan. I had to buy a new phone on line because T Mobile no longer had any of the model I wanted and couldnt get anymore. Yet it still remains on display. I gave my previous phone to a friend that is on my plan. The weekday manager and several of the store associates not only screwed up that phone but my friends straight talk phone. The Sunday manager was able to assist us but he could have saved time had he helped us on Sunday morning but we had to return Sunday afternoon and again on Monday. Still my new phone was not operating properly and my friend could only receive calls. I have also spent a total of 5 hours on their HELP line which was no help at all.Yesterday we went to T Mobile on Sunrise Blvd and Coloma Rd and it took a little over an hour for the manager to fix both phones, but needless to say we left happy. I cant use enough good superlatives for the managers and the store associate that assisted us.By the way I wouldnt give the Zinfandel store a star except that was the only way I could post my review.There were quite a few upset people in the Zinfandel store over my 8 visits. I sure hope they ended up at the Coloma Rd store.

Bought a new iPhone. Took it home and found out it was locked due to Fraud. I took it back and tried to refund and get a replacement, but they refused to. The assistant manager said, You have to go to a corporate store, they will replace it for you. If we do it we will take a hit. Im guessing thats bad for the store. It seems they care more about their store than their customers. They can replacement it, they just dont want to. Dont buy from here. Assistant manager Joe/Joseph is a LIAR saying he couldnt take it and exchange the phone. I called a corporate store on Howe Ave. And they confirm that the store have to give me an exchange because the phone was defective. I went back to the store and spoke to the manager Javier. Which he stated that the exchange should of been done for me and that I shouldnt have to go to a corporate store. He did the exchange and I walked out with a new working phone. JOE/JOSEPH IS A LIAR. LET HIM KNOW IF YOU GO THERE.

I have been a t- mobile customer for around 7 yrs recently my SIM card was unable to be detected. So I went into this TMobile to try and get a new one. The girl who helped me was very immature and came to the counter still chewing her food. Then she was rude and try to charge me $27 for a new SIM card. I explained to her that at the time I did not have $27. I needed my phone to call my boss to get paid. She shrugged her shoulders and and looked at the door as to tell me to bad not my problem. I know for a fact they are aloud to replace a worn out SIM card. I will never go back to this t mobile

After being told incorrect information at a different T-mobile store and then having trouble with the T-Mobile website and spending an hour with tech support, I went to Rancho Cordova and upgraded my phone in less 15 minute. On June 28th, we went to T-mobile to check out affordable and easy to use cell phones for me and my wife. We are seniors. As such, new technology is hard for us to grasp. After debating what to buy, whether or not to choose an Iphone or a Galaxy S9, we settles for an upgrade to an LG G7. The manager mentioned that the 28th was the last day for their Buy one, Get one free promotion. We didnt think twice! Yoseph, explained everything in detail, and the cost effectiveness of the LG G7s. He went on to explain about how to operate the device and answered any other questions we had at that time. We were impressed by his professionalism, he was very patient, respectful, and showed us his superb mastery of this product. Although we didnt learn everything, we know we will learn more about the device overtime. The following day, we went back to T-mobile to find the answers to more of our questions. Mykala, who helped us many times before with our LG G3s was there in the office. She transferred all the pictures from my wifes old phone to the new G7. It was unbelievably more than 3,000 pictures! Also, she taught us more about how to operate the devices. All those time she was courteous, respectful, understanding, efficient and injecting humor in between. She was very knowledgable about the product. Although she is relatively young, she showed us what customer service was all about! We could never be more thankful to her! We are very proud to command these two employees. They are both proud to work for T-mobile according to them. These two are assets for T-mobile and both exemplify the consummate customer service oriented employees. I strongly believe both are ready for bigger responsibilities! Happy Fourth and keep up the good work!

They had a Bogo deal going on the LG V10, but the corporate office had a poor rollout. The guys there worked tirelessly to get our phones upgraded, even though the proccess was unclear for them. The service was great, but took some time to get completed. I appreciate all of their hard work.

My phone broke. I need a phone! Ive enjoyed T-MOBILE for years, so went into the RC store for help. Manu tested my phone. It was definitely broken. Manu helped me explore all of my options--send old phone to shop for replacement, payoff lease, or buy new. I chose a new phone, paid in store, and I am back in business.New Hire Tea and Zach were working with customers alongside Manu. They were all courteous, and had a pleasant comaraderie while serving clients.As new customers entered the store, staff graciously greeted them and signed them onto the wait list.I was never rushed. I came in with smart questions and got smart answers; so that I could make the best phone choice for my immediate needs.The staff at this shop are swell!

My 76 year old Mom and some dude named Manu Simpson helped her out. He was patient and very attentive to her. She can be hard to understand but he took the time to help her. I went back today around 10am but he wasnt there. So i waited for my husband to get home from work and went back up there and met with him. And he went above and beyond the call of dutt and helped us with all of our needs. Ive been a tmobile customer for years and usually the employees are too busy or act like they dont know. My experience today showed its going to be a good year. I will recommend Manu to anyone looking for help with their needs.

I have had some horrible experience at some tmobile stores I switched to the rancho store. I had that note 7 nightmare Nick and Kalia were awesome. Kalia had to help the next time around with the recall. Let me tell u that was the worst experience ever. Kalia has help me with getting two new phones since then. The edge 7 screen kept coming off and she replaced it due to all the bubbles. Thank u so much Kalia and other team members at rancho tmobile.

Absolute worst experience. Employees flat out lied about jump program which is third party yet billed by t mobile. My note 4 hasnt worked correctly for over a year and we all know if you dont pay they send you to collections. My turn to take them to court. If you look at surveys T mobile ranks LAST..its Verizon, att, sprint and t mobile in that order..dont fall for their unlimited data plans as the service and my note is garbage, been with them for 2 years.
